Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: 1) there is an effect of motivation on employee performance at the Mandau general hospital, 2) there is an effect of training on employee performance at the Mandau general hospital, 3) there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance at a general hospital. Mandau area. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with primary data derived from questionnaire respondents, which amounted to 148 respondents. The location of this research was carried out at the Mandau general hospital. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. To determine the size of the sample taken from the population, the researcher uses the formula proposed by Slovin in Mustafa (2010) with a 95% confidence level with a value of e = 5%. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance at the Mandau regional general hospital, 2) there is a positive and significant influence on training on employee performance at the Mandau regional general hospital, 3) there is a positive and significant influence on the environment. work on employee performance at the Mandau regional general hospital.Keywords : Work Motivation, Training Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture on turnover intention in employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru. The population in this study includes employees of the finance accounting, mechanics and marketing divisions at PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru, totaling 85 people.Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The sampling technique that has been selected is the census method. The results showed that: 1) Job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention of employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru, 2) organizational commitment had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention of employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru, 3) organizational culture had a negative effect. and significant on turnover inetntion of employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru. 4) Job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture together have a significant effect on turnover intention in employees of PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of professionalism and independence on job satisfaction and audit quality at the Bengkalis Regency Inspectorate. The population in this study were 40 employees at the Bengkalis Inspectorate, all of which were used as samples with saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using path analysis using Warp.PLS software version 7.0. The results of the study concluded that professionalism and independence as well as job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on audit quality at the Bengkalis Regency Inspectorate. Then employee job satisfaction is able to fully mediate the influence between professionalism and independence on audit quality at the Bengkalis Regency Inspectorate. Based on the results of the path analysis, it is known that 14% of professionalism can directly explain the variance of audit quality, independence can explain 20% of the variance, while job satisfaction can explain up to 38% of the audit quality variance. R square analysis on audit quality which is influenced by professionalism, independence, and job satisfaction is 43% with moderate strength category, Q square understanding of taxation is 0.430 which means that professionalism, independence, and job satisfaction are able to predict the value of audit quality well.Keywords: Independence, job satisfaction, audit quality, professionalism, inspectorate

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a way to maximize the performance of an organization that involves human resources and available capital for patient satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research using multiple linear regression test. This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) which includes a focus on customers, system improvement, as well as involvement and empowerment on the performance of nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru. The sample in this study were all nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru, totaling 73 respondents from the population. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument. To test the hypothesis in this study, IE by using multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that Total Quality Management which consists of variables focused on customers, improvement of the cooperation system, and employee involvementand empowerment has a positive and significant effect on performance. is 72.1% while the remaining 27.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression model. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan (X1), Motivasi (X2), dan Kepemimpinan (X3) terhadap Kinerja (Y) Perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bangkinang Kota Kabupaten Kampar. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 140 orang dan untuk pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja; 2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja; 3) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja; 4) Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi, Kepemimpinan, Kinerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze the following: (1) the effect of tax incentives on taxpayer compliance, (2) the effect of tax service quality on taxpayer compliance, (3) the effect of the implementation of e-filing on taxpayer compliance, and (4) awareness tax on taxpayer compliance. The population in this study were MSME taxpayers registered at the KPP Pratama Solok City. In this study, using a purposive sampling technique. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this research is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed that the variables of tax incentives, service quality of the tax authorities, the implementation of e-filing and tax awareness had an effect on MSME taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Tax Incentives, Quality Fiscal Service, Implementation of E-filing, Tax Awareness, Taxpayer Compliance

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether work stress, organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant influence on turnover intention of employees of PT. Kampar male kunango. The population in this study includes all employees at PT. Kampar Male Kunango. Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression with the help of the SPSS program. The sample collection technique that has been selected is the solvin formula (115 employees at PT. Kunango Jantan Kampar). The results showed that job stress, organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant effect on turnover intention, job stress had a significant effect on turnover intention, organizational culture had a significant effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction had no significant effect on turnover intention.keywords: job stress, organizational culture, job satisfaction, turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of placement, workload and compensation on employee job satisfaction at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Pekanbaru City Branch Office. The population in this study includes all employees at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, totaling 62 people. Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the saturated sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is no effect of placement on the job satisfaction of employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, 2) there is a negative and significant effect of workload on job satisfaction of employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, 3) there is a positive and significant effect significant compensation on job satisfaction BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, 4) there is a joint influence of placement, workload and compensation on job satisfaction BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Placement, Workload, Compensation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the average industrial wage and education level on labor absorption in the manufacturing industry sector in Riau Province, and this study also aims to determine which factors have the greatest influence on employment in the manufacturing industry sector in Riau Province. The data used is time series data for the period 2006-2020. The data used in this study is time series data from 2006-2020, sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The independent variable in this study is the Manufacturing Industry Average Wage (X1) and Education Level (X2) as seen from the Average Years of Schooling (RLS), while the dependent variable is Labor Absorption in the Manufacturing Industry Sector (Y). The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS version 23.0 application. The results of the study indicate that partially the average wage of the manufacturing industry has an effect on employment in the manufacturing industry sector in Riau Province with tcount > ttable i.e. 7,573 > 2,179, while the level of education has no effect on employment in the Manufacturing industry in Riau Province with tcount < t table ie 1.255 < 2.179. The biggest factor influencing employment in the manufacturing industry sector in Riau Province is the average industrial wage variable with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 <0.233. Simultaneously, the average industrial wage and education level have an effect on the employment of the manufacturing industry in Riau Province in 2006-2020 with an Adjusted R2 of 92.9% while 7.1% is influenced by other factors not examined.Keywords: employment in the manufacturing sector and wages in the manufacturing industry

Abstract

The world of work will experience changes made by both employers and employees themselves, Various studies highlight concerns expressed by government and industry about the ability of higher education to develop workready graduates. This study aims to examine the effect of student internships and organizational experience and academic achievement on employability. This study was conducted using primary data collected from respondents through questionnaires, while the respondents consisted of 60 students of the Management Department, Riau University who met the criteria. Then tested the hypothesis using multiple linear regression to see the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. In this study, the three variables have a significant effect on employability, student internships have the most dominant influence on employability, followed by academic achievement and organizational experience. The author hopes that this research can be a reference to improve students' skills to prepare for the future.Keywords: Employability, Student Internship, Organizational Experience, Academic Achievement
