Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media and e-WOM onpurchasing decisions through interest in buying UMKM Ayam Geprek productsin the city of Pekanbaru. The population in this study was the entire Pekanbarucommunity who knew, had used or were currently buying UMKM Ayam Geprekproducts, both men and women, totaling 105 people. Primary data was collectedby using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to testthe hypothesis in this study using path analysis (path analysis) with the help of theSPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the NonProbality Sampling technique where sampling is carried out on the basis ofcertain objectives or considerations. The results of this study indicate that: 1)there is a positive and significant effect of Social Media on interest in buyingUMKM Ayam Geprek products in the city of Pekenbaru, 2) there is a positive andsignificant effect on e-WOM on interest in buying UMKM Ayam Geprek productsin the city of Pekanbaru, 3) there is a positive influence and significant SocialMedia on purchasing decisions for UMKM Ayam Geprek products in the city ofPekanbaru, 4) there is a positive and significant influence on e-WOM onpurchasing decisions for UMKM Ayam Geprek products in Pekanbaru City, 5)there is a positive and significant influence on buying interest on purchasingdecisions for UMKM Ayam Geprek products in Pekanbaru City, 6 ) there is apositive and significant effect of Social Media on purchasing decisions throughbuying interest as an intervening variable for UMKM Ayam Geprek products inthe city of Pekanbaru, 7) there is a positive and significant influence on e-WOMon purchasing decisions through buying interest as an intervening variable forUMKM Ayam Geprek products in the city of Pekanbaru. Keywords: Social Media, e-WOM, Purchase Interest, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) inimproving the welfare of the people of Teluk Papal Village, Bantan District,Bengkalis Regency. The population in this study included all the people of TelukPapal Village, Bantan District, totaling 655 people. Primary data was collectedusing a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test thehypothesis in this study, the Likert scale interval was used with the help of theSPSS program. The sampling technique that has been chosen is non-probabilitysampling (64 users of savings and loan services at BUMDes Teluk Papal Village,Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency). The results of the study show that VillageOwned Enterprises (BUMDes) do not yet have a role in improving the welfare ofthe people of Teluk Papal Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, RiauProvince. Keywords: Role, Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), Community Welfare

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of Profitability, Asset Structure, DividendPolicy and Company Size on Capital Structure (Case study of ManufacturingCompanies in the Consumer Good sub-sector on the IDX 2018-2020). Thepopulation in this study includes all manufacturing companies in the consumergoods sub-sector, totaling 58. Companies, Secondary data obtained or collectedand confirmed by studies previous studies or published by various other agencies,to test the hypothesis in this study is to use multple linear regression analysis withthe help of the SPSS program. Selected sampling technique in the method ofdocumentation with ( 34 sub-sector manufacturing companies consumer goodslisted on the IDX ). The result of this study indicate that : 1) there is a positive andsignificant influence of profitability on the capital structure of consumer goodscompanies, 2) there is a positive and significant effect of asset structure on thecapital structure of consumer goods companies, 3) there is a positive andinsignificand influence of dividend policy on the capital structure ofconsumergoods companies,4) there is a positive and significant effect of companysize on the capital structure of consumer goods companies. Keywords : Profitability, Asset Structure, Dividend Policy, Company Size, andCapital Structure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect of Occupational Safety and Health, WorkEnvironment, and Workload on Employees Performance at PT. Mitra BetonMandiri Pekanbaru. This study uses a census sampling technique in which thesampling technique uses the entire population as the research sample. Thesamples in this study were all factory employees at BP I PT. Mitra Beton MandiriPekanbaru, totaling 60 people. The data obtained were collected using aquestionnaire which was then analyzed using a multiple linear regression analysisapproach with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that: 1) there isa positive and significant effect between the independent variables (OccupationalSafety and Health, Work Environment, and Workload) simultaneously or togetheron the dependent variable (Employees Performance) at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation,training, and work discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers inthe village of Ujung Batu Timur. The population in this study were all elementaryschool teachers in the village of Ujung Batu Timur. The sampling technique usedthe census method, and the sample in this study amounted to 33 teachers. Thevariables studied were motivation, training, and work discipline as independentvariables, and teacher performance as the dependent variable. The datacollection method used is a questionnaire/questionnaire. The data analysismethod is in the form of PLS (Partial Least Squares) and the application used isSmartPlS version 3.0. The model tested in this study is the outer model(corvergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability), and the innermodel (R-square). The results of this study indicate that 1) There is an influencebetween motivation on the performance of State Elementary School teachers inUjung Batu Timur Village. 2) There is an influence between training on theperformance of State Elementary School teachers in Ujung Batu Timur Village. 3)There is an influence between work discipline on the performance of SD Negeriteachers in Ujung Batu Timur Village. 4) There is an influence betweenmotivation, training, and work discipline simultaneously on the performance ofState Elementary School teachers in Ujung Batu Timur Village. Keywords : Motivation, Training, Work Discipline, Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work experience andincentives on work productivity of plantation employees of PT. EkaduraIndonesia, Rokan Hulu Regency. The population in this study includes employeesat PT. Ekadura Indonesia, totaling 95 people. Primary data was collected byusing a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test thehypothesis in this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help ofthe SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is saturatedsampling, totaling 95 people. The results in the study indicate that: 1)Competence affects the work productivity of plantation employees of PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the consumer satisfaction index and strategies to improvethe service quality of Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Syariah Branch. The population in thisstudy includes all customers of Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Branch Pekanbaru with asample of 110 people with purposive sampling method. The analysis tool in this studyuses CSI (Customers Satisfaction Index) analysis and IPA (Importance PerformanceAnalysis) analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that theconsumer satisfaction index at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Pekanbaru Branch was 82.84 orwas in the "very satisfied" degradation. The IPA analysis pays attention to the strategyfor improving the service quality of Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Pekanbaru Branch,prioritizing the following 3 indicators: Strategic location (IPA-Indicator 3); guarantee oferror-free transactions (IPA-Indicator 11); Companies can store data accurately (IPAIndicator 12). Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Bank Riau Kepri Syariah PekanbaruCustomer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Index (IPA)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of capital, ability, andexperience on the performance of Air Gallon SMEs in Pekanbaru City. Thepopulation in this study is the Water Gallon MSME in Pekanbaru City in 2022,amounting to 657 MSMEs. With the Slovin formula, the number of respondents(samples) in this study was 87. In this study, the sampling technique used waspurposive sampling technique. The types of data used in this study are primarydata and secondary data. The data collection technique used in this study is aquestionnaire (Questionnaire). Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Theresults showed that capital, ability, and experience partially and simultaneouslyhad a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Keywords: MSME Performance, Capital, Ability, Experience

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Insecurity (X1), NonPhysical Work Environment (X2), and Job Stress (X3) on OrganizationalCommitment (Y) of Employees at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. The population of studywas 63 people and sampling technique used was saturation sampling (census).Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the resultof the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regressionanalysis with the help of SPSS. The results showed that: 1) Job insecurity had anegative and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees atAlpha Hotel Pekanbaru; 2) Non physical work environment had a positive andsignificant effect on organizational commitment of employees at Alpha HotelPekanbaru; 3) Job stress had a negative and significant effect on organizationalcommitment of employees at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru; 4) Job insecurity, nonphysical work environment, and job stress simultaneously effect on organizationalcommitment of employees at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. Keyword: Job Insecurity, Non Physical Work Environment, Job Stress,Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and compensation on jobsatisfaction of employees of PT. Mitra Means Building in Pangkalan Kerinci. Thepopulation in this study were all employees of PT. Mitra Sarana Building inPangkalan Kerinci totaling 145 people. The analytical method used is multiplelinear regression with the help of SPSS program. The results of this study indicatethat leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction;compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; leadershipand compensation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on jobsatisfaction. Keywords : Leaderships, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction
