Abstract

Abstract: This research is a pre-experimental research conducted by using a pre-test – treatment – post-test design which used one group pretest-posttest design. The objectives of this research is to find out whether wholesome scattering game is effective to improve the ability of the first year students of SMAN 12 Pekanbaru in the Academic Year 2016/2017 in writing descriptive text. The population of this research was 372 of the First Year Students of SMAN 12 Pekanbaru and cluster sampling method was used to select one class of students to become the sample. As a result, X MIPA 5 of SMAN 12 Pekanbaru which is total number of the students of class is 35 students were chosen as the sample. The data of this research were collected by giving the writing test about descriptive text (pretest-posttest) to the students. Data were analyzed by using t-test formula. The results of data analysis showed the mean score of pretest was 52.57 and the mean score of posttest was 66.16. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is significant difference between pre-test and post-test because the t-test observed was higher than t-table. In other words, the alternative hypothesis of this research was accepted and null hypothesis was rejected. It also meant that, wholesome scattering game is a technique for teaching that gave a good effect on the ability of the first year students of SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru in writing descriptive texts.

Abstract

Abstrack: The problem of this research is not optimal of leg muscle power and coordination eye-leg to do shooting football. This research was conducted to determine whether there is relationship of explosive leg muscle power and coodination of eye-leg with shooting accuracy on the football team of SMA N 1 Dumai. Sample in this study is the football team of SMA N 1 Dumai and totaled 18 people. The technique to collecting of sample was ( total sampling). The instrument of this research is test vertical power test jump which aims to measure the skill of shooting a ball. After that processing data with statistic, to test for normality with lilifor test at significant level α0,05. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded as follows. Of the result obtained explosive leg muscle power has no significant relationship with the result accuracy shooting on the football team of SMA N 1 Dumai rcount(0,178) < rtab (0,468), of the result obtained coordination eye-leg has a significant connection with teh result accuracy shooting on football team of SMA N Dumai because , rcount(0,607) > rtab (0,468), there is significant relationship together between explosive leg muscle power and coordination eye-leg against result acuracy shooting on fotball team of SMA N 1 Dumai because Rcount (0,706) >Rtab (0,468).Key words : Explosive Leg Muscle Power, Coordination Eye-Leg, Accuracy Shooting.

Abstract

Abstract: The low yield learning mathematics is the basis why the research was conducted. This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve math learning result fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Bengkalis. The number of subjects in this research is 34 people. The instrument of collecting data in this research is the observation sheet activities of teachers and students and test questions. The results showed that the application of learning models Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) can increase the activity of teachers and students and students' math learning result. At the first meeting of the first cycle, the activities of teachers rated at 45.83%. At the next meeting, the activities of teachers be 66.67%. At the first meeting of the second cycle, the activities of teachers percentage increased to 83.33%. At the second meeting be 91.67%. At the first meeting of the first cycle, the percentage of student activity amounted to 45.83%. At the next meeting, increased to 66.67%. In the second cycle the first meeting, the percentage of student activity amounted to 79.17%. And the second meeting be 91.67%. Before action is taken, the average value of student learning result at 62.27. In the first cycle, the average student learning result increased to 71.06, an increase of 14.12%. In the second cycle, the average value of student learning result be 78.03, an increase of 25.31%.Keyword: Learning models Team Assisted Individualization (TAI), Math learning result.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is aimed to find out whether there are significant effects of information gap technique on the speaking ability of the second year students of SMPN 1 Sungai Apit. This is a pre-experimental research conducted by using a pre-test – treatment – post-test design. This research used one group pre-test post-test design.The instrument used in this research was tests (pre-test and post-test). The population of this research was 113 of the Second Year Students of SMPN 1 Sungai Apit and the sample of this research was VIII 2 of SMPN 1 Sungai Apit which is total number of students of class was 20 students. Cluster random sampling method was used to select one class to be the sample. The data of this research were collected by giving the speaking tests (pretest-posttest) to the students. The collected data were analyzed by using t-test formula. The results of data analysis showed the mean score of pre-test was 52.47 and the mean score of post-test was 67.20.Based on the data analysis, It can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and the post-test because the t-test observed was higher than t-table. In other words, the alternative hypothesis of this researchwas accepted and null hypothesis was rejected. It also meant that teaching speaking by using information gap technique was effective to improve the students’ speaking ability. Keywords: Speaking Ability, Information Gap, Technique

Abstract

Abstract: the problem of this research is students lower score in learning sciences  Of class IV SDN 030 Sibuak, it can be seen from 20 students of class IV, 12 student (60%) got lower score and 8 students (40%) got higher score with the mean score is 65,57, the KKM of this school is 70. According to the problem, the researcherhas conducted a classroom action research by implementing assurance, Cooperative model. In cycle I, the percentage of teacher’s activity in first meeting is adequate 66,7 %. In the second meeting, it increasedto 79,1% with good category, in cycle II, first meeting it increased to 83,3% with good category in first meeting and second meeting indicated in very good category 87,5%. In cycle I, the percentge of student’s activity in first meeting is adequate 62,5%. In the second meeting, it increased to 75% with good category. In cycle II, first meeting it increased to 83,3% with category in first meeting and second meeting indicated in very good category 87,5%. An average score of student’s learning result before implementation Cooperative  model was 65,57 it increase to 67,5 in cycle I, and 85,0 in cycle II. The classical completeness was achieved in both cycle. In conclusion, the implementation Cooperative model can improve student’s learning result in sciences subject of class IV of  SDN  030 Sibuak Key Words: Cooperative model, Lerning Result Of Sciences Subject

Abstract

Abstract: This research up on its low usufructs student studying braze IV. SD N 021 Bagan Barat. Initially, of 22 students which reach KKM just 9 person (37,50 %). Its low causal factor result studies student because of that teacher is more tending active than student upon learning happens. So student have no chance to develop. Therefore researcher one theory which is kontekstual's learning approaching constitutes an approaching that helps to learn concern tutorial material content with real world situation. According to Trianto (2009), one class was said to apply learning approaching Contextual Teaching and Learning if applies seven components, which is (1) kontruktvisme, (2) inkuiri, (3 ) ask, (4) society study, (5) about models, (6) reflections, (7) estimations that actually. Observational form that is utilized is observational action braze. Observational job mechanism action brazes this, rendered in cycle form 2 cycles, one that each its cycle ranges 4 activities/phases, which is (1) plannings (2) performings (3) watches and (4) reflections. Activity result learns on meet i. cycle first which is 53,57% by enough categories, then increasing on appointment second becomes 64,28% get enough categories. On cycle II. appointment first increases 75,00% by good category, then on appointment second increases again 89,28% by good peer categories. Student activity result on meet i. cycle percentage first 57,14% get enough categories, then on second appointment 64,28% also get enough categories, on cycle II. first appointment 78,28% get categories well, on second Cycle appointment II. also experience step-up 92,85% by ketegori tremendously good.Key word : CTL Learning approaching, IPS Learned result.

Abstract

Abstract : The aim of this research is to develop interactive computer-based tutorial for mathematics class VII topics of lines and angles. This research use development model by Borg and Gall modified by Sugiyono (2011). Development is done through the following steps: (1) potentials and problems; (2) data collection; (3) media design; (4) validation; (5) revision; (6) small group test; (7) revision; (8) large group test; and (9) revision. At the stage of potentials and problems, researchers created a needs analysis of the results of interviews with teachers of Mathematics. Based on the needs analysis, learning media developed for six class meetings. Learning media is validated by three experts and further revised based on the input from validators. The revised learning media was tested on a small group consist of five students of class VII. The learning media was revised and test in large group involved 21 students of class VII SMP N 1 Rengat. From the large group test results, the learning device improved. The result of data analysis and discussion shows that interactive computer-based tutorial for mathematics class VII topics of lines and angles are valid with an average value of 3.57 and is practical to use by students of class VII.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this researil is less than the maximum power of leg muscle results in long jump squat style. This is in because by the factor of the physical condition of male students in class XI IPS is still lacking, especially on the power leg muscle or explosive power visible when male students do repulsion, results tolakannya less than the maximum is still flat and lacking in high jump, so the results his repulsion not optimal and does not in accordance with the expected. The sample in this study is the son of class XI student of SMAN 3 IPS Tapung Districts of Kampar regency. A sampling technique that the overall population (total sampling). The instrument used in this study is the Standing broad jump test, which aims to measure the strength of leg muscle power and then test the skill test long jump squat style that aims to measure the distance of a jump away. After that, the data is processed with statistical, normality test with lilifors test at significant level 0,05α. The hypothesis is that the alleged relationship between Power Muscles are the result of long jump leg squat style at boy students of class XI IPS SMAN 3 Tapung Districts of Kampar regency. Based on analysis of test lilifors produce L0maks (x) of 0.099 and 0.161 Ltabel, L0maks (y) of 0.150 and 0.161 Ltabel, means L0maks <Ltabel, then the samples come from normal populations distributed. Then from the calculation of product moment correlation between muscle power leg with the results of the long jump style squat where rhitung(0.089) <rtabel (0.374) means that the hypothesis is rejected and there is no relationship between muscle power leg with the results of the long jump on a male student of class XI IPS SMAN 3 Tapung Districts of Kampar Regency. There was no relationship here does not mean there is no relationship, although therelationship here is very low orweak Keywords: Power Relations leg muscle premises Results jump away.

Abstract

Abstract: Background problem in this research is the result of the low grade science students learn VB SD Negeri 023 Sedinginan with an average value of 65, out of 18 students have not reached the KKM as many as 11 people (61.11%) while achieving KKM only 7 people (38, 89%). Rumusam problem in this research is the application of  Inquiry learning model can improve learning outcomes VB grade science students of SD Negeri 023 Sedinginan? The purpose of this study to improve student learning outcomes through the implementation of IPA Inquiry learning model in the class VB 023 Sedinginan Elementary School. Research was conducted in the second semester (2) in the academic year 2015/2016 in March and May 2016. The subjects were students of class VB 023 Sedinginan Elementary School the number of students 18 students terdidri of 9 male and 9 female students. Design of this research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK). The study was conducted role in two cycles, ie four meetings twice daily test material. Data collection instruments on recearh are observation sheets teachers and students as well as the achievement test. Once applied, the Inquiry learning model results showed that the activity of teachers increased by 70.5% from the first cycle to 89.59% in the second cycle, the student activity increased by 66.67% from the first cycle to 87.5 % in cyclically II. Learning outcomes of students has increased from a base score denagan average 65 rose to 69.17 in the first cycle UH, UH then in the second cycle students' average score increased to 82.5 at UH II. The completeness classically increased from 38.89% to preliminary date increased to 50% in the first cycle, subsequently increased to 83.33% in the second cycle. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of Inquiry learning model can improve learning outcomes VB grade science students of SD State 023 Sedinginan. Key Word : Guided Inguiry Learning Model

Abstract

Abstract: Minangkabau is one of the tribes and cultures in Indonesian, located in the Sumatera Barat province. The structure of Minangkabau society oeganized according to matrilineal principles, namely a matrilineal. Mother in Adat Minangkabau known as Bundo Kanduang which literally means true mother. Bundo Kanduang can be two categorized, that is: First, as a personality characteristic that refers to the Minangkabau woman as individuals must contributed to the real demands of society. Second, Bundo Kanduang as an institution parallel with other institutions, has the same power and access to the Minangkabau government structure. The purpose of this research is to know (1) Bundo Kanduang in Koto Laweh Village X Koto Subdistrict Tanah Datar Regency Sumatera Barat (2) The role of Bundo Kanduang in the government system in Koto Laweh Village X Koto Subdistrict Tanah Datar Regency Sumatera Barat (3) The role Bundo Kanduang in the customs system in Koto Laweh Village X Koto Subdistrict Tanah Datar Regency Sumatera Barat (4) The prohibition and abstinence Bundo Kanduang in Koto Laweh Village X Koto Subdistrict Tanah Datar Regency Sumatera Barat. The research uses descriptive methode with qualitative approach, and data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The result of this research show there are role of Bundo Kanduang in Koto Laweh Village in the village government as well as in the customs.Key Words: The Role, Bundo Kanduang, Government System, Customs System
