Abstract

Fish Bone Utilizing The Advantages Of Halal Kitchen As A Marketing Optimalisation Tool At UNISMA Malang Islamic Hospital. As shown by the presence of sharia hospitals in Indonesia, the awareness of halal lifestyle has increased among the predominantly Muslim Indonesian society. Marketing is one way for healthcare professionals to introduce their services to the general public or specific target markets. The preliminary study was conducted through a primary data search process, which included direct interviews with resource persons in several work units and observation of the work unit environment. Problems were identified with fish frames and five reasons, and solutions were sought by conducting observations, literature studies, brainstorming, and benchmarking in other hospitals and CARL for problem prioritisation. There is no specialised training on halal kitchen marketing. To ensure that Muslim customers around the world are protected, certification and halal marking of products are of great concern in the international trading system. Unisma, which has been officially Halal certified, suggests to make a simple halal kitchen tent and evaluate the marketing unit periodically.

Abstract

Availability Analysis of Outpatient Nurses in Universitas Brawijaya Hospital. The quality of nursing services is supported by the availability of sufficient workforce. Consequently, RSUB with a limited number of outpatient nurses needs to assess nurse staffing requirements based on workload. To determine the nurse availability in outpatient care based on workload. Workload measurements are carried out subjectively and objectively. Subjective measurement uses a workload questionnaire, while objective measurement employs the WISN method. The sample size is 20. Data collection involves interviews, observation and document study. Descriptive analysis is applied to the results of both measurements. Subjective measurements indicate a medium nurse workload, and the objective WISN ratio is 0.96, implying a need for one additional nursing staff member. Apart from recruiting the number of nurses, hospitals need to consider measuring other workloads analysis from different aspects in order to achieve a balance between the availability of the number of nurses and workload.

Abstract

Factors Influencing Ward Rounds Time Compliance Patient satisfaction is the goal of improving the quality of health services. Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation Nomor. 30 of 2022 has set national quality indicator targets, one of which is ward rounds time compliance. Qualitative case study was performed to explore what factors influence ward rounds time compliance at hospitals. Data was collected through focus group discussions and semi-structured interviews. Secondary data also used to support this study. From the research results, it was found that man, method, machine, and environment factors play a role in non-compliance with doctor visit times. Lack of knowledge regarding applicable laws and regulations, hospital regulations that are not binding on doctors, lack of commitment from doctors, no follow-up on compliance reports during ward rounds, no reward and punishment system and also hospital culture are factors that play a role in low compliance rate during hospital ward rounds.

Abstract

Workload refers to the number, of tasks and responsibilities that must be performed. This research aims to understand, evaluate, optimize, and identify. The calculation of manpower requirements was carried out by entering primary and secondary data into the WISN formula. The calculation of pharmaceutical personnel needs includes managerial services, prescription review, drug history, therapy monitoring, and information provision. This research is a descriptive study using observation and interview methods as well as monthly and annual reports. The results of this study were found in pharmacists as many as 6 people, 30 TTK, 1 person, and 4 warehouse TTK, while the total number of pharmacy workers was 25 people so the workload carried out did not match the performance of pharmaceutical officers. This is concluded by evaluating the intensity of tasks received by each pharmacy worker, managing drug stocks, providing education, conducting administration and recording, and additional roles. Management needs to ensure that they have sufficient support and efficient systems to carry out their duties and provide quality services.

Abstract

Implementation of Electronic Identity Card (E-KTP) Policy (Study at the Population and Civil Registration Service of North Lombok Regency). Normatively, population administration is implemented by the Population and Civil Registration Service assisted by employees who are competent in their fields. Through this, the research results were found: (1) The implementation of the e-KTP policy was carried out quite well, there was a lack of human resources and a lack of budget. In fact, when linked to the Law regulating Population Administration, resources are an important aspect in the success of the implementation process. (2) Obstacles in implementing the e-KTP policy, researchers found that there were budget limitations, staff limitations, lack of awareness from the community, and geographical location. (3) The results of the implementation of the e-KTP policy, if implemented well, have an impact resulting from the e-KTP policy, such as efficiency in population administration and social and economic impacts. The efficiency of population administration results in the process of making e-KTP becoming faster. The resulting social impact is that underprivileged communities that are integrated with e-KTP can receive social assistance from the government. The economic impact is a society integrated in e-KTP data. Economically, the use of e-KTP aims to facilitate economic activities such as opening a bank account.

The Application Of Lean Concept In Outpatient Service at Medika Utama Hospital Blitar. This study aims to implement Lean Management principles in Medika Utama Hospital Blitar's outpatient services, with the primary objectives of waste reduction and value enhancement. The research employs observational methods, problem identification, and improvement planning. Data collection includes waste and value assessment, along with time measurements for each process. Techniques such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) are utilized for waste identification and the implementation of Lean interventions to streamline processes. Overprocessing is identified as the main source of waste in outpatient services, followed by waiting, transportation, and defects. The study suggests interventions like the transition from manual to electronic medical records, the introduction of an online appointment system, and optimization of the prescription process to address these issues. Value Stream Mapping offers effective solutions for waste reduction and the improvement of outpatient service efficiency
