PT. X is a manufacturing company that manufactures bikes. One of the departments in PT. X is logistics department that has responsibilities to store, prepare, stuffing, and/or send the product to the customer. The problem faced by the logistics department in PT. X is that the logistics department that consists of three warehouses, logistics analyst, and a team leader only has one Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) for only one warehouse. Moreover, some of these KPIs are not related to logistics department activities and achievement of many KPIs related to performance from two or more departments. These problems make performance measurement of logistics department is not accurate. The purpose of this research is to design Key Performance Indicators that are the full responsibility of logistics department of PT. X based on Business Model Canvas (BMC), quality objectives, and strategy map of the logistics department. BMC, quality objectives, and strategy map is established based on vision, mission, and quality policy of PT. X.

CV Karya Utama is a company in manufacturing and selling concrete roof tiles and paving blocks since 1986. Even though CV Karya Utama has been around for a long time, it does not have a quality control division. The problem at CV Karya Utama is that there is no structured quality plan so that many defective items are sent to customers. Therefore, the purpose of this final project is to make a quality plan for the production of concrete roof tiles and paving blocks CV Karya Utama. The method used to make a quality plan for concrete tiles and paving blocks is to take references from Standar Nasional Indonesia and use voice of customer to find out standards the customer wants. The result of this research is the quality plan of concrete roof tiles and paving blocks that can be used to improve the quality of the production of concrete roof tiles and paving blocks CV Karya Utama.

PT X is an automotive company that operates as a manufacturer, assembler, and distributor in and outside the country. PT X is a subsidiary of a multinational company. PT X uses the Just In Time (JIT) principle, so it does not have inventory (zero inventory). PT X produces motorbikes that have a type and color type, where motorbikes produced will be distributed to 29 main dealers. Land distribution will use trucks provided by the transporters, where the trucks used will be regulated in accordance with government regulations. The regulation issued by the government regarding this matter is the rule of Over Dimension Overload (ODOL), where the regulation regulates the dimensions of the trucks used to transport goods. The use of dashboards is a solution to simplify the process of monitoring and controlling the condition of each truck at each main dealer. The use of dashboards for monitoring and control processes is more effective and efficient, because the dashboard can provide a lot of information through just one view. The use of the dashboard increases the progress of improvement, where in January 2019 only 63.13% to 76.55% in April 2019.

The evaluation process on ISO 9001:2015 application in CV. IMF (Indo Metal Forming) was done by doing fulfillment on 10 CV. IMF (Indo Metal Forming)'s invention. 10 problem was come from the results of external audit on October 2020. On the fulfillment proccess everything is pointing to the clause in the ISO 9001:2005 document. CV. IMF (Indo Metal Forming)'s 10 invention everything already fulfilling the clauses. The fulfilment process that was done was based from the cause or the root of the problems that was reviewed through root cause analysis method. Every fulfilment is already submitted to the company. The fulfilment document can be applied to the company for their management or production process. The fulfilment document is already explained to the company. The plan's document was already verified through the authorized person of the company. All the problem that has been solved, will be the requirement of company to start the next internal audit.

Hartono Frame is Frames company that has a problems about delays in order production due to the absence of order production scheduling control and the amount of time wasted due to a lot of movement to find and repair tools. Then there is the loss of finished products in the warehouse due to the messy arrangement of finished goods so that employees forget to put the place and goods are sometimes tucked in a pile of other goods. Improvements made using the DMAIC method by identifying problems, measuring problems, finding root causes, dealing with existing problems, and controlling the improvements that have been given. Improvements made are design of job descriptions, design of production schedules, and given 5S method for the assembly room and warehouse so that the assembly process is easy to do and the goods in the warehouse are easy to find. The results obtained after the repair are an increase in effectiveness in the accuracy of finished products according to the previous order deadline which was 70% to 90% and an increase in the effectiveness of storing goods in the finished goods warehouse which used to lose an average of 12 items to 6 per day.

PT. X is a company that dwelves in shipping and logistic (shiplog) business. As time go on and world change, PT. X follow the trend and released an application named mySPIL in 2017. In order to increase the userbase of mySPIL, marketing department implemented referral program in 2020. Aside from reaching to the new digital market, PT. X also wants to increase their commercial division service quality by reducing the amount of lead time for their processes. Research was done to reduce the lead time required by customer service, sales, and trade department. Research was done by identifying seven wastes, searching for root causes using five whys analysis, and mapping lead time using value stream mapping. Suggestions given to reduce wastes were deemed possible to reduce lead time on commercial division and referral program implemented by marketing department managed to create a significant difference in new relation growth for PT. X.

This thesis aims to create a design of occupational safety and health management system in PT. Ridwan Jaya Agung that in accordance with the Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012. The design of the system consists of several stages which are initial audit, interviews related to the company's capabilities, analysis of the company's initial gap, policy determination, design of K3 implementation, design of K3 monitoring, introduction of K3, and new audits. In the initial audit, the company could only fulfilled 1 out of 122 criteria; equivalent to 1%, which according to the Government Regulation is not a good or ideal auditing results. Therefore, through this thesis, the researcher had created a design of occupational safety and health management system that meets 119 criteria; equivalent to 98%, and can be said to have fulfilled the implementation of occupational safety and health management system.

PT X is a growing company and still does not have a department to carry out engine maintenance. Machine maintenance is still carried out when the machine is damaged. Implementing machine maintenance is still carried out by the production department so that the production department cannot focus on production activities. The technical department is designed to maintain the stability of machine performance and support production activities. The design of the technical department as the responsible department of machine maintenance is carried out by conducting interviews with technical supervisors and technicians who carry out the machine maintenance process. The results of the interviews were then processed and made into various requirements for the formation of a technical department. The design of the technical department as the person in charge of machine maintenance is carried out so that the company can have data on the cycle of damage to machine components, spare parts used and expenses incurred for machine repair. The results of the technical department design include departmental structures, job descriptions, machine maintenance process flows, data collection documents, SOPs and work instructions as well as technical department reports. This can support the company in the engine maintenance process and data collection on the use of spare parts for the engine repair process.

PT X is a bicycle manufacturing industry that develops, manufactures and sells bicycles to several countries around the world. One of the marketing channels carried out by was OEM. The problem faced by the OEM Sales is the complexity of the work process in making specifications for bicycle components and the costing process. This complexity occurs due to the demand for customizable bicycle specifications from many customers which results in increased variations in the use of bicycle components. The purpose of this research is to design a modular component as a tool for making component specifications and bicycle prices that have the same use of components from different bicycle criteria. The research method was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. The results obtained from the research are the process complexity of making specifications for bicycle components and the costing process were reduced. The main conclusion that can be drawn is the design of the modular components as a prototype program to facilitate the process of making component specifications and the costing process resulting in reducement of components usage on different bicycle criteria.
