This study aims to examine the value relevance of accounting information and corporate social responsibility (CSR) for measuring the firm value of companies in Indonesia and Singapore. This study used secondary data in the form of financial statements, annual reports, CSR/ sustainability reports, as well as the company’s stock price data. 34 companies were taken as a sample in this study during period 2013–2015. The results show that earnings information was relevant for measuring firm value, both in Indonesia and Singapore. The book value of equity and operating cash flow information was considered relevant in Singapore companies, but in Indonesia, this information was not considered relevant for measuring firm value. CSR information was considered irrelevant in both countries.

Small Medium Enterprise (SME) that has good supply chain performance can help its ability to solve business problems. In fact, there are still a lot of SMEs that fail in supply chain management due to many factors influencing their implementation. This research aims to analysis relation between factors influencing supply chain and the performance of supply chain management in Tempe Chips Industries in Sanan Village Malang.Data collections were done through questionnaire deployed to 200 owners or manager of Tempe Chips SME in SananVillage, Malang. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Analysis result shows that information sharing and customer service give the most dominant influence to supply chain management’s performance in Sanan’s Tempe Chips industries.

This Research is expected to know the influence of the quality of services installation pharmaceutical a pharmaceutical, attitude officers, speed service, the provision of information and education medicine, and the availability of medicines of satisfaction outpatients at the hospital Amelia simultaneously, partial and the dominant. The results of the study can also be used as the basis in the arrangement the development program of increasing the quality of services pharmaceutical in conformity with expectation patients and renders service IFRS Amelia be an option to obtain medicine.The research is research observational analytic with the approach cross-sectional.Data analysis to research this using analysis linear regression multiple. The research results show that all dimensions the quality of services pharmaceutical influential together to satisfaction patients. Three dimensions speed service, the provision of information and education medicine and the availability of medicines influential be partial to satisfaction patients. Factors that dominant influential the quality of services pharmaceutical to satisfaction outpatients is a factor the availability of medicines.

This research aims to examine and to analyze the influence of transformational leadershipand work motivation on employee performance Hotel Kartika Graha Malang in Indonesia either through or without through job satisfaction.This study used a sample of 78 employees of Hotel Kartika Graha Malang in Indonesia. This research applies quantitative analysis by using explanatory study. The data is analyzed by using PLS for significant test and Sobel test for mediating test. The result shows that transformational leadership has no significant influence on employee performance but has significant influence toward job satisfaction. Nevertheless, work motivation has a significant influence on both employee performance and job satisfaction. Moreover, job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction is also fully mediated the influence of transformational leadership toward employee performance and partially mediated the influence of work motivation toward employee performance. The indicator that causes the non-significant influence of the transformational leadership toward employee performance is an individualized consideration, which is not running optimally in Hotel Kartika Graha.

Psychological contract as a strategy based on flexibility has become a new hope in creating competitive advantages with a focus on human resources management is superior. As a concept that powerful, psychological contract be interested in researchers in the field of organizational development in exploring the influence of psychological contract on employee’s work attitude and behavior. But earlier research still gave contradictory results. In the context of managing talented employee, the psychological contract needs to focus on the key factors shaping employee resilience. This research examines the influence of psychological contracts and career resilience on organizational citizenship behavior on employees in the banking sector in Indonesia and Malaysia using structural equation modeling. This research proved the influence of psychological contract on career resilience and the influence or career on organizational citizenship behavior.

Coordination of the program border area development is still sporadic, as implemented by many departments at the central level. While it’s still the sectoral nature of the program implementation according to the interests of each sector. The purpose of this research is to know the characteristics of the border region and community development in the region, as well as to draw up a strategy and policy development of the border region. This research concluded that there should be an established government institutions and directly responsible border management from conducting the central level in the form of Separate ministry, namely the Minister for the management of the State border of the Republic of Indonesia whose has the many devices, there are a central Government, Province, Regency/City, subdistrict until getting to the villages on the border.

This research aims to review, analyze, and provide empirical evidence about the influence of intellectual capital, intellectual capital disclosure, and financial performance on listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is 525 companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2011-2015. 365 companies were taken as a sample of this research using purposive sampling method. The research method used was multiple linear regression analysis. Intellectual capital was measured using VAICTM; intellectual capital disclosure was measured using intellectual capital disclosure index; corporate financial performance was measured using Return of Assets (ROA), and firm value was measured using Tobin’s Q. This study found that intellectual capital has no effect on firm value, while intellectual capital disclosure and corporate financial performance have positive influence on firm value. Future research is suggested to use cross-country companies as the sample.

This study aims to assess how the role of entrepreneurial identity and selfefficacy in mediating the relationship between the role model and entrepreneurial performance. The population selected in this study is students of UniversitasCiputra who have been running start-up business for 2 to 3 years, with the turnover of fewer than 4.8 billion per year. The results of this research indicate a pattern that connects the existence of a role model and entrepreneurial performance, where the influence is mediated by entrepreneurial identity and self-efficacy. The existence of a role model is proven to influence the formation of entrepreneurial identity. The more individuals perceive themselves as an entrepreneur, the higher their confidence in their ability in setting up and running a business. The high level of confidence in their ability that they will be successful will have a direct impact on the improvement in entrepreneurial performance.

Y Generation is a generation born between 1977 to 1994. This generation is often referred to as the echo boom generation and better known as the generation of technology. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Emotional intelligence and Employee Creativity on the performance of Y generation employees at the Regional Secretariat of Blora Regency with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data used are primary data by taking samples of Y generation employees in the Regional Secretariat of Blora Regency as many as 46 respondents. Path analysis with SPSS 22 statistical program is used for data analysis. The overall hypothesis proposed receives Ha, which means the relationship between variables is positive and significant. In an effort to improve performance, Blora Regency Government can make efforts to increase Emotional intelligence and employee creativity. Job satisfaction is also proven to have a mediating role, so it can be a factor that plays a role in encouraging employee performance improvement.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the perception of patient safety culture dimensions on the willingness to report patient safety incident patient safety incident. This study used a quantitative correlation design with cross-sectional approach. Data analysis used multiple linear regressions. The result showed that perception of patient safety culture dimensions simultaneously affects the willingness to report patient safety incident in Hospital X Malang. The culture of communication openness partially has a positive and significant effect on the willingness to report patient safety incident. Teamwork, staff composition, feedback and learning from previous errors, non-punitive response to error, management support, cooperation between teams, handover and patient transfer process does not affect the willingness of patients to report patient safety incident.
