Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, and Islamic work ethics to organizational change on Private Higher Education Lecturer in Surakarta. The development and rapid changes currently requires universities to adjust to the changes that occur, and must be actively making changes internally, arrangement, and organization development, and responsive to external factors. The study population is a lecturer at private universities in Surakarta and a Muslim. Samples taken were 100 respondents. The sampling technique was conducted using purposive sampling. Based on the test results it can be concluded that, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, and Islamic work ethic, have a significant impact on organizational change.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role theory and related to affective commitment as dependence variable at volunteer’s organizations, and examine the causal pattern of relationships among role conflict, stress, job satisaction, and affective commitment. The participans of this study were 230 volunteers in Sukoharjo. Sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The statistical methods used to test the validity, reliability, and the research hypothesis is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis. Result of this research indicates that role conflict has correlation with stress and job satisfaction, both directly. Yet, stress doesn’t mediating between role conflict and volunteer’s satisfaction. Another finding was a correlation between job satisfaction and affective commitment. Conclude that role theory application in volunteers organization hasn’t similiar finding with another study, and the author recommend another study at vast volunteers or non profitable organizations.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) yang dicetuskan oleh Fishbein dan Ajzen (1975) dan mengembangkan model penelitian tentang antesenden niat berwirausaha dan peran Entrepreneurship Education Programme (EEP) dalam hubungan antara antesenden dan niat berwirausaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua perajin batik/karyawan di kampung batik laweyan dan kauman Surakarta. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sikap terhadap kewirausahaan dan persepsi kontrol perilaku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada niat berwirausaha. EEP tidak memperkuat hubungan antara sikap terhadap kewirausahaan, norma subjektif, dan persepsi kontrol perilaku dengan niat berwirausaha.

In economic globalization these days, company in Karesidenan Surakarta tends to orient at market compartment. None again maximal advantage pursuer. Searching maximum advantage will result the bonanza in short-range, but bringing instability on a long term. In company activity, budget requirement will earn in telling to represent the really matter require to get the attention, because capital stream represent the primary factor of impeller and activator in its effort to grab the market compartment, utilize to maximize the rights of stockholder through the action financial, especially fund allocation. Bibliography stuoy of performed within this research frame lay open that budget applying can improve the operation function in company management. Hence writer makes the research hypothesis of following: "clarity of budget Target has an effect on to effectiveness of management operation" By using method questioners, from a number of existing population, succeeding collected by counted 60 answer questioners. After conducted by test of validity and reliabilities, and also " t test" to determine there is not it him respond-bias, finally 20 statement from 32 competent responder for the dialysis of furthermore. Considering the lack of questioner raised by concerning problem of someone perception, hence to get the more data of representative, each; every company becoming responder asked by 3 of head people the key, and each filling is same sheet questioner. Totalize the answer given by they deputize the condition of clarity of budget target from pertinent company. While as measuring rod of effectiveness of management operation, taken away from by mean. Suggestion able to be given: Variable as measuring rod for the researcher of next need the existence of variable replacement and in other variable searching deputizing performance of effectiveness operation from management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bukti empiris pengaruh persepsi kegunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan terhadap persepsi penggunaan SIA, persepsi keyakinan dan keinovatifan terhadap kegunaan SIA serta persepsi keyakinan dan keinovatifan terhadap kemudahan penggunaan SIA. Subyek penelitian adalah pegawai kantor pos Kota Yogyakarta yang terlibat proses SIA. Sampel adalah pegawai yang menjawab kuesioner . Dari 110 kuesioner yang disebar, yang kembali dan diolah sebanyak 57 kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi keyakinan diri dan keinovatifan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan kegunaan SIA. Semakin tinggi persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan, maka semakin tinggi persepsi penggunaan SIA. Semakin tinggi persepsi keyakinan dan persepsi keinovatifan maka semakin tinggi persepsi kemudahan. Persepsi keyakinan dan keinovatifan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kegunaan SIA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance, using OCB as mediating variable. This research was conducted on employees at PT. Dan Liris Sukoharjo Central Java. The respondents were regular employees totaling 200 employees. The technique of sampling was Non-Probability Sampling and the technique of analyzing data was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 21.0 program. The result shows that job satisfaction, transformational leadership, organizational commitment and OCB simultaneously give positive effect and significant on the employees’ performance. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment on OCB is not significant, whereas transformational leadership give positive effect and significant on OCB. OCB success to mediate the full effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance, but OCB mediates the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance partially. Managerial implications of this research are human resource management should improve job satisfaction, organizational commitment and appealedthe head to apply transformational leadership to improve employee performance through OCB behaviors.
