Prisoners with disabilities are a vulnerable group who need to get special treatment while serving prison sentences, this group can show declining physical and mental abilities. Poor physical and mental health results in the activities undertaken in prison being unproductive and dependent on other people. Efforts to realize human rights-based treatment of prisoners with disabilities and the elderly as outlined in statutory regulations, namely Law Number 8 of 2016. Correctional Institutions are a place of guidance for those who are convicted, prisoners only do not get freedom of movement and still get human rights Humans are supposed to be and this is fulfilled by Correctional Institutions. Rights that they should have such as special residential rooms, special lanes for disabilities, and wheelchairs and canes to facilitate movement as a form of fulfilling the social welfare of vulnerable groups. Therefore, this article uses a normative procedure that is intended to study by studying literature and secondary materials such as related laws and regulations. The results of the research state that if the fulfillment of the rights of prisoners with disabilities in prisons is still not optimal, it is necessary to evaluate and improve the quality of trials by prisons and other agencies related to this matter, and not only that, further regulations are also needed that focus on guaranteeing rights for prisoners with disabilities.

This study was conducted to examine, firstly, whether the task executive's leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of correctional officers. Second, whether the influence of leadership style on performance is based on the motivation of the leader. In connection with this problem, the following hypothesis is proposed, Leadership style has a significant influence on the performance of correctional officers. Second, the motivation of correctional officers is based on the influence of leadership style on correctional performance. The purpose of the study was to determine yes or not there was an influence of the executive's leadership style in leading and motivating correctional officers. This research is aimed at the performance problems of correctional officers who have not met expectations. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative method, and obtains data through interviews, results from previous studies, and observations.

The figure of a leader to be able to manage and organize the organization to achieve its goals. This study aims to examine the importance of leadership in organizations with a literature approach. This type of research is research with a literature study approach which is carried out by finding theoretical references that are in accordance with the cases obtained. A leader is a positive and confident person who has a vision, mission and high ethical values, with the ability to convey ideas and is able to encourage and relate well with others. Leadership will be a critical success factor in an organization. This is because leadership is the center point for significant changes in the organization, leadership becomes a personality that has an impact and leadership is an art in creating organizational fit and stability. Whatever the organization, formal or informal, must have goals or ideals to be achieved regardless of whether the organization is good or bad. A leadership style that shows, directly or indirectly, about a leader's belief in the abilities of his subordinates. This means that leadership style is behavior and strategy, as a result of a combination of philosophies, skills, traits, attitudes, which are often applied by a leader when he tries to influence the performance of his subordinates. Seeing the real facts that occur, there are many factors that influence the flow of the leadership process, the rest are facts or organizational dynamics that occur. This means that the leader when applying the style or activity of his leadership is very dependent on the pattern of the organization that surrounds him.

Hypocrisis is a trait that is not good for a person to have. This hypocrisy means that there is a mismatch between words and actions or it can be said that a person's thoughts, hearts, and actions are not in harmony. The risk posed by this hypocrisy is very disturbing to the welfare of the surrounding environment. Moreover, in the environment of an organization that has a leader. Leaders who have this hypocritical nature in order to make the environment around the organization a bad risk. This study aims to determine the risk caused by the Hypocrisis in the leadership style of an organization. The method used in this research is a qualitative method in which research data is obtained by direct observation to the field and conducting interviews with informants.

Fire is one of the unpredictable disasters, occurring outside of human will and control. The National Disaster Management Agency is an event or series of events that threatens and disrupts people's lives and livelihoods caused by nature or non-natural causes resulting in casualties, whether human, animal, environmental damage, loss, psychological impact. Of course, this fire case still needs to be investigated, considering the number of victims who fell and its location in a correctional institution. The research method used by the author in this article is a qualitative method. Seeing the incident of fire at the Tangerang Class I Lapas, the author was moved to examine the readiness of preventing and handling fires at the Madiun Class I Lapas by making observations at the Madiun Class I Lapas. Based on the research results that have been obtained, it can be seen what are the factors that cause the occurrence of prisons in general. These factors are related to facilitation regarding the age of old buildings, the problem of overcrowding in Correctional Institutions, as well as Standard Operational Procedures in disaster prevention and management in Correctional Institutions. Starting from the fire incident that occurred in the Tangerang Class I Lapas, the Head of the East Java Kemenkumham Regional Office conducted an inspection regarding the facilities and infrastructure at the UPT Corrections in East Java, one of which is the Madiun Class I Lapas (Lapasma). In order to prevent and deal with fires that can occur in Lapasma, various efforts have been made by Lapasma.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership style on the motivation of the guard team work in Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Kerobokan. In this study the authors used quantitative research methods with a population of all guarding squads in Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Kerobokan of 58 people. The sampling process in this study uses saturated sample techniques because the entire population in this study is a sample. The results of this study showed that 23.9% of the motivation of the guard squad at Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Kerobokan was influenced by leadership style while the remaining 76.1% was influenced by other models not discussed in this study. This study concluded that leadership style influenced the motivation of the guard team's work at Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Kerobokan.

in the criminal justice system in Indonesia there are 4 subsystems consisting of the police, prosecutors, courts and correctional institutions. Convicts are the designation for convicts who are serving a crime of losing their independence in Correctional Institutions. channel their interests, talents and expertise and skills while they are serving their sentence, the independence coaching program is carried out using a skills training approach and independent activities for convicts so that the hope is that after they have finished serving their sentence in prison and leave, they will return to society. skills that can be used as a source of income, this type of research is descriptive qualitative with the research location at the Mataram Class IIA Correctional Institution, the results of this study indicate that the implementation of the coaching program The inmates at the Mataram class IIA penitentiary are going quite well. The suggestion from this research is that it is necessary to pay more attention to the cooperation between prisons and the government regarding coaching. In addition, it is necessary to observe the correctional center or social counselor to find out whether the skills training provided in prisons is beneficial and sustainable

The term performance comes from the word job performance or actual performance (work performance or actual achievement achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him). One of the most important things in an organization to achieve goals is employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of leadership on employee performance. The data and sources used are the results of previous research. Furthermore, the data that has been collected was analyzed using descriptive methods. The results of this study conclude that leadership has a significant effect on work motivation.

Research on leadership has existed since World War II, but there are still differences of opinion. This difference of opinion can be caused by each person having different teachings. The same is true between leadership and management differences. The study of leadership began in the time of Aristotle, while management began in the 20th century with the birth of industrial society. The research method used is descriptive method, namely by describing in general the facts found, then analyzed based on the theories put forward by experts who have an analysis of the problems to be studied. While the data collection techniques carried out by the author in this study can be done by means of library research and field studies. Ideal leadership is a dream or hope for every organization. There are 8 (eight) ideal leadership characters, namely: intelligent, responsible, honest, trustworthy, initiative, consistent, firm and straightforward. Character is a key determinant in the success of an correctional institution. This will bring blessings to all members of the correctional institution in it. The progress and the retreat, the success and failure of the organization are largely determined by the leaders, because the leader is the determinant of the direction and direction that the correctional institution wants to achieve towards the goals to be achieved.

The Child Special Guidance Institution or abbreviated as LPKA is a place for children to serve their criminal period. LPKA itself is a Technical Implementing Unit whose position is under and at the same time responsible to the Director General of Corrections. Transformational leadership is a process in which leaders and their subordinates strive to achieve higher levels of morality and motivation. According to Bass and Avolio (1994), transformational leadership styles that affect employee performance in order to create goals include dimensions/behaviors or better known as 4-I which is then applied to the Palembamg Class I LPKA. preparation of the organization's vision, mission, goals, and program activities. The inspirational motivation component possessed by superiors is not only using one leadership style but always looking at the situations and conditions they face. The intellectual stimulation component is the superior instilling work completion in a deft, timely manner, and the superior also avoids patronizing the employees but invites them to cooperate with each other. The individualized consideration component is the supervisor always follows up on employee needs, always holds workshops or training.
