Kode etik profesi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam yaitu sebagai suatu disiplin filosofis yang sangat diperlukan dalam interaksi sesama manusia untuk memutuskan pola-pola perilaku yang baik berdasarkan pertimbangan moral yang berlaku. Kode etik guru bertujuan menjaga etika dan meningkatkan martabat guru, menjadikan guru sebagai pendidik yang handal dan mampu mengembangkan seluruh potensi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan kode etik profesi guru pendidikan agama islam dalam konteks peningkatan mutu pendidikan di era 5.0. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kepustakaan (library research) memamkai pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam di era society 5.0 ini, guru PAI mampu menerapkan kode etik profesi guru sesuai dengan yang telah ditentukan, karena guru PAI merupakan hal yang sentral, baik itu dari segi perencana, pelaksana, maupun sebagai evaluator pembelejaran. Hal ini berarti bahwa kemampuan profesional guru PAI dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang berkualitas sangat menentukan keberhasilan pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Kualitas pembelajaran juga sangat bergantung pada kemampuan profesional guru, terutama dalam memberikan kemudahan belajar kepada siswa secara efektif dan efisien. Norma agama adalah alasan yang kuat untuk seseorang berpegang tegus pada perilaku baik dan menjauhi perilaku buruk.

Strategi sekolah untuk mengidentifikasi konflik yang terjadi yaitu dengan komunikasi yang terbuka antara semua pihak terlibat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, objek sasaran penelitian ini terutama adalah waka humas yang berada di sekolah tersebut. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan hasil wawancara secara tertulis, kemudian hasil data observasi dianalisis dan diolah. Teknik analisis data hasil observasi meliputi analisis data hasil observasi yang menghasilkan penjelasan secara deskriptif mengenai strategi manajemen konflik yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi waka humas .Hasil observasi yang dilakukan di SMPN 28 Surabaya bahwa penanganan konflik dilakukan dengan baik, teratur dan terkondisi. Pihak yang mengatasi konflik dilakukan oleh pemimpin sekolah lalu dibantu oleh waka, juga tenaga pendidik yang bersangkutan setelah itu semua pihak dikumpulkan diberi kesempatan untuk mengungkapkan pendapat masing masing serta membahas konflik yang mungkin sedang dialami, supaya konflik di SMPN 28 Surabaya tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan internal dan tanpa pihak luar sehingga tidak sampai terganggu kinerja pendidiknya.Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan dalam menangani konflik di SMPN 28 Surabaya terkondisikan dengan baik, sehingga kinerja guru tidak terganggu dan efektivifitas pembelajaran tetap terjaga.Tujuan observasi ini adalah supaya mengetahui konflik yang dialami tenaga pendidik yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja tenaga pendidik, dengan minimnya konflik terhadap tenaga pendidik maka kinerja tenaga pendidik dapat maksimal dan terjaminKata Kunci : Komunikasi, Kinerja Guru, Pelatihan Konflik, Peran pemimpin

Conflict is a problem that can occur in various organization/institutions, including madrasah. In dealing with conflict between teachers when selecting teachers to serve in the school organizational structure, madrasah principals have several methods for resolving conflicts so that they do not have a negative impact on the school environment. The aims the of this research are 1) to find out the methods of madrasah heads in resolving conflicts at MAN 3 Banda Aceh 2) To find out the obstacles faced by madrasah heads in resolving conflicts at MAN 3 Banda Aceh. The type of research carried out is qualitative, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research consisted of 3 informants, namely the head of the madrasah, the deputy head of the madrasah for curriculum and 1 homeroom teacher for class X MIA 3. The results of this research show that 1) the method used by the madrasah head to resolve conflicts related to the system for selecting members of the organizational structure is to use 4 methods, namely the method of stimulating conflict, the method of reducing conflict, the method of managing conflict, and the method of conciliation. 2) The obstacles that madrasah heads face in resolving conflicts are misunderstandings and lack of understanding of the rules that occur within the parties involvet in the conflict, resulting in differences of opinion. With the methods used by madrasah heads in resolving conflicts, these problems can be resolved well even though they are not free from obstacles.

Motivasi sebagai suatu kondisi yang menyebabkan atau menimbulkan perilaku tertentu, dan memberi arah serta ketahanan pada tingkah laku tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan usaha-usaha Kepala Sekolah, pemanfaatan sumber belajar dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan sumber belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah SMP Negeri Perisai Kutacane. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu usaha yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah menjadi supervisor bertugas memantau, membimbing, dan membina kinerja guru melaksanakan pembelajaran dan menjadi fasilitator bertugas memberikan kebebasan guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik sesuai kebutuhan pendidikan dan peserta didik, pemanfaatan sumber belajar siswa berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi yang dicapai, hambatan yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan waktu, biaya, jumlah sumber belajar.

This research is a descriptive and qualitative research that aims to know online learning effect which affects the grade point of UIN Ar-Raniry 2019 Chemistry Education’s colleger during this Covid-19 pandemic. This research has 40 respondents from a total of 65 UIN Ar-Raniry 2019 Chemistry Education’s colleger. Data analysis in this research is done by using Miles and Huberman methode wchich includes 3 steps: data reduction, presenting data, and taking conclusion and verification. Research’s result says that: online learning affects to great colleger’s grade point which is proved by grade point enhancement of 72,5% colleger of UIN Ar-Raniry 2019 Chemistry Education. That good influence is got because of the maximum effort of UIN Ar-Raniry Education Chemistries lecturers in online learnig using online media, well media choosen by lecterers, high enthusiasm and spirit of collegers in learning, and also well care and consideration of lecturer when collegers are in online learning’s obtacles. From that, online learning gives much effect to UIN Ar-Raniry 2019 Chemistry Education collegers during this Covid-19 pandemic that proved by enhancement of colleger’s grade point.

Research on the correlation between the intensity of reading the Qur'an and the religious attitude of students requires valid and reliable instruments to measure these two variables. Instrument validity and reliability are important aspects in ensuring the validity of the data obtained. This study aims to prove the validity and reliability of the instrument correlating the intensity of reading the Qur'an and the religious attitude of students. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study consisted of students of the Al-Qur'an Science and Tafsir Study Program of UIN Ar-Raniry with a sample size of 30 students selected by simple random sampling. The results of the study prove that the instrument of the correlation of the intensity of reading the Qur'an and the religious attitude of students has sufficient validity and reliability to be used in measuring the correlation of the intensity of reading the Qur'an and the religious attitude of students.

Scientific literacy is known as the ability to read, understand, evaluate, use scientific knowledge and information to think critically. This study aims to describe the scientific literacy ability profile of students on Newton's law of gravity at the level of MAN 1 Aceh Besar in physics lessons. In the context of scientific literacy includes competency and knowledge aspects. This research is in the form of a qualitative descriptive research carried out using a question instrument on aspects of competence and aspects of knowledge. The competence aspect contains three indicators, namely (1) explaining scientific phenomena with a percentage of 64%, (2) evaluating and designing scientific investigations with a percentage of 26%, (3) interpreting data and providing scientific evidence with a percentage of 43%. Then the knowledge aspect contains three indicators, namely (1) low-level cognitive gets a percentage of 54% with the predicate "less", (2) medium-level cognitive gets a percentage of 36% with the predicate "very less", (3) high-level cognitive gets a percentage of 20% with the predicate "very less".

Advances in digital technology are changing the paradigm of learning, especially in the development of students' analytical thinking skills. Applications of technology, such as complex conceptual visualization and interactive approaches, have a positive impact on the quality of learning. Technology capabilities support collaborative learning, adapt teaching methods to student learning styles, and create intelligent digital learning systems. In the development of analytical thinking capabilities, digital technology is not only a tool but also a potential partner, becoming a catalyst for expanding and deepening the learning process. Research using library methods shows that the integration of digital technology in education contributes to the development of students' analytical thinking skills. While digital technology provides the advantage of information access and dynamic learning experiences, the role of teachers and active guidance remains important. A deep understanding of these dynamics is needed to design contextual, adaptive, and relevant learning approaches in the digital age.

Curriculum policies in Indonesia have undergone changes since the pre-independence period until now. This study aims to analyze policy developments in Indonesia so that it can provide an overview of the mapping of the themes that have been researched, the mapping methodology used in the article, and the year of publication of the article. The method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by using the keyword education policy in Indonesia on the Google Scholar engine using Indonesian, the articles searched are limited to 2016 to 2024. This study aims to test the quality of the items of the Tashrif Lughawi using Rasch Model analysis. This study measured test items with item polarity tests, item and respondent mapping, individual and item reliability. This instrument contains 20 objective items test. This instrument test was tested on 51 students of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level. The research data was analyzed using the Winsteps program for Rasch Model analysis. The result of Rasch's analysis based on item polarity shows that all test items are positive Point Measure Correlation (PMC) value. This result means that there is no conflict between the item and the constructed being measured. The results of the Mean Square Value show that 18 items have a value less than 1.5 which means that the resulting measurement is productive. 2 items -soal_10 (1.83) and soal_4 (1.64)- have a value greater than 1.5, so it is necessary to review this item for use decision-making. The results of the reliability analysis showed that the reliability index of the item was 0.91 and the reliability index of the respondents was 0.80. The results of this study show that the Tashrif Lughawi test instrument has high validity and reliability so that it can be used as a tool to measure the ability of Tashrif Lughawi students at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level.
