This study aims to determine the effect of leadership traansformasional test theperformance of which is mediated by two variables: trust in leaders and job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative empirical research with cross sectional study design. These samples included 111 respondents. Hypothesis testing using regression analysis with the approach of Baron and Kenny (1986). Validity and reliability of the research questionnaire value of KMO Measure of Sampling Adequacy (MSA) in this study amounted to 0.835 continued test and a valid and reliable factor. The results showed that transformational leadership significant and positive impact on performance. The variables of transformational leadership have a significant effect on the performance, variable trust in leaders and job satisfaction variables have a role as a mediating variable.

This study analylizes the influence wages and working experience on the productivity ofrattan furniture craftsmen in the village Trangsan Gatak District of Sukoharjo district. The population of this study were 170 craftsmen. While the study sample was 62 respondents. This study uses a random sampling technique. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed no effect of dominant work experience. Hypothesis test results showed a significant influence on the productivity of craftsmen and work experience. The results of hypothesis testing is influenced by other factors, such as factors of discipline, safety, and security.

The purpose of this study to analyze the factors - factors that can affect employeesatisfaction and working discipline in PT. PLN (Persero) AREA Surakarta. The researchmodel that will be used in this research is a model of a tiered structure. The results ofthis study indicate that the style of leadership is not a positive influence on the discipline of work, organizational commitment positively affects work discipline, organizational commitment has positive effect on job satisfaction. Variability construction work discipline can be explained by the variability of the construct of leadership styles, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. Model influence leadership style and organizational commitment to job satisfaction produce R-square values show moderate models, it means that the job satisfaction construct variability can be explained by the variability of the construct of leadership style and organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study to evaluate the selling price of natural dyes manufacturerand make a pricing strategy y results of this study found that the cost components thatare not taken into account in the accounts namely the cost of goods sold resulted inthe selling price of the company could not achieve the purpose of profit. The resultsof this study showed that the company’s success is determined by pricing strategies.Start using the product introduction phase skim milk pricing strategy. The growth stageof the product using the product line pricing strategy, global product pricing strategy,and a captive product pricing strategy. While at the stage of maturity of the productusing the appropriate defense strategy, geographic strategy criteria of price, rebatebonusstrategy, and strategy to survive. At the stage of decline in product strategy pricereductions and price increases strategy.

This study aims to determine the effect of salary, promotion, supervision, co-workers,the work itself, and the work environment to job satisfaction of nurses in the Air ForceRSP Dr. S. Hardjolukito Yogyakarta. The population in this study is a nurse in the AirForce RSP Dr. S. Hardjolukito Yogyakarta as many as 96 people. samples were takenas many as 71 nurses who served in inpatient units including Camar room, the Peacockroom, a cassowary room and parakeets room. The analytical method used in this studyusing linear regression berganda.Tteknik proposive sampling using sampling. Theresults showed that no significant relationship between the work itself and the workingenvironment on job satisfaction. Salary, supervision, and co-workers have no effect onjob satisfaction. While the campaign shows a negative relation to job satisfaction, workitself and the working environment.

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment, work discipline, job description and compensation to employee performance se Religious Affairs Office Klaten district. This research is a survey. The data used are primary data by taking a sample of 100 employees of the Office of Religious Affairs se-Klaten district Sampling technicus in this study using random quota sampling method. Data obtained directly from the results of questionnaires. The analytical tool used linear regression.
