Abstract

The maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia is far from being the target of sustainable development goal's (SDG's), with one of the dominant causes being hypertension in pregnancy (HDK) such as preeclampsia. Pregnant women with preeclampsia are prone to experience anxiety, which if left untreated will have an effect on the welfare of the mother and baby. Anxiety can also cause blood pressure to raise. One relaxation technique to reduce anxiety and blood pressure is with murottal therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of murottal therapy in reducing anxiety and blood pressure in pregnant women with preeclampsia and to find out how to apply it to the case study. The research design used is literature review and case study. Samples for literature review were obtained from electronic databases, namely Google Scholar of 6 articles about the theme of Murottal and anxiety therapy (5 national and 1 international) and 8 articles on the theme of murottal therapy and blood pressure. Samples for case studies of 2 pregnant women with preeclampsia. The results obtained from the literature review include a decrease in anxiety scores before and after treatment with a mean reduction in anxiety scores 6,297, there is an effect of murottal therapy on blood pressure or there is a difference in blood pressure before and after getting treatment, the average decrease in mean systole 12,188 and average mean decrease in mean diastolic 6,233. Whereas the results obtained from the case study include risk factors for preeclampsia in the respondent is a history of hypertension, obesity and primipara; lack of knowledge or information and lack of optimal application of therapeutic communication is a factor that aggravates anxiety and; anxiety scores dropped after receiving murottal therapy and blood pressure also fell relative.

Abstract

Menstrual pain or dysmenorrhea is a gynecological complaint caused by an imbalance of the progesterone hormone in the blood that causes pain and most often occurs in women. Women who experience menstrual pain usually produce prostaglandin 10 times more than women who do not experience menstrual pain. This prostaglandin causes an increase in uterine contractions that causes menstrual pain.Research purposes: to identify literature related to acidic turmeric drinks to menstrual pain levels.               The type of literature study conducted is using analytical metadata using literature (literature review) that can explain the benefits of acid turmeric drinks to reduce pain levels during menstruation.               Menstrual pain is abdominal pain that comes from uterine cramps that occurs during menstruation. Usually occurs at the onset of menstruation and lasts several hours to several days until it reaches the peak of pain. Menstrual pain is the most common problem in adolescent and adult women, but is a different condition for many women who influence health-related quality of life. Menstrual pain, the fact that women cannot act normally can have an economic impact, because it relates to expenditures spent on purchasing, and medical care. To reduce prices on dysmenorrhea respondents, what we did was to give acidic turmeric drinks to respondents who were conceived during menstruation. Acidic turmeric drinks are drinks that are processed with the main ingredients of turmeric and acid. Naturally turmeric is believed to have active ingredients that can be used as analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory, so it is also acidic (tamarind) which has active ingredients as anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and sedative.

Abstract

The Pain is a natural process of labor, but if not handled properly, it will cause another problem, namely increasing anxiety in the labour process. So that the production of adrenaline hormone increases and results in vasoconstriction that causes maternal blood flow to the fetus to fall. During this time, pain management using drugs but many drugs except expensive, contains a side effect too. So, non pharmacological methods are more recommended because they safe for pregnant women. One of the non pharmacological recommended is Counter Pressure. Article searching conducted in some databases: Google Scholar, Proquest and Science Direct. Keyword used were “Counter Pressure”, “pain”, Labour”and finally got 10 articles matched (4 international articles and 6 national articles).  Counter Pressure could be categorized as a safe and effective intervention to reduce labor pain at first phase.  Using Counter Pressure will close the pain stimulus that will be delivered to the spinal cord and brain. Endorphin compounds will be activated at Counter Pressure so that the transmission of pain messages can be inhibited which can cause significant decrease in pain sensation. Counter Pressure could reduce labour pain at first phase.

Abstract

Breastmilk is very useful for babies at the beginning of their lives because it contains a lot of antibodies for the baby's immunity that can prevent diseases that cause the death of infants and toddlers. One of the factors that a mother cannot give immediate is breast milk expenditure that is not smooth in the first days after giving birth. The delayed release of breast milk can be caused by a lack of stimulation of the hormone oxytocin and prolactin which are very instrumental in smoothing out breastfeeding expenditure. This non effortless release of breast milk can be stimulated by a combination of Oxytocin Massage and Marmet Technique.               The aim of the study was to identify the literature review relating to oxytocin massage and marmet technique. Methods: This study uses literature (literature review) about the benefits of applying oxytocin massage and marmet techniques. The source for conducting this review is in the form of 8 research articles from 2013 to 2017. The research design was descriptive by analyzing two international journals and six national journals relating to oxytocin massage and marmet technique. Results: Oxytocin massage and marmet techniques can be categorized as safe and effective interventions to increase for the spending of breastmilk in postpartum mothers who experience problems with breast milk production. Abstract

Today many women do not know when is the right time to start getting pregnant and cannot be pregnant again. The situation is too 4 (young, old, close and many) to be an internal factor of the mother which affects the complications of pregnancy and childbirth which have an impact on AKI and AKB. This research was based on the declaration of a KB village in RW 10 Margadana Village. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the KB Village program in RW 10 Margadana Village. This research is qualitative using descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interview techniques in accordance with interview guidelines. The results of interviews were recorded and made field notes with a research model using a model on Public Policy Implementation developed by George C. Edward III. The results of the research showed that from four indicators of the program, two of them have been achieved well, namely disposition and bureaucracy structure, this was because in the implementation of the program of Kampung KB, the program executor and the target were already maximum. Yet the indicators of resources have not met the requirements because of the inadequate facilities. Among the obstacles in the implementation of Kampung KB program were communication from the local government cannot unite related agencies, namely the population and health services, insufficient budgets and the lack of participation and awareness of the community in RW 10 Margadana village. The researcher recommended suggestions: the posts of Kampung KB are to be made specifically for activities related to family planning,, and in the socialization, the BKKBN (National Population and Family Planning Board) Lampung should motivate the community to participate in the implementation of Kampung KB program in RW 10 Margadana Village.
