Abstract

Komik Jepang atau Manga adalah karya seni asal Jepang yang sudah menyebar hampir ke seluruh dunia. Manga ini umumnya digemari oleh anak-anak dan remaja karena gambar dan cerita yang menarik. Karena kemajuan IPTEK menyebabkan Manga sudah dapat diakses di platform digital dalam bentuk softcopy. Hal ini tentu memudahkan untuk mempromosikan manga serta membaca manga. Oleh karena itu, sistem rekomendasi manga berdasarkan genre dirancang untuk membantu pembaca mendapatkan rekomendasi manga lain yang sesuai preferensi manga mereka menggunakan genre dan metode content-based filtering dengan sumber dataset dari website MyAnimeList yang berjumlah 983 manga. Nilai precision yang diperoleh adalah 0,6 atau sebesar 60%.

Abstract

Movie is one of the easiest and cheapest entertainment human can experience. Nevertheless, there is an abundant amount of movies to watch. In the US and Canada alone, there are 403 movies produced in 2021. That is a huge amount of movies one person can watch. Most of people usually confused in determining which movies to watch, especially after watching a movie that truly suits their taste. Determining a decision in choosing a movie to watch requires a recommendation system. The recommendation system will provide decisions with good accuracy if it is collaborated with the Semantic Web using ontologies. In this study, researchers aims to build a movie ontology design which will later be used as a processing database in a movie selection recommendation system. In building the ontology, researcher requires the Methontology method. The methontology stages are performing the stages of specification, knowledge acquisition, conseptualizationo, integration, implementation, evaluation, and documentation.

Abstract

The number of existing anime is increasingly varied and more in line with the increasing number of enthusiasts. The surge in anime series among anime enthusiasts has become an obstacle to finding anime that matches their taste. This underlies the writer to create an anime recommendation system using User-Based Collaborative Filtering method. The research process consisted of several stages, namely data collection from the Kaggle website with 3 pieces of data uploaded, namely in the .csv format. Determination of users who have a correlation, using the Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient method. Calculation of predictions using a weighted sum algorithm. The final stage is the implementation of the recommendations and evaluation of the recommendation system used to calculate the level of collaborative filtering using the Mean Absolute Error (MAE).. This research has output in the form of a website which has several components, namely Home Page, Login-Register, Search, Recommend, Result Page, Single View and Rating. Testing on the system uses MAE calculations which are carried out on 50 users with the most rating history. The results from the test show that the percentage of error obtained is 15.8% and the prediction accuracy results obtained are 84.12%. The smallest MAE value of the 50 profiles is 0.894933222 by Archaeon and the highest MAE value is 3.572438553 by Krunchyman.

Abstract

There’s a lot of tools that can be used to build or develop a website. Starting from basic HTML CSS and JavaScript to the use of UI Framework such as React, Angular, Vue JS or Svelte But, the use of UI Framework doesn’t come with no cons. UI Framework like React, use virtual DOM, instead of modifying the DOM directly, so when the first time application load, the framework needs to load library to modify the virtual DOM, before the page can load. This can leads to slow first loading time. This paper research performance improvement when using ISR ( Incremental Static Regeneration ) in NextJS

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, teknologi juga semakin berkembang. Contohnya dengan menggunakan suatu system yang mampu mengidentifikasi plat nomor kendaraan secara efisien dan akurat. Contoh metode yang digunakan adalah metode CNN. CNN atau Convolutional Neural Network merupakan salah satu metode deep learning yang sering digunakan untuk pengenalan citra. Hal ini disebabkan karena metode CNN berkonsep system pengenalan citra pada visual cortex manusia sehingga memiliki kemampuan mengolah citra informasi. Dengan menggunakan metode ini, dapat mengenali simbol pada plat nomor kendaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa sampel gambar plat kendaraan yang diambil dari berbagai media. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh hasil, yaitu tingkat keakuratan dalam mendeteksi setiap karakter pada plat kendaraan.

Abstract

Literacy is the ability of Indonesian language competence on the basis of reading and writing. Literacy skills in Indonesia are quite lagging behind other nations in the world. To improve literacy skills, we use the SAC (All Smart Children) approach with TaRL (Teaching at Right Level) learning. This approach can be realized by using one of the clustering methods, namely the K-Means Algorithm. The grouping will use data from the implementation of the literacy program at SMP Santi Yasa Petak in the span of 3 months and the modeling using the Rapid Miner application. The results obtained divided students into 2 clusters, namely a cluster of students who were able to carry out a literacy program of 8 people and a cluster of students who had not been able to carry out a literacy program of 5 people.

Abstract

As technology develops, almost all information and data is stored in digital form. But as we know, digital storage is more vulnerable to theft where this thing is often happen to data that people shared on the internet, include digital image. From the problem above, we do the research where we build a windows-based program using steganography with least significant bit method and visible watermarking that implement encryption hidden message and visible watermarking to the digital image we want to. This program also can decode the hidden message from the digital image that contain the message. The research prove that using the combination of steganography and visible watermarking can help the owner of the digital image to claim the copyright of their digital image. This happened because they can encrypt the proof of the ownership in the image by visible dan invisible way.

Abstract

PT Sinar Nusrapress Utama, yang terletak di Jalan Hayam Wuruk, Panjer, Denpasar, Bali, merupakan sebuah perusahaan media cetak dan digital. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dan mempercepat proses pengarsipan surat masuk dan keluar yang dilakukan setiap bulan. Salah satu solusi yang diusulkan adalah dengan menciptakan sebuah sistem arsip online berbasis informasi untuk memfasilitasi dan mempercepat proses arsip dengan lebih efisien. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam mendesain sistem ini adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), yang mencakup empat tahapan utama seperti identifikasi masalah, penetapan kebutuhan informasi, analisis sistem, dan perancangan sistem yang diusulkan. Dalam prosesnya, berbagai alat pemodelan seperti peta konsep, diagram hubungan entitas, skenario kasus penggunaan, flowchart, dan antarmuka pengguna grafis digunakan. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan observasi, wawancara, studi literatur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan sebuah Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan berbasis web untuk PT Sinar Nusrapress Utama, yang diharapkan membuat pengarsipan lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Sistem, Informasi, SDLC, Concept Map, ERD, Use Case Diagram, GUI.

Abstract

Advances in information technology are currently driving the growth of the number of internet users. In the business world, the role of technology is very important, and it can be said that it has become a primary need for entrepreneurs at this time. Likewise about culinary, knowledge about this needs to be taken and judged properly digitally such as from the aspect of place, taste, presentation and price. So that later it can be given to the community and passed down from generation to generation as well as to promote to foreign tourists so that they can be better known and increase the country's foreign exchange. The use of ontology as an information representation technique is the preferred solution in this case because ontology can be used to improve the development of semantic applications, especially when dealing with the semantic web. The method of building the ontology model used is Methodology. This method is one method of building an ontology model that can reuse the built ontology for further system development. The development of the ontology model in this study uses an application called Protégé and in the evaluation process, the ontology gives good results in answering the questions given by the users.
