Budaya politik adalah pola prilaku masyarakat dalam kehidupan bernegara , pelaksananan penyelenggaraan negara , kebijakan negara , undang-undang, adat istiadat dan standar adat yang dianut oleh seluruh anggota masyarakat yang di alami setiap hari. Sedangkan Pemilihan umum merupakn imlementasi dari Demokrasi. Dan sebuah negara juga tidak terlepas dari generasi milenial dan generasi z sebagai penerus pembangunan masa depan suatu negara. Tingginya otoritas generasi milenial dan z atas hak suara menjadi salah satu kepentingan utama setiap tim sukses, hanya saja pemilih generasi milenial dan gen z sangat akrab dengan kemajuan teknologi sehingga membuat beberapa miss informasi yang tentunya mempengaruhi calon yang mereka pilih. Selain itu tim sukses memiliki tantangan tersendiri dalam mengajak mereka untuk memilih calon yang masing-masing tim sukses siapkan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana kaum milenial dan gen z terlibat dalam menggunakan hak pilihnya dalam pelaksanaan pemilu. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan kepustakaan, yaitu mencari berbagai referensi tentang keterlibatan pemilih milenial dan gen z Indonesia dari buku dan artikel ilmiah. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa partisipasi milenial dan gen z sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat elektoral calon yang diusung dan menjaga semangat demokrasi, dan diperlukan beberapa strategi untuk meningkatkan pemilih di sektor milenial dan gen z.

E-Human Development Worker adalah sebuah aplikasi yang sebagai suatu upaya yang dikeluarkan pemerintah guna kemudahan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam mencatat data stunting yang ada di desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana Implementasi pengguanaan e-HDW serta melihat Faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat dalam menjalankannya . Penelitian yang dilaksanakan sejak september 2021 menggunakan teori Kebijakan Model George C. Edward III dengan metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada variabel komunikasi yang dilakukan dalam pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi e-HDW memiliki 2 indikator yaitu bimbingan teknis kepada anggota Kader Pembangunan Manusia dan Sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Terkait dengan kecenderungan pelaksana dalam kebijakan implementasi tidak ada masalah mengingat e-HDW yang dikelola oleh seorang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) sebagai admin Dashboard yang diangkat melalui kebijakan Kepala Daerah dan aplikasi yang digunakan oleh Kader Pembangunan Manusia. Terkait Struktur Birokrasi, Admin Dashboard telah diberikan Surat Keputusan dari Bupati Ogan Komering Ulu dan anggota Kader Pembangunan Manusia telah diberikan Surta Keputusan dari Desa maing-masing dan diberikan juga Prosedur Operasional Standar(SOP) dalam menjalankan penggunaan aplikasi e-HDW. Faktor pendukung tersedianya fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, sedangkan Faktor Penghambat tersedianya sinyal jaringan dan masih banyak anggota KPM yang kurang aktif dalam memberikan laporan.

The purpose of this research is to find out the Implementation of Permenpan RB No.33 Year 2011 on Guidelines for Position Analysis in oku District Secretariat. This type of research is quantitative research with the research approach is descriptive. The population of this research is all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Secretariat of OKU Regency which amounts to 176 people. The sample of this study amounted to 44 ASN people taken 25% of the population. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use descriptive percentative techniques. Based on the results of research and discussion, Implementation permenpan RB No.33 Year 2011 on Guidelines for Analysis of Study Positions in the Oku District Secretariat for the indicators of The Preparation Stage of Position Analysis obtained from 2 items, an average percentage of 94.32% with an excellent category. In the Field Implementation Stage Indicators Position Analysis data obtained from 9 items obtained an average percentage of 84.08% with good categories. Position Analysis Stage Indicator based on data obtained from 3 items obtained an average percentage of 74.06% with sufficient categories. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Implementation of Permenpan RB No.33 Year 2011 on Guidelines for Position Analysis in oku District Secretariat has been carried out properly.

ANALISIS CITRA JERUK SIAM DI KALANGAN KONSUMEN DI KOTA BATURAJA KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ULU

This study aimed to describe the image of Tangerine in the Baturaja City and analyze the relationship between image tangerine with factors that affect the image of tangerine in the Baturaja City. This research was conducted in the Baturaja City, Ogan Komering Ulu in January 2017. The method used in this study is a survey method whereas the sampling method used in this research is accidental sampling method (sampling based on accident). The results showed that the image of an orange Siamese Baturaja City, Ogan Komering Ulu classified in the category quite well, it is seen from the large number of consumers who give these answers during the interview at the study site and index the results of the percentage of 64.66% means that the consumer will answer tangerine classified image good enough is strong. the results of the analysis of the test spearman rank (????????) using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) showed a significant relationship between image tangerine with factors that affect the image of tangerine in Baturaja City, Ogan Komering Ulu. significant relationships is the relationship between the price of the image (correlation coefficient ???????? = 0.895 which means the correlation is very strong), the relationship between the sense of the image (correlation coefficient ????????= 0.921 which means the correlation is very strong), and the relationship between the ease with imagery (correlation coefficient ????????= 0.921 which means the correlation is very strong), while the relationship between the benefits to the image and the image quality is not significant because it is the value of t > ????0,05 or reject ????1 and accept ????0 means there is no relationship between the benefits to the image and quality with the image.

Feasibility Analysis of Kopi Luwak in District Balik Bukit West Lampung Regency of Lampung Province (guided by Dr. Munajat, S.P., M.Si and Fifian Permata Sari, S.P., M.Si). The purpose of this study is to Feasibility Kopi Luwak in District Balik Bukit West Lampung Regency of Lampung Province. This research has been conducted in the district Balik Bukit West Lampung Regency of Lampung Province. The location determination is done intentionally (purposive), with the consideration that the District is the center of civet coffee business in West Lampung Regency of Lampung Province. The sampling method used in the study is the method of saturated samples. The sheer number of samples taken from all the population of 15 players in the industry who manage civet coffee in the District Balik Bukit West Lampung Regency of Lampung Province. Based on the research effort civet coffee gained 1.54 results in accordance with the criteria of the existing provisions on equality R / C that R / C > 1 means that civet coffee business feasible to be developed or civet coffee favorable for entrepreneurs in Sub Balik Bukit Lampung Barat.

ANALISIS RESIKO PENDAPATAN USAHATANI BUAH NAGA MERAH DI KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ULU

This research carried out in the district OKU, collect data on the location of the research conducted in November until December 2016. The purpose of this study was to calculate the income of farmers in the farming red dragon fruit in the district OKU. The second objective to analyze the level of risk in the red dragon fruit farming OKU district. The method used is survey method. To analyze the risk of income DAK red dragon fruit farmers using agricultural bureau indicators DAK holticultura crops OKU District, 2015 to test the red dragon fruit farm income using a formula according to income Soekartawi, 1995 further to examine the risk of the red dragon fruit farm income using a formula according to Barry in Ihsannudin, 2011. The results of this study the average revenue generated by the red dragon fruit farmers in the amount of USD 157.169.267 per year and the risk of the dragon fruit farm income in the district OKU with coefficient of variation, which means CV 0,0001128057 < 0,5, then the value of L > 0, then the red dragon fruit farming will likely avoid making losses. Income owned by farmers will affect the behavior of farmers in the face.

This study analyzes the level of Farmer Households Food Security in the village of Lubuk Batang Rubber Old District of Lubuk Batang Ulu Ogan Ogan. Location data collection study was conducted in November to December 2016. The research method used is survey method with the help of a questionnaire as a tool for research that takes a sample of a population. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data was processed using descriptive analysis of qualitative and analyzed using measures based on the share of household food expenditure rubber farmers (Purwaningsih 2010). Based on the results, the level of household food security rubber farmers in the village of Lubuk Batang Batang Lubuk Old District of Ulu Ogan Ogan at the level of food security for the expenditure share of 42.53% or <60% of total household expenditure.

Strategy priority that can be applied to develop the duck eggs hatchery (Anas domesticus) di Desa Karang Tengah Kecamatan Buay Madang Timur Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. Livestock-based agribusiness region development is one of program alternative that is expected to respond the challenges and demands of livestock development that is to improve the income and welfare of the community. Community needs for products of poultry farms is high enough that include eggs and bacon. Duck products include eggs and bacon were good comes from good breeders so eggs duck hatchery management and maintenance of ducklings or Day Old Duck (DOD) is needed. This study aims to determine the internal and external factors of duck eggs hatchery development, formulate alternative strategies and determine the priority of the Strategy priority that can be applied to develop the duck eggs hatchery (Anas domesticus) di Desa Karang Tengah Kecamatan Buay Madang Timur Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency. The research location is in Hamlet Krasak, Kagokan Village, Gatak District, Sukoharjo Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis used are regresi cobb douglas. The results showed production DOD doesn’t fulfill consumer demand yet. Internal and external factors affecting duck eggs hatchery. analysis used are regresi cobb douglas produced five alternative strategies, those are maintain and improve the quality of DOD based on the breeders experience with government guidance, defend the market with managing distribution system by government and miters assistance, increase the production of DOD to fulfill market demands with improving business management, cooperating with eggs suppliers in various areas for the supply and additional of raw materials continuously, and hold a breeders forum to share information on how to resolve the various problems about duck eggs hatchery. Strategy priority that can be applied to develop the duck eggs hatchery (Anas domesticus) di Desa Karang Tengah Kecamatan Buay Madang Timur Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur.that is maintain and improve the quality of DOD based on the breeders experience with government guidance.

This study is to analyze the Comparative Revenue of Group Members and Non-Farmers Group of Rice Fields of Semi-technical Irrigation Farm in Ujanmas Village, District of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency with the objective to know how much income obtained by members and not members of Tani Semi-irrigated Rice Farmer Group in Ujanmas Village Kecamatan Pengandonan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. As well as to know the income ratio of members of the Tani Padi group and not the Rice Farmer group in Ujanmas Village District Pengandonan Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Based on the research results obtained that the income earned by farmer group members amounted to Rp. 19,157,342 larger when compared with non-farmer's income of semi-technical irrigated paddy farmer group that is equal to Rp. 11,263,552 in Ujanmas Village District of Ogan Komering Ulu District. There is a difference in the income of the group members and not the members of the semi-technical irrigated rice paddy farmer group in Ujanmas Village District Pengandonan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. The income difference of farmer group members and non-farmer group members is Rp. 7,893,790.
