Abstract

Companies that want to survive must be able to adapt and respond to changes in the business environment, whether it's internal and external environment. Companies that are not able to adapt to changing environment then it will fail in his efforts. One of the changes that are happening at the moment is the marketing system with a system of dropship. On the other hand being debated dropship marketing system for the leaders of religion in Indonesia. There are some religious leaders denounce as there are elements of gharar and partly justifies. Islam is the perfect religion. Most of the religious leaders gave an answer that is clearly selling dropship allowed in Islam with a record must meet the Islamic jurisprudence. The solution is through the Covenant of samirah, wakalah and salam. Thus the law of selling dropship system is allowed, as long as there are no prohibited items.

Abstract

In the last few years appeared a variety of breakthrough technology that generates new values in human life through a form of artificial intelligence, data, internet of things (IoT). Business circles call the third it as the core of the industrial revolution 4.0. These conditions have an impact on the role of the human being, particularly the challenges of the profession of accountants who will be replaced by the role of the robot.  The purpose of this research is to provide a solution so that the role of the accountants still exist in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. As for qualitative research methods via the fenomenalogi approach i.e. we allow qualitative researchers implement and apply subjective abilities and exploratory process in interpersonalnya.  Results of the study so that the accountant still exist in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 then the accountant to start learning programming and algorithms to be able to adapt to change, if you don't use the technology, then the role of the accountant will be replaced by robots.

Abstract

Globalization is a great business opportunity for the company Multi National Corporation (MNC) and Trans National Corporation (TNC) for expanding his business. Change the direction of economic policy, in particular the Shariah-based business that provides an opportunity for Islamic banking and Islamic financial institutions to expand his business in continental Europe, especially in the United Kingdom. The purpose of the research was to find out, the strategy of Islamic banks and Islamic financial institutions to enter the market in the United Kingdom and prospeknya countries in the foreseeable future. The research method used is qualitative diskriptif fenomenalogi approach i.e. we allow qualitative researchers implement and apply subjective abilities and exploratory process in interpersonalnya. As for the source of the data retrieved from the data of the secondary data source i.e. who do not directly provide data to a data gatherer, e.g. documents, journals, research, books, and Government regulations.The results showed that the market in the countries of United Kingdom Islamic business very promising in the future given the growth of the Muslim population from year to year are experiencing significant increase and economic growth in the United Kingdom

Abstract

In the last few years this business with the concept of multi level marketing is growing and thriving in Indonesia. In terms of positive law and legal religion, MLM business does not violate the rules. But early in the year 2019, MLM business again got the attention, namely the existence of recommendations of one of Indonesia's largest religious organization. In March 2019 in the closing of the National Congress of scholars conferences Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) at boarding schools Miftahul Huda Al-Azhar, Citangkolo, Banjar, West Java, that MLM business is unlawful. According to Marimin el al., (2016:7) in the journal entitled "business-Level Marketing (MLM) in Islamic view" expressed the basically, legal MLM is determined by the shape of the muamalatnya. If muamalat contained therein is not incompatible with the muamalat Islamic jurisprudence, then the MLM absahlah. However, if muamalatnya is contrary to the Islamic jurisprudence, then the MLM haramlah. Based on the difference of the two opinions it then the purpose of this research is studying and reviewing of legal MLM business MLM businesses and how to repair the company's image over the view that illegitimate MLM business. Qualitative research methods by examining literature, books, journals and other data. From the results of the study that the conclusion that the binis haraam is a type of MLM money games.
