Abstract

In the modern era, the development of the culinary industry has increased, with the widespread presence of coffee shops in various parts of Indonesia. This phenomenon makes a great opportunity for business people, with the presence of coffee shops making a new habit in society and providing many choices for products to be consumed. So that this becomes a tight competition for coffee shop business actors to carry out various strategies to maintain consumer buying interest. The problem in this study is how the implementation of the marketing communication mix at Kopi Kawa. The research objective is to analyze the marketing communication mix of Kopi Kawa. The concepts used are marketing communication and marketing communication mix. This research uses a post positivism paradigm with a descriptive qualitative approach. The unit of analysis is an organization that is included in a large scale, namely a coffee shop. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. This research uses data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Kopi Kawa implemented marketing communication by combining eight elements of the marketing communication mix. Other findings reveal that the most dominant marketing communication mix used is sales promotion and word of mouth.

Abstract

Divorce is the end of the relationship between husband and wife in one family. In this case the divorce victim's child sees his parents directly quarrel or commit physical crimes against each other in a fight that ends in divorce. Freeing a child divorce victim specifically in middle-drunk adolescents is difficult to disclose themselves to others. Self-disclosure in divorced children through Tik Tok. The concepts used in this study are self-disclosure, child victims of divorce, social media, and adolescents. The paradigm used is post positivism by using qualitative descriptive. The unit of analysis is the individual, the child of the divorce victim. Data collection techniques used are through interviews and documentation. The research instrument is the research itself using Miles and Huberman's data analysis techniques. In this study, researchers used triangulation to test the validity of research data. The results of this study were found about divorced child victims doing self-disclosure through Tik Tok by uploading videos with music as a background instrument that discusses the family they are dealing with. One factor that encourages child victims to self-disclose through Tik Tok is because Tik Tok considers the most appropriate media and the response obtained is positive, so this can provide good feedback and self-disclosure can be done clearly.

Abstract

The quality of the relationship between parents and children will be different in each family, including how to convey information will affect the relationship between parents and children. This study aims to analyze how a late teenager chooses and manages privacy boundaries to parents regarding sexual behavior. The theory used in this study is the Communication Privacy Management Theory (CPM), a theory that describes that every individual makes a choice about disclosing or not disclosing personal information, because every individual has the right to regulate access to their personal information. This study uses an interpretive paradigm with qualitative methods. The data collection technique in this research is semi-structured interview. Informants in this study were late teens in the city of Bogor. The results show that late teens can form private boundaries regarding the privacy realm of sexual behavior. Thus, late teens have a fairly high management of privacy communication to their parents, but in essence, late teens have a choice of positive expressions to their parents, and hide negative things such as sexual behavior. In self-disclosure, late teens tend to be closed to their parents regrading sexual behavior in their romantiv relationship because late teens have doubts, are refair of having an impact on their family relationship, bevause parents who have given trust to late teens and late teens also want to maintain their parents trust so they don’t disappointing. Whereas late teens are open to their parents about having a romantic relationship with their parents don’t forbid it.
