Abstract

Dalam kondisi persaingan yang ketat, hal utama yang harus dipriori- taskan oleh pedagang yang bergerak di bidang kuliner adalah kepuasan konsumen agar dapat bertahan, bersaing dan menguasai pasar. Untuk mengukur kepuasan konsumen terdapat berbagai hal yang harus diperhatikan fasilitas, rasa masakan, kebersihan dan kualitas pelayanan juga sangat berpengaruh kepada tingkat kepuasan, dan dari tingkat kepuasan konsumen di Rumah makan pacitan dianalisis menggunakan fuzzy Mamdani dengan software mathlab dan dibantu dengan SPSS. Perancangan sistem untuk mendapatkan output dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu: pembentukan himpunan fuzzy, aplikasi fungsi implikasi (pembentukan aturan fuzzy), komposisi aturan fuzzy, penegasan (defuzzifikasi).Output yang diperoleh yaitu tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dengan bilangan riil (nilai rill) yang artinya pelanggan merasa cukup puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan di Rumah Makan Pacitan. Logika fuzzy merupakan sistem untuk memecahkan masalah yang cocok untuk diterapkan pada sistem, mulai dari sistem yang sederhana dan sistem kecil berbasis akuisisi data. Dengan menerapkan logika fuzzy dalam mendukung keputusan yang akan diambil diharapkan menghasilkan suatu keputusan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Dengan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan tersebut tentunya rumah makan pacitan dapat mengetahui tingkat kepuasan yang di dapatkan dari konsumen ketika berkunjung ke rumah makan pacitan. Tentunya dengan perhitungan manual yang bisa diterpakan dan disamakan dengan perhitungan pada Matlab. Maka dari itu, penulis mencoba membuat penelitian analisis kepuasan pelanggan diwarung makan pacitan dengan menggunakan logika fuzzy metode mamdani.

Abstract

Many contractors now definitely use Crane because the use of Crane can carry out work more quickly and efficiently. Crane is always needed in large quantities because in a day there is a lot of constructions going on. Crane Kato NK-200H-V is a tool that is used to simplify development work and can also be used in other fields. Crane Kato NK-200H-V is a very important tool in the construction process, without the tool the construction process will be slower, but in the process of using the Crane, damage can occur. When the damage occurs, the technician will be called to check what parts are damaged and a very careful check is needed, therefore the construction progress will be hampered and result in losses. So the damage needs to be system deployed because not all Crane users know the problems that occur in the Crane and also the solution. In the expert system there is a Certainty Factor method that is used to ascertain an uncertain problem and calculate the percentage value based on the symptoms given. Crane Kato NK-200H-V can be systemmed by experts using the Certainty Factor method, with this can reduce the costs needed and also the use of time more efficiently.

Abstract

The development of electronic instrumentation technology is now experiencing a very rapid development, socializing and not a strange thing anymore. Technological advances are also very helpful in various sectors, one of which is the agricultural sector. Rice or in Latin, oryza sativa, is one of the most important cultivated plants in today's civilization. In the process of planting rice, there are challenges that will be faced by farmers, one of which is bird pests. The increasing number of cases of bird pest attacks can cause serious damage to rice so that the number of farmers' rice harvests has decreased. Attacks occur during shady weather conditions and birds attack in groups. The impact of this attack resulted in the rice drying up and even empty seeds. Various ways have been done by farmers to prevent bird pests from attacking rice plants. In current technological developments, these alternatives can be changed by utilizing technological sophistication, one of which is by designing an automation system tool using a microcontroller that can be tailored to specific needs. In this case, the researchers designed an automation tool that can facilitate the work of farmers to protect their rice plants from bird pests. The mechanism for making this security sensor system is quite simple by using the Arduino Uno as a microcontroller kit, and an ultrasonic sensor that will be installed as a bird pest detection tool.

Abstract

With the status of an international airport and the size of this airport, the airport enforces a policy, namely that every area in Hang Nadim Airport has certain access restrictions. Airport employees can pass through or enter several vital areas of the airport, in contrast to shopkeepers or tenants, cargo employees, and airline employees, they cannot enter the airport area freely, usually all workers at the airport have certain area restrictions on the card The airport's Public Address System (PAS) is used and has been determined. The objectives and expectations of this research are to analyze the needs, design, and implement a web- based PAS card service system at Hang Nadim airport. By determining the system design method used by researchers in making this research, namely the Waterfall method, and concluding that, the pass card service system at Hang Nadim Airport Batam currently has too many unnecessary procedures, which makes the bureaucratic process of making existing pass cards. In that place it seems convoluted. With the new system it is hoped that it can cut more unnecessary time and procedures, and the application of web-based PAS card services at Batam Hang Nadim airport which is designed is expected to simplify the process of making the pass card itself, as well as the implementation process at Batam Hang Nadim Airport. Done by installing software and also the required hardware and a system server whose system design only reaches the proposed stage of system implementation.

Abstract

Technological advances apply a system to solve a problem that takes the knowledge of an expert. This knowledge covers many fields of science, for example, the field of agriculture can apply an expert system to the analysis of chili plant diseases. The problem of recognizing the symptoms of chili plant diseases has resulted in farmers failing to harvest. An expert system is a collection of knowledge from an expert poured in machine language. In the expert system, the characteristics of the disease are converted into code and then translated by the computer. Forward Chaining is a technique that becomes a reference for conducting searches with forward tracking systems referring to conclusions. The development of an expert system involves several supporting software, UML as a workflow for the system. Notepad ++ is text editor processing HTML and PHP programming languages ​​with a CSS complement to process HTML elements. XAMPP serves as a liaison to access databases in MySQL. Web-based applications are designed to be accessed farmers by internet. The application can recognize the symptoms of the disease and determine the solution to the problem. Farmers are expected to use the application of information to avoid crop failure due to chili disease.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The use of inefficient home lights is often underestimated by some people. This often happens because of the public's indifference to leaving the lights on when they are not needed, and without realizing it, the cost of electricity bills also increases. The reason is none other than trivial things, where when you want to turn off or turn on the lights in a room in the house, it will require someone to go to an electrical device, this is what makes some people reluctant to turn off the lights and in the end the lights are not turned off and are left on. It is undeniable that in this modern era with technology that has developed rapidly, everything can be controlled automatically or remotely using a wireless system, but in controlling home lights currently still using manual methods. To make it easier for people to control lights, in this study, we will design a tool that can control Arduino Uno-based house lights using an Android Smartphone as a medium that will be used to control lights. Control is done through an application on an Android Smartphone. The application is made using the MIT APP IVENTOR software as an interface to control the on/off lights. The android smartphone sends data via Bluetooth which then the data will be received by the Bluetooth HC-05, then the data will be sent again via the Jumper cable connected to the Breadboard to the Arduino Uno microcontroller for processing, and outputs the output to the relay module which functions as a switch to control the on/off off lights. The distance that can be reached in controlling this lamp is a maximum of 10 meters without obstruction.
