Abstract

Every parent is generally pleased if his son intelligent, smart, Kreative, inovative, lively, funny and fun. Intelligence in addition affected by genetics, can also be influenced by teaching and environmental factors, mainly by providing a stimulus to enhance brain development, and creativity of children. Efforts need to be created by educators, parents and other family members if we want the child's brain develop optimally, and make our children more Kreative. Because it is theoretically possible that the child's brain development can still be optimized before the age of seven years.

Abstract

With the advent of Regulation No. 19/2005 on National Education Standards (NES), Permendiknas Number 24/2006, Permendiknas Number. 22/2006 on the Implementation of Content Standards for Elementary and Secondary Education Unit, and Number. 23/2006 on Graduates Competency Standards for Basic Education Unit and medium, then we know LCEU (Level Curriculum Education Unit). In the curriculum structure of SD/MI, SMP/MTs, SMA/MA, and Vocational Schools Based VSB, there is a series of subjects at point A, point B on Local Content, and Self Development at point C. Subjects taught by subject teachers, class teachers or teachers 'practices'; local content as an extra-curricular activities; While self-development is not a subject that must be nurtured by teachers, but facilitated and/or guided by a counselor, teacher or educational staff that can be done in the form of extra-curricular activities. Self-development activities conducted through activities of counseling services on issues of social life and personal self, learning, and career development of students. As a teacher or counselor at school Advisors need to understand the implementation of LCEU in the profession of counseling services, so as to show the performance as a professional adviser. Which in turn will improve the quality of education in the global competition.

Abstract

SMA / MA, and appropriate vocational curriculum, there were a series of Subjects at point A, point B on the Local Content, andDevelopment at point C. Subjects are taught by subject teachers, class teachers or teachers’ practice; local charge as extracurricular activities; While the development itself is not a subject that must be nurtured by a teacher but is facilitated and or guided by a counselor, teacher or educational staff that can be done in form of extra-curricular activities. Self-development activities conducted through activities of counseling services related to personal problems and social life, learning, and career development of students. As a mentor teacher or counselor at school need to understand the implementation of the curriculum in professional counseling services, so as to demonstrate its performance as a professional counselor. Which in turn will improve the quality of education in the global competition.

Abstract

Liberalization of higher education primary education which led the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) WTO can not be avoided anymore, because the world has agreed to free trade in services. There are 12 service sectors including the education.Speaking of school education, then the principal has an important role. Principal in addition shall perform their tasks as teachers, also holds the mandate as the helm of the school; Because on one hand the school principal as an educator, but also as a manager, as a leader, a mentor or supervisor, as a regulator, as the creator of the climate, as an administrator, as mediator, and as a reformer or an innovator. The school principal is a strategic position, as the top leader in schools it has an important role in bringing change and renewal in schools in order to effectively achieve the goal efficiently. In the era of regional autonomy, effective school leadership is necessary, because the effective performance of school principals will be able to empower the school community including teachers, staff, and students, and can promote the activities associated with the outside world including the surrounding community, business industry, figures community and school committees, and the government, so as to improve the quality of schools. Quality include the quality of the context, process inputs, outputs, and outcomes.There are standards of the principal, several criteria, the nature and attitude that must be owned by a school principal so that they can effectively play a role in an optimal way and to achieve optimal results, especially in the era of free trade.
