The purpose of this study is to calculate the potential of hotel tax and restaurant tax, calculate the rate of growth and contribution of hotel and restaurant taxes. The research method used was a survey method. The study population was 341 taxpayers with a sample of 103 taxpayers. The analytical tool used is a potential analysis and growth analysis and contribution. The results showed that the potential for hotel tax and restaurant tax revenue is very large, while the contribution and growth of hotel tax and restaurant tax are very poor and unsuccessful criteria for local tax revenue.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung potensi pajak hotel dan pajak restoran, menghitung laju pertumbuhan dan kontribusi pajak hotel dan restoran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 341 wajib pajak dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 103 wajib pajak. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis potensi dan analisis pertumbuhan daan kotribusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi penerimaan pajak hotel dan pajak restoran sangat besar, sedangkan untuk kontribusi serta pertumbuhan pajak hotel dan pajak restoran termasuk kriteria sangat kurang dan tidak berhasil terhadap penerimaan pajak daerah.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the role of Green Transformational Leadership in shaping Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Perspective of Green Organizational Culture in frontline employees of PT NICESO Sukses Indonesia. The research method used is the survey method, while the sample withdrawal uses the census method. through questionnaires from 39 respondents The analysis tool uses multiple regression tests. The results showed that there was an influence of green organizational culture and green transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of the research that has been carried out is to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence and commitment on performance through job satisfaction of non-manager employees of PT. Sinar Sosro Tasikmalaya Branch Office. The research method used is a survey method, the data obtained directly through the distribution of questionnaires to 30 non-PT employees. Sinar Sosro Tasikmalaya Branch Office. Sampling using the census and the analytical method used in this study is path analysis to determine the direct and indirect effects of emotional intelligence, commitment, satisfaction and performance. Based on the research results, it is known that emotional intelligence and commitment have a significant effect on job satisfaction; emotional intelligence, commitment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance; and emotional intelligence, commitment has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction of non-managers at PT Sinar Sostro Tasikmalaya Branch.

This systematic literature review study aims to understand the effectiveness of Instagram advertising for digital marketing. It used online data from Google Scholar and Proquest with the keywords "effectiveness" AND "Instagram Advertising," which only uses papers reviewed for research. This study used PRISMA to create a systematic review. A total of 195 journal reviews were processed and then cleaned through specific criteria so that only 19 related papers were taken. From the 19 papers processed, it can be concluded that Instagram advertising is very effective in helping digital marketing. This research is expected to increase understanding for both practitioners and researchers regarding Instagram advertising and the use of PRISMA itself.

At the beginning of 2020, the world was shocked by the emergence of the Covid-19 virus, which spreads so massively and quickly and has fatal consequences for the human body. This has forced the world to make many changes, including making contact with humans to avoid the broader spread of the virus. These social restrictions have a significant impact on people's lives, one of the most felt impacts is the increasingly sluggish economic and business activities in Indonesia, including the tourism sector. As one element of a tourist location, stalls in tourist attractions must implement the CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment Sustainability) protocol initiated by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy to ensure the safety of tourists who want to explore Indonesia. Therefore, an idea was made as a problem solver for stall business actors to understand and apply health protocols in every business activity. This activity provides guidance in the form of counselling and assistance regarding the application of standard health protocols in business activities during the transition period of the Covid-19 pandemic. This is intended to reduce the risk of spreading the Covid-19 virus. In addition, this service activity can be one of the activities that provide practical benefits for stall business actors so that they can continue to carry out business activities during the transition period of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Pariwisata memiliki dampak signifikan pada aspek sosial, lingkungan, dan ekonomi masyarakat, terutama di daerah pedesaan. Desa Margacinta, Kecamatan Cijulang, Kabupaten Pangandaran, merupakan salah satu desa dengan potensi wisata alam yang besar, seperti body rafting, wisata edukasi mangrove, serta produk lokal asli desa seperti madu budidaya, dodol singkong, dan lain lain. Namun, promosi yang kurang optimal dan belum terintegrasinya objek wisata dengan produk lokal menjadi salah satu penyebab rendahnya kunjungan wisatawan ke Desa Margacinta. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan masukan pengembangan ekonomi Desa Margacinta melalui integrasi objek wisata lokal dan produk asli desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam identifikasi masalah, penyusunan solusi, dan evaluasi. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini disampaikan bahwa integrasi antara wisata alam dan produk lokal dapat meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan dan pendapatan masyarakat jika didukung dengan strategi promosi yang efektif. Beberapa strategi promosi yang disarankan meliputi pemanfaatan media sosial, kerja sama dengan influencer, dan pembuatan paket/bundling wisata dengan produk lokal. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan visibilitas Desa Margacinta, bisa menarik lebih banyak wisatawan, dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa secara berkelanjutan. Disarankan perlu adanya dukungan penuh dari masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah, serta pelatihan bagi generasi muda dalam memanfaatkan media sosial untuk turut serta mempromosikan desa.

Objective: This paper examines the influence of empowering leadership on positive worker behavior and work productivity in various organizational settings. Design/Methods/Approach: This study used a survey-based quantitative design with a causal predictive approach. Partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis was conducted on a research sample of 268 employees from various profit and non-profit organizations. Respondents were at least 18 years old. Findings: The findings reveal that empowering leadership positively relates to creative, collaborative, and innovative behavior. Creative and collaborative behavior affects positively to work productivity, whereas worker innovative behavior does not affect work productivity. Originality/Value: This study is one of the first to apply the S-O-R theory in the context of empowering leadership and its influence on positive worker behavior and work productivity. By using this framework, the research explores new dimensions of leadership impact in organizational behavior, offering valuable insights for human resource management in diverse settings. This research captures how empowering leadership (stimulus) influences employee behavior (organism) and subsequent work productivity (response). Practical/Policy implication: The result of this study is useful for HR managers seeking to enhance employee work productivity and innovation through leadership strategies. By adopting an empowering leadership style, HR managers can foster positive behaviors such as creativity and collaboration, which ultimately lead to higher organizational performance.

This study examines the development of research on toxic workplace environments using a bibliometric approach from 1999 to 2023. The research aims to answer questions related to publication trends, productive authors, active countries, and key topics in this field. Data collection involved extracting 125 articles from the Scopus database, which were then refined to 79 relevant publications through data cleaning in OpenRefine. Using VOSviewer and additional software like MS Excel, the study analyzed co-authorship networks, keyword occurrences, and citation trends. Findings reveal an increasing interest in toxic workplace environments over time, with a notable rise in publications and citations since 2006. Sexual harassment and hostile work environments emerged as prominent keywords, indicating a focus on negative interpersonal interactions. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of toxic work environments and highlights the need for organizations to address these issues, benefiting employee well-being and productivity.

Abstrak Desa Cikoneng di Kabupaten Ciamis memiliki potensi ekonomi yang melimpah, mulai dari sektor pertanian, peternakan, hingga industri rumah tangga. Namun demikian, kontribusi ekonomi dari Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) masih tergolong rendah karena terbatasnya diversifikasi usaha. Saat ini, BUMDes hanya mengelola satu unit usaha peternakan sapi dan kambing. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mendampingi BUMDes dalam mengembangkan unit usaha baru berupa peternakan ayam pedaging. Program ini bertujuan memperkuat kelembagaan BUMDes, meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat, serta mendorong terciptanya lapangan kerja baru. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) untuk memastikan seluruh tahapan dirancang berbasis kebutuhan lokal. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa: dokumen studi kelayakan usaha ayam pedaging, peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat melalui pelatihan teknis, pembentukan kelompok kerja produktif, serta publikasi hasil kegiatan. Melalui program ini, diharapkan terjadi peningkatan kontribusi PADes, peningkatan kesejahteraan warga, dan terciptanya kemandirian ekonomi desa berbasis potensi lokal. Kata Kunci: BUMDes; ayam pedaging; pemberdayaan masyarakat; pelatihan; ekonomi desa Abstract Cikoneng Village in Ciamis Regency possesses abundant economic potential, spanning agriculture, livestock, and home industries. However, the economic contribution of its Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) remains limited due to a lack of business diversification. Currently, BUMDes only manages one livestock unit focused on cattle and goats. This community service project aims to assist BUMDes in developing a new broiler chicken farming unit. The program focuses on strengthening institutional capacity, improving community skills, and creating new job opportunities. The Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method is applied to ensure that every stage aligns with local needs. The outcomes include a feasibility study document, technical training for villagers, the establishment of a productive working group, and dissemination through publications. This initiative is expected to enhance local revenue (PADes), improve community welfare, and build economic self-reliance based on local potential.
