Abstract

The research examines how stakeholders in Garut Indonesia view Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications for inclusive education while filling the knowledge deficit about AI's contribution to fair learning environments. The research investigates how AI benefits, challenges, and ethical issues affect inclusive education from teacher and student and parental viewpoints. The research used a mixed-methods design to gather data through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions and surveys with 120 participants distributed among 40 teachers and 50 students and 30 parents for three months. The research shows AI provides three main advantages to inclusive education: personalized learning (students’ mean rating: 4.5), adaptability, and resource accessibility. The study identifies three major obstacles which include data privacy concerns (parents’ mean rating: 4.3) and technology dependency and reduced teacher-student communication. The educational staff views AI technology as an educational resource yet they prioritize the preservation of human relationships between teachers and students while parents focus on data protection and developmental threats. The study faces limitations because it focuses on Garut and has a short research duration which restricts the ability to generalize findings. The recommendations call for strong data protection measures and teacher training and parental education to solve ethical problems such as algorithmic bias. The research demonstrates how AI should coexist with human interaction to achieve educational equity while proposing future investigations into cognitive-socio-emotional effects and adaptive policy development.

Abstract

This study explores the application of Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) as a participatory education strategy in a stunting reduction program in Garut Regency, a region facing unequal access, limited infrastructure, and low community involvement in educational decision-making. A qualitative SSM-based approach was used. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews (45-60 minutes) and participant observation with 60 purposively selected respondents: elementary/junior high school teachers, parents/guardians, education officials, village/sub-district heads, school committee members, and representatives from businesses/NGOs drawn from three districts representing geographic variation and accessibility. Analysis with NVivo 14 used thematic coding, word clouds, and matrix coding. Four main themes emerged: (1) access and infrastructure challenges (32% of 3,456 coded references), (2) diverse stakeholder engagement (28%), (3) curriculum adaptation based on local Sundanese culture (21%), and (4) the impact of SSM on sustainable change (19%). Matrix coding showed a strong correlation between the intensity of stakeholder engagement and the perceived effectiveness of SSM-based change. These findings confirm SSM as an effective learning approach for designing contextual participatory education programs and contribute to SDG 4 on quality education for designing stunting reduction interventions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan rekrutmen guru terhadap motivasi kerja guru untuk mewujudkan hasil belajar siswa di MI dan MTs Iqro Yayasan Riyadusholihin Leles-Garut. Sumber data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 64 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling sensus., yaitu teknik sampling dimana semua anggota digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) jenis software SmartPLS versi 3.Hasil pengujian hipotesis yaitu: koefisien jalur pelaksanaan rekrutmen guru terhadap motivasi kerja guru untuk mewujudkan hasil belajar siswa memiliki nilai original sampel 0.749, tstatistik sebesar 4.421 dimana tstatistik > 1.96. Dengan demikian, diperoleh keputusan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang memiliki makna pelaksanaan rekrutmen guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi keja guru untuk mewujudkan hasil belajar siswa di MI dan MTs Iqro Leles Yayasan Riyadusholihin Leles-Garut. Koefisien jalur pelaksanaan rekrutmen guru terhadap motivasi kerja guru memiliki nilai original sampel sebesar 0.939, tstatistik sebesar 36. 197 dimana tstatistik > 1.96. Dengan demikian diperoleh keputusan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang memiliki makna pelaksanaan rekrutmen guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Koefisien jalur pelaksanaan rekrutmen guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa memiliki nilai original sampel -0.023, tstatistik sebesar 0.910 dimana tstatistik < 1.96. Dengan demikian diperoleh keputusan H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak yang memiliki makna tidak terdapat pengaruh pelaksanaan rekrutmen guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Koefisien jalur motivasi kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa dimana nilai original sampel sebesar 0.886, tstatistik sebesar 0.746 dimana tstatistik > 1.96. Dengan demikian diperoleh keputusan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang memiliki makna motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim madrasah terhadap kinerja guru untuk mewujudkan hasil belajar peserta didik di MTs Negeri 2 Garut. Sumber data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 55 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling sensus, yaitu teknik sampling dimana semua anggota digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) jenis software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil anallisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel iklim madrasah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,939 dan signifikan, dengan P-value < 0,05., iklim madrasah mampu menjelaskan variasi variabel kinerja guru sebesar 74,60%, kinerja guru berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,886 dan signifikan, dengan P-value < 0,05, iklim madrasah berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien jalur -0,023 dan tidak signifikan, dengan P-value < 0,05, kinerja guru dan iklim madrasah mampu menjelaskan variasi variabel hasil belajar sebesar 88,60%, dan kinerja guru signifikan sebagai variabel antara (intervening) antara variabel iklim madrasah dan kinerja guru dengan P-value < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh dari pelaksanaan kebijakan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja guru untuk mewujudkan pencapaian prestasi belajar siswa. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode deskripsi analisis dengan teknik survey didukung dengan wawancara dan juga studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini untuk menguji hipotesis adalah statistik melalui model analisis jalur (path analysis). Penelitian ini mengambil populasi sekaligus sampel responden adalah seluruh guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Garut yang berjumlah 60 guru. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis utama dari penelitian ini yakni “terdapat pengaruh pelaksanaan kebijakan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja guru untuk mewujudkan prestasi belajar siswa” hal ini didasarkan dari hasil perhitungan yang didapat yaitu nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari pada nilai Fhitung yaitu Fhitung = 44,9907 > Ftabel = 8,5566. Dari nilai tersebut maka kaidah keputusan statistik yang diambil adalah Ho ditolak, artinya pelaksanaan kebijakan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (X) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y) untuk mewujudkan prestasi belajar siswa (Z) di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Garut. Hasil pengujian pada sub-sub hipotesis menempatkan pelaksanaan kebijakan-pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja guru, kemudian kinerja guru mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dan pelaksanaan kebijakan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan untuk perwujudan prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study investigates the application of the Penta Helix Model as a framework for developing tourism villages through multi-stakeholder collaboration. The model involves five key actors: government, academia, businesses, communities, and media, each contributing to the planning and implementation of tourism initiatives. Integrating these sectors, the model promotes inclusive, innovative, and sustainable tourism development. The research focuses on the Samida Tourism Village in Garut Regency and employs a qualitative case study approach. The data collection involved in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis to identify the drivers and challenges of stakeholder collaboration. The results show that effective stakeholder coordination strengthens destination attractiveness and stimulates innovation. However, the study finds that maintaining consistent stakeholder engagement remains a significant challenge. The findings emphasize that active community involvement is essential for preserving cultural authenticity and ensuring long-term sustainability. This research contributes to understanding collaborative governance in rural tourism and highlights the importance of policy frameworks that foster synergy across sectors. Future studies should explore practical strategies to enhance stakeholder commitment and address obstacles in implementing the Penta Helix Model.

Abstract

This article explores the concept of agility in the context of empowering Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Indonesia. Facing complex challenges in a dynamic environment, BUMDes requires a more adaptive and responsive approach to enhance its performance. Through a dynamic systems approach, this article identifies key factors influencing BUMDes agility, including human resource capacity, technology adoption, collaboration, and local government support. Furthermore, the article emphasizes the importance of operational transparency, oversight, strategic planning, and human resource development as core processes in achieving agility. The outcomes of this process include improved BUMDes performance, increased revenue, and a positive impact on community empowerment. By implementing the proposed model, BUMDes can be more responsive to changes, improve its performance, and contribute more effectively to village development. This article provides valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers interested in BUMDes empowerment and organizational agility.
