Abstract

Integrasi nilai-nilai karakter dianggap penting dalam memperkuat karakter pelajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran sepak bola pada siswa kelas XI di SMA Khadijah Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kulitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulkan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan juga dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan pengumpulan data, mereduksi data, menyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan integrasi nilai-nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran sepak bola dilakukan mulai dari tahap perencanaan pembelajaran, tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan tahap evaluasi pembelajaran. Nilai-nilai karakter yang diintegrasikan kedalam materi permainan sepak bola yakni nilai-nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, adil, kerjasama, sportifitas atau fair play. Integrasi nilai-nilai karakter dilakukan melalui pendekatan atau strategi keteladanan dan melalui pembiasaan oleh guru pendidikan jasmani di SMA Kahadijah Makassar. Adapun permainan sepak bola pada kelas XI dimodifikasi dengan permainan yang aktif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Pola hidup sehat merupakan gaya hidup sehat yang berkaiatan dengan fungsi kesehatan jasmani dan kesehatan rohani seseorang. Pentingnya pemahaman pola hidup sehat guna mendukung segala bentuk aktivitas dalam sehari-hari. Kurang pemahaman terkait pentingnya pola hidup sehat maka berdampak pada resiko pada kesehatan tubuh atau jasmanininya. Seseorang berisiko mudah terserang penyakit bilamana tidak menjaga pola hidup sehat. Kegiatan PKM ini berlandaskan dari masalah tersebut. Dengan memberikan pemahaman atau edukasi untuk meningkatkan pola hidup sehat maka seseorang akan lebih menjaga gaya hidup yang sehat dan bersih. Peningkatan pola hidup sehat di SD Inpres Parang Gowa dilakukan 2 tahapan yakni tahapan sosialisasi atau edukasi pemahaman pola hidup sehat dan tahap bimbingan pembelajaran aktivitas olahraga. Kegiatan PKM ini memberi manfaat yang baiak khususnya dapat memotivasi peserta didik untuk memulai hidup sehat dan meningkatkan pola hidup sehat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between balance, agility and eye-foot coordination on dribbling ability in football games. The sample in this study was the Tancung Putra Wajo Regency team, totalling 30 people with a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the correlation coefficient. The research results show a significant relationship between balance and the ability to dribble in a football game, with a value of r = 0,747. There is a substantial relationship between agility and the ability to dribble in a football game with a value of r = 0,766, there is a significant relationship between eye-foot coordination and the ability to dribble in a football game with a value of r = 0,702, and there is a substantial relationship of balance, agility and eye-foot coordination together on the ability to dribble in a football game with a value of R = 0,825.

Abstract

The use of technology in learning in this era is very important. The existence of technology-based learning facilities and tools such as smart classrooms make learning more effective. Athletics courses which are synonymous with practical learning and carried out in the field can be integrated with platform learning on smart class features. The purpose of this research is to determine student perceptions regarding the use of smart classrooms in learning athletics courses. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive research methods. The research technique was carried out by collecting data through direct interviews and classroom observations. The respondents in this research were 1st semester students of the Physical Education, Health and Recreation Study Program, STKIP YPUP Makassar. Based on the results of field research, it is stated that student perceptions regarding the use of smart classrooms in learning athletics courses provide new experiences for students. Students responded positively about the use of smart classrooms. Overall, the results of this research state that students are more active in interacting and independent in accessing their new knowledge. Students are more motivated to take athletic courses conducted through the smart classroom. The use of smart classrooms in learning is an innovation in developing technology-based learning. use of technology in learning in this era is very important. Abstract

This study investigates the role of physical education in fostering positive character development among elementary school students, focusing on collaboration, discipline, responsibility, and respect. The research addresses a gap in understanding the broader impact of physical education beyond physical fitness, emphasizing its potential to shape students' social and moral values. The study was conducted at SD Negeri Mamajang 3 Makassar using a qualitative design, involving interviews with teachers and students, classroom observations, and data analysis. A total of 30 students participated in the study, representing diverse demographic backgrounds. The findings reveal that physical education significantly contributes to character development. Approximately 60% of students demonstrated a high level of collaboration, while 67% showed strong discipline in adhering to instructions and maintaining punctuality. Responsibility was evident in 40% of students who actively assumed leadership roles, and respect was the most dominant character, with 73% of students displaying respectful behavior toward peers. These results highlight the effectiveness of structured physical education programs in promoting positive character traits through teamwork-based and leadership-oriented activities. The study concludes that physical education is a critical tool for holistic student development, providing both physical and character-building benefits. However, the research is limited to a single school and primarily relies on qualitative methods, which may restrict the generalizability of the findings. Future research should explore longitudinal studies and include larger, more diverse samples to strengthen the validity and applicability of the results. Policymakers and educators are encouraged to integrate character-building strategies into physical education curricula to enhance student development comprehensively.

Abstract

Pengukuran komponen fisik memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan performa lompat jauh siswa di tingkat SMA, namun sering kali kurang diperhatikan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai pengukuran komponen fisik kepada siswa SMA Hang Tuah Makassar, termasuk kekuatan otot tungkai, daya ledak, kelincahan, keseimbangan, dan koordinasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, praktik pengukuran, serta evaluasi perubahan kondisi fisik siswa sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai pentingnya pengukuran fisik untuk mendukung performa lompat jauh, serta peningkatan hasil tes fisik pada beberapa komponen utama. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis pengukuran fisik dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran olahraga dan motivasi siswa untuk mencapai performa yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani akan menarik ketika guru dapat menciptakan suasana menyenangkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Guru Pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan Kesehatan perlu mengambil peran dengan memanfaatkan objek wisata pantai. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian di gunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara dengan para guru olahraga, pengelolah objek wisata dan pemangku kepentingan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa wahana berbasis olahraga di wisata pantai Galesong yang dapat di manfaatkan guru dalam memberikan pembelajaran Pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga kepada siswa, seperti renang, jet ski, polo air, voli pantai, dayung, water sport, sepeda. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif Guru untuk memberikan materi Pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan Kesehatan dengan suasana yang menyenangkan kepada siswanya dan sebagai bahan referensi untuk penelitian model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan penelitian wisata olahraga selanjutnya. Peran guru terhadap pemanfaatan objek wisata Pantai dan pengembangan pariwisata olahraga sangat mendukung dengan mengarahkan siswa untuk aktif berolahraga atau menekuni olahraga air. Dalam kurikulum saat ini, guru tidak cukup hanya memberikan pembelajaran, tetapi guru harus mampu menjadi motivator dan trainer dengan keterbatasan yang ada.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan strategi inovatif pengembangan ekowisata berbasis olahraga rekreasi untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan keberlanjutan pariwisata di Pulau Sanrobengi, Kabupaten Takalar. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan angket, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Pulau Sanrobengi memiliki potensi tinggi dari segi daya tarik alam, budaya, dan aktivitas olahraga air. Indikator keberlanjutan memperoleh skor tertinggi (4,38), diikuti strategi olahraga rekreasi (4,28), dan daya tarik wisata (4,20). Namun, pelibatan masyarakat masih informal dan belum didukung kelembagaan yang kuat, sementara infrastruktur dan promosi digital masih terbatas. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya integrasi antara partisipasi masyarakat, desain pengalaman wisata berbasis co-creation, dan penguatan kelembagaan lokal. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan ekowisata olahraga rekreasi yang berkelanjutan membutuhkan kolaborasi multisektor, peningkatan kapasitas sosial, serta pengelolaan destinasi yang inklusif dan adaptif.
