Abstract

Bhineka Clinic is a clinic that serves the community in the health field. at thismoment, in terms of diverse clinical data input manually and many still use the filesin the form of files or books. something like this might happen mistake in the datastorage and retrieval of data. With this system it is not good to use because the currentcomputerized system is needed in the administrative system at the clinic.In this scholarly writing explain how the parts in the klink this administration to dothe stages in the process of calculation and administration as well as create reportsquickly and easily and efficiently. In carrying out the necessary administrativeprocesses as well as good performance for all systems that support those processesthat give satisfa ctory results.In order that the system can work well done, the writer should try to design thesystem by taking steps such as by making a chart diagram that is: DFD (Data FlowDiagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), as well as programs that support thenormalization designing the system.
