Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui ada perbedaan signifikan antara model STAD (Student Teams Achivement Devision) dan PBL (Problem Based Learning) terhadap aktifitas siswa dan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas VA dan VB SDN Wates 01 Semarang. Jenis Penelitian: penelitian komparasiantara model STAD dan PBL terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar terdiri dari tiga pertemuan, design penelitian adalah Pretest-Posttest Comparations Group Design.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan nontes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai aktivitas belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran yang menerapkan model STAD sebesar 73,0% kriteria baik. Sementara rata-rata nilai aktivitas siswa pada kelas eksperimen II yang menerapkan model PBL sebesar 69% kriteria baik.Hasil posttest diperoleh thitung = 3,349 > ttabel 1,666 berarti terima Ha artinya nilai rata-rata hasil posttest kelas VA dengan menerapkan model STAD lebih baik dari nilai postes kelas VB setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran PBL.Simpulan: Simpulan penelitian adalah model pembelajaran STAD lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPS kelas VA SDN Wates 01 Semarang.The purpose of the study: to find out whether there was a significant difference between STAD model (Student Teams Achievement Division) and PBL (Problem Based Learning) towards students activity and learning result on social subject in class VA and VB SDN Wates 01 Semarang. Type of study: a comparative study. A comparative study. The study consisted of three meetings. The design was Pretest-Posttest Comparations Group Design. The data were collected by using test and non-test. The Results of the study showed. The mean score of the students learning activity applying STAD model was 73% with criteria good. The mean score of students learning activity applying PBL model was 69% with criteria good. The posttest result was 𝑡𝑡𝑒𝑠𝑡 = 3.349 >𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 1.666 Ha was accepted. It meant that the mean scores of VA students in posttest applying STAD model was better than the mean score of VB students in posttest applying PBL. Conclusion: was more effective STAD learning model to increase students activity and learning result of social subject in SDN Wates 01 Semarang.
