Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMPN 17 Makassar. 2) knowing the learning outcomes of students at SMPN 17 Makassar. 3) determine the effect of pedagogic competence on student learning outcomes of SMPN 17 Makassar. This study uses quantitative research with research methods in the form of ex-post facto research, and research instruments using questionnaires. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 36 respondents with purposive sampling technique, data processing is carried out with SPSS 20 with simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: 1) pedagogic competence at SMPN 17 Makassar is in the "good" category with an average score of 15 or 42% located in the interval 67-77. 2) student learning outcomes at SMPN 17 Makassar are in the "very good" category with an average score of 11 or 31% located in the interval 92-95. 3) significant test results with t-test obtained tcount 2.841 = 2.03, ttable when compared is 2.841 > 2.03, meaning that there is a significant influence between teacher pedagogic competence on student learning outcomes at SMPN 17 Makassar. The results showed that the teacher's pedagogic competence gave 52%. The implication of this research is that the principal of the training school makes training or seminars on teacher competence that must be followed by teachers in order to master and improve teacher competence, especially pedagogics so that they can help students have better learning outcomes.

Abstract

Dalam lingkungan pembelajaran Online System, peluang untuk interaksi sering kali terbatas karena pemisahan jarak. Kemajuan dalam komunikasi modern teknologi telah memberi beberapa alat untuk meminimalkan masalah yang berkaitan dengan jarak geografis tersebut, sehingga peserta didik memiliki beberapa cara alternatif, baik sinkron dan asinkron, untuk berinteraksi dengan dosen dan teman sekelas mereka. Tujuan dari studi penelitian ini, adalah untuk menyelidiki masalah-masalah psikologis dan transaksional dalam lingkungan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan dengan memeriksa hubungan yang kompleks antara kehadiran, pembelajaran kolaboratif, dan kepuasan dalam lingkungan belajar Blended Learning. Data dikumpulkan dari Kuisioner Persepsi Mahasiswa dan wawancara tatap muka. Analisis data kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa persepsi Mahasiswa tentang pembelajaran Blanded Learning memiliki hubungan positif secara statistik ditinjau dari kehadiran dan kepuasan Pembelajaran. Artinya adanya peningkatan Mahasiswa yang diberikan pembelajaran kolaboratif tingkat tinggi/Blended Learning cenderung lebih puas dengan Pembelajaran online mereka daripada mereka yang belum menggunakan metode Pembelajaran Blended Learning Tersebut. Demikian pula, Mahasiswa dengan persepsi tinggi pembelajaran kolaboratif merasa tingkat tinggi kehadiran juga. Namun Demikian, hubungan antara kehadiran dan kepuasan keseluruhan adalah positif tetapi tidak signifikan secara statistik. Data wawancara mengungkapkan bahwa (a) Rancangan Pembelajaran, (b) dukungan emosional, dan (c) komunikasi adalah faktor kritis yang terkait dengan persepsi siswa tentang pembelajaran kolaboratif, kehadiran, dan kepuasan.

Abstract

Financial literacy has become an important skill required in everyday life. Due to the instability of the global economy, consumers face financial decisions that have become more complex due to increasing product variety and financial challenges. Therefore, the importance of financial management skills in personal life has increased and more and more research has explored this issue in the last decade. This positive attitude will help them to practice good personal financial management as working adults. The research method used by researchers is a quantitative research method using a quantitative approach. The form of research used is correlation research in the form of causal relationship regression. The research was carried out at the Indonesian Parahikma Institute of Higher Education, specifically the Islamic Education Management Study Program, with a population of 60 students from the Islamic Education management study program. Of the 60 selected students, 60 were used as research samples. The researcher's sampling technique used saturated samples. The data collection tools used were test questions and questionnaire sheets by distributing questionnaires online via Google Form, and then tabulating using the SPSS computer program. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research starts from testing the instrument by testing the Validity and Reliability of the Questionnaire using the Product Moment and Spearman Brown tests. In accordance with the results of the research that has been conducted, it was found that financial literacy has a significant effect on financial management behavior among Parahikma Indonesia Institute students.
