Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of cash turnover , receivables turnover and inventory turnover to the level of profitability in KUD Pratama Jaya subdistrict singing Kuantan district Singingi ( Riau ) type of research is a quantitative approach , the processed secondary data obtained directly from KUD Pratama Jaya form of financial statements 2003 -20 012 . The analytical method used is multiple linear regression , F test and t test . Test results obtained by partial hypothesis , cash turnover significant effect on profitability ( 0.049 < α = 0.05 ) . Accounts receivable turnover has no significant effect on profitability ( 0.143 > α = 0.05 ) . Inventory turnover significant effect on profitability ( 0.044 < α = 0.05 ) . Testing hypotheses simultaneously , cash turnover , accounts receivable turnover , inventory turnover and significant effect on profitability ( 0.002 < α = 0.05 ) . and the results of this study showed that 89.5 % variabek profitability is affected by the independent variable , while the remaining 10.5 % is influenced by other variables that are not counted in this study

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang Rasionalitas Konsumsi Handphone pada Keluarga Miskin. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat adalah bersumber dari segala kebutuhan yang tidak terbatas dan juga sifat manusia yang tidak pernah merasa puas dengan apapun yang sudah mereka miliki. Salah satu kebutuhan manusia pada jaman sekarang adalah handphone yang merupakan salah satu hasil dari kemajuan teknologi. Mereka harus dapat berpikir rasional sebelum membuat keputusan untuk memasukkan handphone dalam kebutuhan yang akan mereka konsumsi. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana rasionalitas konsumsi handphone pada keluarga miskin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Kualitatif yang berusaha menggali, memahami, dan mencari fenomena sosial yang kemudian menghasilkan data yang mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif denan pengambilan data dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil pada penelitian ini dapat ditemukan dua jenis tipe rasionalitas, yaitu rasionalitas instrumen dan rasionalitas nilai. Dalam temuan data diketahui ada beberapa alasan membeli handphone yaitu untuk bekerja serta komunikasi dan hal tersebut merupakan tindakan rasionalitas instrumen. Satu hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan tindakan rasionalitas nilai yaitu membeli handphone karena gengsi dan takut minder dengan sekitarnya. Kata Kunci: Rasionalitas, Konsumsi, Handphone, Keluarga miskin   Abstract This research about Rationality of mobile phone consumption in poor families. Obstacles faced by the community is funded by all the things not limited and also human nature who never are satisfied with any that they had have .One of the needs in the now is a cell phone that was one of the results of technological progress .They should be able to think rationally before making the decision to admit a cell phone in the need to be happening to them .This research has aimed to know and understand how rationality cell phone consumption of the poor families .Methods used in this research is qualitative research was conducted who try to dig , understand , and look for social phenomena which produces the data deep . the result of this study can be found in two types of rationality. This research uses the method the qualitative study denan the data by using observation and interview .Outcomes this research is there are several reasons buy cell phone which is to work and communication and this would be the act of rationality an instrument .One yield that research shows the act of rationality value that is buy cell phone because prestige and fear minder of to surrounding . Abstract

The prevalence of people with diabetes mellitus (DM) has increased by 6.9% to 8.5% in 2018. DM type 2 is increasing for the elderly, such as peripheral neuropathy, nephropathy and diabetic neuropathy. Peripheral neuropathy increases the risk of increased diabetic foot ulcer (DFU). Intervention of appropriate diabetic foot ulcer intervention is needed to improve quality of life and reduce the incidence of amputations. The purpose of this study is to review the effective interventions to prevent and reduce the rate of DFU. This study was carried out by following the standard guidelines in making a systematic review of the "4th Center for Dissemination and Report Review and the Cochrane Collaboration Handbook". Obtained three databases used in searching for systematic review sources namely ScienceDirect, PubMed and Google Scholar, using the keywords Intervention for DFU. Four interventions used to reduce the rate of DFU and prevent DFU namely foot gymnastics, aerobics, ankle exercises that don't hold weights and foot care. The intervention is used in patients with diabetes, 40-80 years without mental illness, dementia, musculoskeletal, heart and kidney failure. Foot gymnastics, aerobics, non-cushioning ankle exercises and foot care can be implemented to reduce DFU.

Abstract

Abstract—Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is an information system that used to store, manage, and provide an output for a company or organization. The presence of a human resources information systems within the company or organization will facilitate the work involved in the company. As well as in PT. Konverta Mitra Abadi Palembang, on the process of deciding the permanent employee are not really optimal or not yet had the decision support system to decide the permanent employee . and then the solution for these problems are designed a system with the information system development method used the method of HRIS and decision-making method using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is a method that effective to solving complex problems and accelerate the decision-making process. In the process of deciding the permanent employee at PT Konverta Mitra Abadi Palembang there are some criteria on which to base decisions, among others, operational performance, general assessment and attendance. Operational performance has subcriteria the achievement of the target, work consistent, and productivity. General assessment has subcriteria work attitude, team work, initiative, leadership and leadership potential while attendance has subcriteria personal affair, come late, go home early, forget to note and absent. This system was developed using HTML and PHP programming language and uses a MySQL database to produce a human resource information system in the process deciding the permanent employee.Keywords: HRIS, AHP, PHP, MySQL

All aid raised by society which have place to around mining. this PT.TIMAH Kundur pursuant to existing program have to be raised to board of directors of PT.TIMAH Bangka, full located decision at holdingnya. Accepted or don’t it him aid application of pursuant to survey conducted by board of directors. As for intention of this is research: To know the forms program in the CSR PT.TIMAH Thundering Countryside, To know whether execution program the CSR can be felt by Prosperous Source Farmer Group. This Research in determination sampel by using Technique of Simpel Random conducted by taking chosen people who by researcher to be made by sampel. Based for such criterion is Prosperous Source Farmer Group residing in Thundering Countryside [of] Subdistrict of Kundur of West of Regency Karimun. Way of this intake sampel is Prosperous Source Farmer Group amounting to 100 people and taken as sampel of equal to 50% that is as much 50 farmer people..Form the implementation program the CSR of a lot of happened by the social change of society economics. Abstract

Latar belakang: Pemberian ASI eksklusif dapat membentuk antibodi agar terlindung dari berbagai penyakit yang sering terjadi pada masa kanak-kanak, seperti pneumonia dan diare dan dapat membantu anak-anak bertahan hidup. Banyak penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa anak yang mendapatkan ASI akan memiliki inteligensi yang lebih baik, kemungkinan mengalami obesitas dan kelebihan berat badan menjadi lebih kecil, dan juga kerentanan mengalami diabetes semasa dewasa kelak akan jadi lebih rendah.Tujuan: Tujuan literature review adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat laktasi terhadap produksi ASI.Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review, sumber data berupa artikel asli yang bersumber dari google scholar, proquest, pubmed dan science direct. Literature review  ini menggunakan sumber tahun 2017-2022 sebanyak 22 artikel kemudian dilakukan pemilihan artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi sebanyak 7 artikel. Data yang didapat kemudian kompilasi, dianalisa dan disajikan berdasarkan persamaan, perbedaan, hasil perbandingan dan pendapat peneliti.Hasil: Peningkatan produksi ASI yang signifikan ditemukan pada semua artikel, semua artikel (100%) menunjukkan peningkatan produksi ASI yang signifikan pada ibu nifas yang dilakukan intervensi pijat laktasi.Kesimpulan: Pijat laktasi efektif meningkatkan produksi ASI. Kata kunci: Pijat laktasi; Produksi ASI; Ibu Nifas.

Abstract

Analysis of Production Integration and Pipilan Corn Price (Zea mays L) in East OKU Regency. This study aims to analyze the level of integration of corn production and price in East OKU Regency. This research was conducted in OKU Timur Regency with the consideration that in OKU Timur Regency is the center of corn planting.The method used in this research is literature study method. The author uses secondary data about the production and price of corn pipines per year starting from 2011 to 2015. Data collection is done gradually by taking data in Dina Food Crops OKU Timur Regency, Food Security Agency of East OKU Regency, Central Statistics Agency of East OKU Regency, and quoting from scientific journals and various references. In this research data is processed with Eveiws 7 version analysis tool which is a model to analyze time series data. The results showed that maize production and price in East OKU district indicated that the coefficient value of less than one indicates an integration between production and price of corn in Eastern OKU but weakly integrated. This is similar to the Ogantarah study. (2016), which examines the integration of corn production and price of corn in OKU Regency and analysis results indicate that between the production and the price of pipelines is weak integration because the coefficient shows the value of less than one (1). Abstract

Activities to support the government's tax digitization program can be done in some ways, one of which is by opening a tax clinic service aimed at tax-compliant MSMEs, so that it can help accelerate this program to the public. As a new tax service center that will be developed, the tax clinic must prepare everything needed so that it can be said to be appropriate and accepted by consumers. This feasibility study aims to assess the feasibility of building a tax clinic. This study method was carried out qualitatively, where the research data was obtained by observing, interviewing, and studying the literature. After the interview process, a feasibility analysis was carried out in the form of a SWOT analysis, management aspects, market and marketing aspects, legal aspects, and technical and technological aspects as well as financial aspects after which conclusions were concluded. The results of this study show that based on several aspects investigated, this tax clinic is feasible to run, but the tax clinic needs to implement a SWOT strategy that is more optimal for sustainability and responding to threats that exist in the company.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan laporan keuangan yang memberikan informasi tentang posisi keuangan, kinerja keuangan, dan arus kas untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan. Di Teaching Factory Manufacturing of Electronics, Politeknik Negeri Batam, pembuatan laporan keuangan masih dilakukan secara manual yang tidak efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan aplikasi ABSS Premier dalam pembukuan dan pembuatan laporan keuangan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang menggambarkan alur dan proses penginputan transaksi bisnis di perusahaan. Implementasi dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel transaksi selama satu bulan. Hasil penelitian meliputi Laporan Laba Rugi, Neraca Saldo, Laporan Arus Kas, Daftar Persediaan, Laporan Kartu Stok, Laporan Daftar Piutang, dan Laporan Daftar Utang.

Abstract

Free sex is one of the problems of lack of sex education and some of the problems that can result from casual sex in adolescents in the short term include KTD (unwanted pregnancy), abortion, and STDs (Sexually transmitted diseases). This study was conducted from February 20 until March 20, 2023, and aims to see the Effectiveness of Health Education Peer Education Method with Audio Visual Media on Adolescent Understanding of ''Sex Education'' Grade 11 SMAN 1 Boyolangu Tulungagung in 2023. The research design used in this study quasy experimental with Non-equivalent Control Group Design (Pretest Posttest) The population in this study was all grade XI students of  SMAN 1 Boyolangu. While the number of research samples was 82 respondents selected using the Purposive Sampling method. Data processing in the form of editing, coding, tabulating, cleaning, and then analyzing data using non-parametric Wilcoxon sign rank test & Mann – Whitney. From the Wilcoxon Test, both methods show that a significant value p = 0.000 < a (0.05), so H1 is accepted meaning that there is an Effect of Health Counseling. From the results of the Mann - Whitney Test, the Mean Rank of the Peer Education method was obtained with a value of 35.43. And the Mean Rank of the audio-visual method with a value of 47.57. It is known that the Mean Rank of the Audio Visual Method is higher than the Peer Education method. The Mann-Whitney test shows a significance value of p= 0.019. So that H1 is accepted, which means that there is an Effectiveness of Health Counseling with Peer Education and Audio Visual Methods. It can be concluded that the audio-visual method is more effective as a means of health counseling on the understanding of sex education in grade 11 adolescents at SMAN 1 Boyolangu Tulungagung in 2023. For this reason, the audio-visual method is recommended for health counseling to increase adolescent understanding of Sex Education.  Keywords: Free Sex; Health Education; Tee
