Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) merupakan program perangkat lunak yang digunakan perusahaan untuk integrasi dan koordinasi informasi dari suatu bisnis atau dapat diperjelas sebagai perangkat yang menghubungkan setiap bagian bisnis dalam perusahaan. Penerapan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada suatu perusahaan diharapkan dapat mewujudkan efisiensi dan menciptakan efektivitas dalam sebuah perusahaan, selain itu penerapan ERP juga diharapkan dapat menciptakan kolaborasi, keamanan data, serta prediksi bisnis yang akurat. Jurnal ini akan berisikan tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada suatu perusahaan pada unit satuan bisnis seperti Supply chain management, Human Resource, Accounting, Finance, dan Sales/ Marketing.

Abstract

Pengelolaan baik pada inventaris perusahaan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, yang secara langsung akan berpengaruh pada tingkat penjualan pada sebuah perusahaan. Inventaris pada PT XYZ memiliki permasalahan setelah berlangsungnya penggabungan dua gudang dengan mengatasnamakan perusahaan yang berbeda, sehingga pengelolaannya tidak bisa diselesaikan dalam satu sistem ERP yang sama. Hal ini menyebabkan bertambahnya satu langkah dalam proses bisnis mereka yang seringkali menjadi sebuah masalah berhubungan dengan efisiensi usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi bagi PT XYZ dalam mengelola inventaris dan meningkatkan tingkat efisiensi dalam proses bisnis melalui sistem FIFO, LIFO dan RFID. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik penelitian studi kasus dan wawancara. Responden wawancara merupakan dua karyawan di PT XYZ dengan posisi sales dan kasir pada PT XYZ. Hasil analisis menemukan beberapa solusi yang dapat dipilih dan diterapkan oleh PT XYZ. Pertama, penataan layout gudang yang dipisah menjadi dua wilayah dengan memperhatian ukuran produk serta penggunaan metode FIFO. Kedua, perusahaan dapat menerapkan fitur RFID untuk pencatatan inventaris dalam gudang serta pembedaan warna pada tote bin produk berukuran kecil. Ketiga, perusahaan dapat mengintegrasikan kedua sistem ERP menjadi satu dengan membedakan gudang dalam sistem. Kata Kunci: Inventaris, Manajemen Rantai Pasok, Sistem ERP, Efisiensi

Abstract

Advances in information technology have influenced how marketing is carried out in different industrial sectors, especially with the existence of various platforms and methods to increase consumer brand awareness. Digital marketing strategies such as social media marketing, video & photo marketing, content marketing and discounts. This article implements this strategy for MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) Instagram social media in Indonesia, namely: Elegancia, because MSMEs are one of the supporters of economic growth. Based on this, the design of this article was carried out using secondary data which is data obtained from other parties and officially published which can be obtained by means of literature studies as well as documentation data and available report data. Apart from that, this research is also a qualitative research, in which data collection comes from observations, interviews and research. Thus the results of this implementation prove the benefits of using digital marketing such as: content marketing, social media and discounts in increasing brand awareness resulting in a consistent increase in MSME Instagram social media.

Abstract

Abstrak Sebagai perusahaan manufaktur, PT XYZ merancang rangkaian rantai pasok untuk menjalankan usahanya serta bersaing dengan industri manufaktur lainnya. Warehouse menjadi satu bagian terpenting dalam rantai pasok, terutama bagi perusahaan yang melakukan produksi dalam jumlah besar. Penulisan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenai isu yang terjadi pada warehouse serta cara PT. XYZ dalam menangani isu tersebut. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kota Batam dengan metode kualitatif dan PT. XYZ berperan sebagai objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pada warehouse PT. XYZ teridentifikasi permasalahan seperti pengendalian material, kerusakan material saat pemindahan material, serta material yang telah expired. PT. XYZ melakukan berbagai cara penanganan atas isu-isu tersebut seperti penggunaan sistem untuk mempermudah pengendalian stok, penggunaan peralatan dalam pemindahan stok untuk meminimalisir kerusakan yang terjadi, serta pelaksanaan test run atas material dianggap telah melewati masa berlaku untuk meminimalisir kerugian atas penumpukan scrap material. Kata Kunci: Jaringan Rantai Pasok, Manufaktur, Material Abstract As a manufacturing company, PT XYZ designed a series of supply chains to run its business and compete with other manufacturing industries. Warehouse is an important part of the supply chain, especially for companies that produce in large quantities. This research aims to address the issues that occur in the warehouse and how PT. XYZ handling the issue. The research was conducted in Batam City with qualitative methods and PT. XYZ acts as a the subject. The results of the study concluded that the PT. XYZ identified problems such as material control, material damage during material transfer, and material that has expired. PT. XYZ takes various ways of handling these issues such as using a system to facilitate stock control, using equipment in stock transfers to minimize damage that occurs, and carrying out test runs on materials deemed to have passed their validity period to minimize losses from accumulation of scrap material. Abstract

This writing discusses Homstay Batam, an inn located in Batam City, Riau Islands. The author chose Homstay Batam as a case study because the lodging business as a service company has a different resource supply chain flow than a product company. Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management are the main focus in this paper, where supply chain is the management of various activities to obtain raw materials that are transformed into a product in a process and continued with delivery to consumers through distribution. The stages in supply chain management include planning, process, production, storage, delivery, and return of goods. Enterprise Resource Planning is implemented with the help of social media. It is concluded that Homstay Batam has done the right division and distribution of resource planning so that the business can run optimally and generate maximum profit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the application of company resource management and supply chain management at the Grand Pet Shop. In conducting an analysis of business partners, researchers used qualitative methods in the form of direct interview techniques with the owner of the Grand Pet Shop. The results found through analysis, Grand Pet Shop has implemented a supply chain process including planning, processing, storage, shipping and returns of goods then partners have also involved 4 functional areas, namely marketing and sales, supply chain management (SCM), accounting and finance, and human resources in running their business as well as analyzing the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is still not recommended at this time because there has not been found a suitability for Grand Pet Shop use due to the high cost and the Enterprise Resource Planning system is too complicated for Grand Pet Shops which are still SMEs, but do not rule out the possibility in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of using social media as a promotional strategy on increasing sales at PT. Destini Marine Safety. Along with the development of digital technology, social media has become an effective promotional tool for companies in expanding market reach and increasing interaction with consumers. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through interviews and observations of the company's promotional activities on social media. The research results show that the use of social media as a promotional strategy has a significant effect on increasing sales. Platforms like Instagram help companies disseminate product information, build relationships with customers, and increase customer loyalty. With increased interaction and exposure through social media, PT. Destini Marine Safety experienced positive sales growth. This research recommends optimizing the use of creative and interactive content to increase the effectiveness of promotions on social media.

Abstract

Batam Indo Keramik merupakan sebuah UMKM di Kota Batam yang bergerak di bidang bahan bangunan yang menjual keramik dan produk sanitary. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Batam Indo Keramik adalah penyusunan barang gudang yang kurang teratur dan pencatatan stock inventory barang masih belum menyeluruh. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan oleh penulis yaitu penelitian kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi secara langsung. Hasil dari implementasi menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan efisiensi pekerjaan oleh pemilik dan karyawan Batam Indo Keramik dan feedback pelanggan yang puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh karyawan Batam Indo Keramik. Rekomendasi yang dapat berikan, yaitu memerlukan pengecekan stock inventory secara berkala dan UMKM dapat menggunakan kecanggihan tekonologi untuk melakukan pencatatan stock inventory barang.
