Abstract

 Produk yang dihasilkan Notaris adalah akta otentik. Dalam hal ini akta otentik, yang diakui oleh Undang-Undang, dimana akta otentik merupakan alat bukti terkuat yang dapat menentukan secara jelas hak dan kewajiban seseorang, guna menjamin kepastian dan perlindungan hukum. Untuk menilai kedudukan akta berkaitan dengan nilai otensitas, maka akan ditinjau dari asas pradugah sah.Kata Kunci: notaris, akta otentik, kedudukan, asas praduga sah. Products produced by Notaries are authentic deeds. In this case, authentic deeds, which are recognized by law, where authentic deeds are the strongest evidence that can clearly define a person's rights and obligations, in order to guarantee legal certainty and protection. To assess the position of the deed in relation to the value of authenticity, it will be reviewed from the principle of legal preservation.Keywords: notary, authentic deed, position, presumption of validity.
