Abstract

Problems in image processing to obtain the best smile are strongly influenced by the quality, background, position, and lighting, so it is very necessary to have an analysis by utilizing existing image processing algorithms to get a system that can make the best smile selection, then the Shi-Tomasi Algorithm is used. the algorithm that is commonly used to detect the corners of the smile region in facial images. The Shi-Tomasi angle calculation processes the image effectively from a target image in the edge detection ballistic test, then a corner point check is carried out on the estimation of translational parameters with a recreation test on the translational component to identify the cause of damage to the image, it is necessary to find the edge points to identify objects with remove noise in the image. The results of the test with the shi-Tomasi algorithm were used to detect a good smile from 20 samples of human facial images with each sample having 5 different smile images, with test data totaling 100 smile images, the success of the Shi-Tomasi Algorithm in detecting a good smile reached an accuracy value of 95% using the Confusion Matrix, Precision, Recall and Accuracy Methods.

Abstract

The problem that affects the character segmentation step is the step before character segmentation, namely preprocessing character segmentation or called preprocessing. This poses are strongly influenced by plate lighting conditions, shadows against plates, plate image impurities, plate image resolution, character cutting accuracy, and speed in recognizing characters. In general, identification consists of 3 stages, namely detection, segmentation and recognition. In this study, the use of the otsu method is expected to detect the region on the vehicle license plate, the region in question is the first region to show the regional code, the second region for the registration number and the third region for the sub-region code. In the process, the results of the vehicle number plate detection trial to get a segmentation of 3 regions of the vehicle number plate character did not get the expected results. The results trial obtained the identification of the entire character of the vehicle number plate so that the characters on the vehicle number plate could not be distinguished between the front letter, number, and the back letter. So to maximize the desired results so that getting 3 regions of the otsu method segmentation process needs to be improved using the mathematical morphology method. This mathematical morphology method serves to read the character value of each pixel in the digital image which produces a comparison between the pixels in the image, so morphology techniques are appropriate when used to perform image processing in obtaining the region of the vehicle number plate. From the improvement of the otsu method, the results of the trial were improved. Of the 100 data samples tested, 96 data samples passed and 4 sample data failed, the accuracy value using MSE measurements from the tested data samples received a very high increase, which was 96%.

Abstract

In everyday life we often encounter emergency situations such as accidents, drowning victims, fires, crimes and so on. Certain community may have had socialization or learned how to handle or first aid the emergencies, but not all societies know how to do first aid for emergencies.This research is aimed at building an Android-based emergency call application system for Bengkulu Region so that people can dial important phone numbers and public services when there is a crime or accident. The benefits of this application is as a medium to facilitate users of mobile devices based on Android in making emergency public service calls. From the problems that occur then, the problem of this research is How to Create Android-Based Emergency Call Applications For Bengkulu Region Using Location Based Services. The purpose of this research is to Design and Build Android-Based Emergency Call Applications for Bengkulu Region Using LBS Technology and create easily and quickly Emergency safe Calling System. The place of research is conducted on public service in Bengkulu city and is independently created. Data collection is done by using interview, observation and literature study method. The results showed that Applications that are created can help people to face emergencies so they do not get constrained when looking for agencies contact information that provide assistance services in times of emergency.Keywords :      Applications, Emergency Calls, LBS

Abstract

Technological developments rapidly and affect of changes in human lifestyle. The demand of it is increasingly sophisticated technology that cause humans create tools that facilitate human work. One of them is searching location by using GPS (Global Positioning System). It determines the user's location by using Location Based Service. It is expected to overcome the problem of user in searching location. This paper discusses the user searches location by using Location Based Service. Through the help of Location Based Service will be pinned and will help to determine where the location of a user to their android based smartphones. The results can be obtained from the User Acceptance Test (UAT). It has a percentage of 80% of the 20 users performed. Furthermore, it is not appropriate to have a percentage of  20%  of  20 peers. Keywords:Location Based Services, Global  Positioning System (GPS) Android

Abstract

History lessons in Indonesia are taught starting from Elementary School (SD) level. One of materials taught in elementary schools is a national hero figure who has greatly contributed to Indonesian nation. Several images of heroes were immortalized on Indonesian banknotes. The learning method that is carried out only with printed books and lectures tends to make students bored and quickly feel sleepy. In a site like this, interesting learning media is needed. This study seeks to build an android-based application using Augmented Reality technology, using banknotes as markers to produce 3D animation applications that speak about heroes and their historical backgrounds. This application development methodology uses an Incremental model which consists of 4 stages, namely: Analysis, design, code, and testing. Distributed questionnaires get results; Strongly Disagree = 0%, Disagree = 0%, Agree = 43%, and Strongly Agree = 57%. These results indicate that the overall system is running well and feasible to use

Abstract

Banyaknya pemohon yang berasal dari instansi lain yang meminta fotocopy sa- linan produk hukum, sedangkan produk hukum tersebut sudah diarsip-kan. Dengan jumlah arsip produk hukum yang telah disahkan begitu ban-yak, membuat petugas kesulitan dalam mencari arsip produk hukum terse-but, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam proses pencarian, kare-na masih dilakukan dengan cara manual. Dengan adanya implemen- tasi algoritma sequential searching pengarsipan dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan pen- carian data serta mempermudah dalam melayani pemohon yang ingin meminta produk hukum yang sudah diarsipkan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan rumusan masalah yakni Bagaimana mengimplementasikan metode algoritma sequential dalam pencarian arsip produk hukum. Data pencarian arsip produk hukum menggunakan sequential dalam proses pencarian data arsip produk hukum.

Abstract

Pengolahan citra digital adalah suatu disiplin ilmu yang mempelajari hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan perbaikan kualitas gambar (peningkatan kontras, transformasi warna, restorasi citra), transformasi gambar (rotasi, skala, transformasi geometric), pemilihan citra ciri yang optimal untuk tujuan analisis, dan melakukan proses penarikan informasi atau deskripsi objek atau pengenalan objek yang terkandung pada citra. Deteksi tepi merupakan salah satu teknik yang paling sering digunakan dalam pengolahan citra digital. Deteksi tepi juga salah satu langkah prapengolahan yang penting dalam analisis citra. Penelitian ini berpusat pada peningkatan preprosesing menggunakan metode erosi (morphology). Hasil yang telah ditemukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran mean sequera error (MSE). Pada penelitian ini akan terlihat perbaikan kualitas citra yang dihasilkan. Dalam sesi pengujian menggunakan matlab 2012, peningkatan terhadap deteksi tepi ini terlihat dengan persentase yang dihasilkan dari 50 data citra yang diujikan dengan tingkat persentase mencapai 96%

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam is one of the educational institutions in Pekik Nyaring Pondok Kelapa, so that this school has a number of registrants whose number increases every year. The new student admission system used by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam still uses excel. In this discussion, the weighting system for new student admissions by applying the Simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW) method uses four criteria, namely by determining the weighting values such as report card score criteria, tahfidz test score criteria, tahsin test score criteria, and academic score criteria. From the calculation results, it is known that A1 = 20.75, A2 = 18.75 and A3 = 20.45 so the SAW method can select alternatives and rank in determining the ranking from the top to the last based on predetermined criteria.

Abstract

Peningkatan upaya untk pencegahan, deteksi dan respon terhadap pandemic Covid 19, Indonesia meningkatkan beberapa hal pada berbagai sektor yaitu Vaksinasi. Dilakukannya vaksinasi serentak pemerintah Indonesia mempunyai beberapa kendala yaitu masyarakat yang masih belum memahami perlunya vaksinasi dan mencari informasi tempat yang tepat untuk melakukan vaksinasi covid 19. Pemanfaatan teknologi GPS dengan algoritma Location Based Service (LBS) dalam pencarian lokasi vaksinasi Covid 19 di Kota Bengkulu dapat diterima oleh masyarakat dengan ditunjukkan dari hasil pengujian fitur aplikasi yang ditawarkan. Fitur utama GPS dengan LBS ini dapat menunjukkan lokasi Vaksinasi dan dilengkapi GPS Maps

Abstract

Penelitian implementasi algoritma sequential searching pada aplikasi jasa pekerja properti berbasis android ini bertujuan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu aplikasi yang berguna bagimasyrakat terutama dibidang jasa properti, Aplikasi ini berguna dalam pemesanan jasa melaui online yangdifokuskan ialah jasa pekerja properti salah satu contoh seperti jasa tukang bangunan dan lain lain.Berdasarkan survie yang dilakukan adapun permasalahan yang terjadi antara konsumen jasa dan jasapekerja properti sebelum adanya penelitian pembuatan aplikasi jasa pekerja properti tersebut antara lain :dari sisi konsumen 1) sulitnya menemukan jasa pekerja properti disekitar terutama bagi pendatang, 2)membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga untuk mencari jasa pekerja properti disekitar, dan 3) sediitnya informasisehingga kesulitan mencari jasa pekerja yang pas ataupun sesuai keinginan. Sedangkan dari sisi pekerjaproperti antara lain : 1) lamanya mendapatkan pekerjaan baru setelah menyelesaikan pekerjaan jasa yangdilakukan, adapun lamanya mengangur dalam pekerjaan dari berminggu minggu hingga berbulan bulan, 2)melakukan promosi secara konvensional, seperti menggunakan spanduk, pamflet, kartu nama serta dengankomunikasi seseorang membuat langkah promosi seperti ini kurang efektif dalam meningkatkanpendapatan, karena selain membutuhkan biaya, waktu tidak sedikit, cakupan luas area promosi yangterbatas, dan 3) jasa tukang bangunan juga memiliki keterbatasan area dalam melakukan pekerjaan merekayang dikarenakan tidak adanya media yang efisien. Dari kendala kendala yang didapatkan konsumen danjasa pekerja properti maka butuhnya suatu aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan untuk memberikan informasidan memdapatkan informasi yaitu apikasi jasa pekerja properti. Adapun manfaat dari hasil penelitian dalampembuatan aplikasi ini antara lain : dari sisi konsumen 1) mudahnya mendapatkan informasi jasa pekerjaproperti melalui aplikasi tersebut sehingga tidak perlu keluar rumah , 2) mudahnya memesan jasa denganaman, dan 3) mudahnya memesan jasa sesuai keinginan dan kebutuhan. Berikut dari sisi pekerja properti1) mudahnya mengiklankan jasa di aplikasi, 2) cakupan pengiklanan jasa yang luas , dan 3)mudahnyamendapatkan pasar jasa pekerja properti yang baru melaui pengiklanan dalam sebuah aplikasi android.
