Product value creation training is a community service activity carried out by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Paramadina University. The aim of this program is to increase knowledge and practice of creating product value for MSME actors. The training participants were the South Jakarta MSME Community. The themes presented were digital entrepreneurship, the urgency of product value, and product value mapping with the Value Proposition Canvas. The number of participants was 38 people. The evaluation results showed that the participants were satisfied with this training program. The three aspects assessed are the committee, materials, and the implementation of the concept of product value. The training method is carried out face-to-face by inviting small-medium enterprise community actors in the South Jakarta area. The evaluation questionnaire was distributed online using the Google Form. The results of the evaluation assessment show that the program was successfully implemented with material in accordance with business needs. Training participants have a strong desire to apply the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) concept to products or services. These This awareness is to be able to meet consumer expectations. The follow-up program will be carried out with the theme of packaging and product branding. These two themes are a continuation of the community service program in the coming year.

The research analyzed the influence of organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction on employee performance. It aimed to determine the variables with the most significant influence on employee performance. The respondent of the research was a construction company where employee performance had an important role in ensuring long-term business sustainability. The research applied a quantitative research with purposive sampling techniques. The number of respondents used as a research database were 100 people. Then, the influence of these variables was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is found to have the highest impact on employee performance. The research makes a positive contribution to the body of knowledge by analyzing the influence of organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction on employee performance. Organizations need to increase organizational commitment and emotional intelligence of their employees because the sustainability of an organization’s business is very dependent on the performance of its employees. Then, business quality is determined by commitment and emotional intelligence which influence employee performance comprehensively. Meanwhile, job satisfaction is a concern focused on companies for the stability of employee performance. It is hoped that the research provides positive recommendations for the company and emphasize the central role of employee performance in the success of its business.

Pelatihan business model canvas merupakan wujud pengabdian masyarakat dari Program Studi Magister Manajemen Universitas Paramadina. Proses pelatihan ini merupakan kerjasama dengan Kelurahan Cilandak Barat Jakarta Selatan. Webinar ini ditujukan untuk memberikan kompetensi baru kepada para pengusaha pemula dalam pemetaan ide bisnis. Pelatihan ini menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Para peserta diarahkan untuk memetakan dalam 9 kotak yang ada pada model bisnis. Peserta webinar mampu melakukan observasi komponen apa saja yang belum ada pada implementasi bisnisnya. Narasumber membahas tentang konsep kewirausahaan yang dijelaskan oleh Dr. Handy Risza. Narasumber yang menjelaskan konsep Business Model Canvas adalah Dr. Ahmad Azmy. Acara ini dilakukan secara virtual menggunakan Zoom Meeting. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 63 orang. Peserta pelatihan diberikan simulasi penggunaan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Hasil feedback webinar menunjukkan peserta puas atas pelaksanaan webinar ini. Komponen penilaian dimulai dari panitia, akses zoom meeting, materi pelatihan, penjelasan dari narasumber, kertas kerja, keinginan peserta untuk mengaplikasikan business model canvas, dan peningkatan pengetahuan bisnis. Semua mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta pelatihan.

This article aims to discuss how to design a career strategy in the Company through job training for students who have just graduated at SMKN 16 Jakarta. Vocational students are included in the category of teenagers who in fact do not have good career maturity. Meanwhile, education in SMK is directed at the development of company/industry-based education, so efforts need to be made to improve, Improvement efforts are not enough only to be carried out by vocational teachers but also require other teachers including BK teachers. One of the things that can be done is job training and competency improvement by attending various job trainings and having competency certificates by related institutions. In addition, to support graduates who absorb work, the school must also prepare strategies so that graduates can be accepted for work by holding job fairs, education and entrepreneurship which are routinely carried out every year. Service strategies that can be provided include basic services in the form of career information media, then also need assessment of students' interest talents, consulting services and individual counseling services. Thus, it is expected that students can increase career maturity, both in identifying potential, analyzing career opportunities, and even in deciding the right career choice

The research analyzed the relationship between authentic leadership, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. The problem was that technology companies experienced an increase in turnover intention. It was unique in analyzing the causality of turnover intention through aspects of leadership and commitment. The research analyzed the direct and indirect effects of reducing turnover, conducted on digital companies operating in the consulting services sector. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms with a total of 111 respondents. The research findings indicate that authentic leadership influences organizational commitment. Furthermore, organizational commitment has a negative influence on turnover intention. In addition, the indirect effect of authentic leadership on turnover intention is mediated by organizational commitment. Hence, it is essential for companies to increase employee commitment throughout the organization. Business organizations must pay attention to the phenomenon of turnover instruction. Meanwhile, employee turnover has a negative effect on the quality of business processes. The turnover instruction problem is a classic problem faced by every company. Aspects of leadership and organizational commitment must be the main factors in reducing turnover. The long-term success of a business is determined by the contribution and productivity of its employees. Turnover intentions can be reduced through implementing authentic leadership and consistently increasing organizational commitment.

AbstractThis research analyzes the evaluation of programs and strategic management planning of social organizations. A qualitative approach is used as part of photographing the state and potential of the organization for the greatest achievement as an educational organization with the best reputation. The process of collecting data by interview. The results showed that the Good to Great theoretical framework can be used as a tool for measuring or evaluating programs and strategic management of organizations by identifying various strengths and weaknesses that become spaces for organizational improvement, based on each characteristic of the principles studied. Research proves that the Discipline of People, Discipline of Ideas, and Discipline of Action in the framework of Good to Great theory can be applied and relevant as an evaluation framework in the context of a social organization in Indonesia. These three aspects show a sustainable business with superior programs according to organizational values. This journal analyzes Bank Muamalat's performance based on the financial ratio and the Sharia Maqashid Index for the 2014 period to 2022. This study aims to assess the financial stability of the bank and their obedience to Islamic principles. The results of the financial ratio research: this condition is still in a reasonable condition, because the quick ratio value is still below 3, with a value of 0.20 when compared to existing standards that are in ROA ≤ 1.5% which means the bank is ineffective and efficient, ROE is 2 , 78 at Muamalat Bank which is below 12 shows that the ability of banks to generate profits by using equity owned by banks in bad conditions, net interest margin of the bank is at the value of NIM ≥ 2% means the condition of a healthy company, 97, 36% Bopo value ≤ ≤ 100% means that the company's health condition in carrying out its activities is efficient, with a value of 90.30 in a composite ranking position 3 (85% FDR ≤ 100%), which means the ability of bank liquidity to anticipate the liquidity needs and determination of adequate liquidity risk management. This study uses a quantitative analysis method to analyze financial data from the annual report of the Muamalat Bank. This journal also includes a qualitative assessment of Islamic banking practices and its impact on performance. The findings of this study will provide valuable insights for Bank Muamalat.

This research aims to analyze the strategy of changing the company's vision and mission as part of market adaptation for business continuity, using the ADKAR change model. The method used is descriptive qualitative, a research whose description form uses facts or phenomena. This research was conducted in two stages, namely collecting information and literature on changes in the organization's mission and vision, business continuity, and identifying the change management model to be used in the research. Furthermore, data was collected from the results of interviews and participatory observation. The results showed that the purpose and message of organizational change must be clearly informed, why change must occur, and why change is needed. Change leaders must have good skills and knowledge about the planned changes. Change does not have to change the entire system that is already operating, changes can be made by using existing systems and resources to be optimized in achieving the new vision and mission. Using the ADKAR model in interview guidelines and discussing research results makes it easier to analyze the stages of change, so the ADKAR change model can be used as a reference when planning organizational change initiatives.

The sharing session program is carried out as a form of implementing the Tridharma of Higher Education. Focus training by sharing knowledge about product packaging with MSMEs. MSME actors are trained by the South Jakarta MSME Community with a total of 28 participants. The majority of participants came from the culinary sector, including regional foods, cakes and dry chips. This program starts from the planning, implementation and evaluation processes and can be carried out smoothly. At the end of the sharing session, participants filled out an evaluation questionnaire. The evaluation aspect is assessed on the components of the facilities, materials and expectations of the training participants. Most were considered satisfied and very satisfied with the implementation of the training program. This event can be continued with a different theme according to the needs of MSME players. Businesses can have high sustainability by forming consumer loyalty. The product or service being sold can always be remembered by the target market.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara empiris dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman tentang kemitraan jangka panjang dan pertumbuhan bisnis UMKM di era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui tinjauan literatur, dengan pengumpulan dan analisis berbagai sumber akademik dan praktis. Sampel literatur terdiri dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan laporan penelitian relevan, terutama dari studi yang diterbitkan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan hubungan antara kemitraan jangka panjang dan pertumbuhan UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan jangka panjang berperan signifikan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM, khususnya dengan meningkatkan akses ke sumber daya, teknologi, dan jaringan pasar. Selain itu, digitalisasi menjadi katalis utama yang memperkuat efektivitas kemitraan. Temuan ini memberikan bukti empiris tentang pentingnya hubungan strategis dan teknologi dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis UMKM. Penelitian ini menjelaskan perspektif baru mengenai interaksi antara kemitraan jangka panjang dan pertumbuhan bisnis UMKM dalam konteks digital. Melalui analisis mendalam tentang nilai bersama dalam kemitraan, penelitian ini memperluas cakrawala pengetahuan dalam bidang manajemen dan memberikan kontribusi unik pada literatur yang ada. Implikasi praktis dan kebijakan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM perlu aktif membangun kemitraan strategis jangka panjang serta mengadopsi teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi dan pertumbuhan bisnis. Dengan memanfaatkan alat digital, UMKM dapat memperlancar operasi, meningkatkan berbagi sumber daya, dan memperluas akses pasar. Selain itu, pembuat kebijakan perlu menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung kolaborasi antara UMKM dan mitra strategis serta memberikan akses terhadap sumber daya digital yang diperlukan untuk memperkuat kemitraan. Penelitian ini memberikan arahan bagi studi lanjutan tentang strategi kemitraan yang efektif di tengah perkembangan pesat dalam konteks digital.
