Abstract

The issue of plastic waste is still a national and global problem. The importance of managing plastic waste and knowing the role of the plastic waste recycling management business ecosystem to support the improvement of the green economy. This study aims to analyze the role of the circular economy-based business ecosystem in plastic waste management in Indonesia and the opportunities for improving the green economy. By involving collectors, communities, governments, and MSMEs in the recycling chain, this approach seeks to reduce plastic waste that pollutes the environment while creating added economic value. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach by collecting and analyzing more than 50 relevant academic sources to explore the role of each stakeholder and the supporting or inhibiting factors for the implementation of the circular economy system. The results of the study show that public education, government support through regulations and incentives, and collaboration between stakeholders are very important in creating a sustainable ecosystem. With consistent implementation, this ecosystem has great potential to drive Indonesia towards a more inclusive and sustainable green economy.

Abstract

This journal analyzes Bank Muamalat's performance based on the financial ratio and the Sharia Maqashid Index for the 2014 period to 2022. This study aims to assess the financial stability of the bank and their obedience to Islamic principles. The results of the financial ratio research: this condition is still in a reasonable condition, because the quick ratio value is still below 3, with a value of 0.20 when compared to existing standards that are in ROA ≤ 1.5% which means the bank is ineffective and efficient, ROE is 2 , 78 at Muamalat Bank which is below 12 shows that the ability of banks to generate profits by using equity owned by banks in bad conditions, net interest margin of the bank is at the value of NIM ≥ 2% means the condition of a healthy company, 97, 36% Bopo value ≤ ≤ 100% means that the company's health condition in carrying out its activities is efficient, with a value of 90.30 in a composite ranking position 3 (85% <FDR ≤ 100%), which means the ability of bank liquidity to anticipate the liquidity needs and determination of adequate liquidity risk management. This study uses a quantitative analysis method to analyze financial data from the annual report of the Muamalat Bank. This journal also includes a qualitative assessment of Islamic banking practices and its impact on performance. The findings of this study will provide valuable insights for Bank Muamalat.

Abstract

Webinar ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Perspektif baru dengan konsep Badan Usaha Milik Rakyat (BUMR) dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia kepada pelaku UMKM. Konsep pengembangan sumber daya manusia berbasis BUMR memberikan pemahaman baru bagaimana UMKM harus melihat perubahan bisnis secara agile dan responsif. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia harus melihat tantangan bisnis baru, tata kelola sistem manajemen, sistem kompensasi kompetitif, program pelatihan kompetensi, dan skill kepemimpinan bisnis. Konsep ini disosialiasikan kepada pelaku UMKM untuk melihat bagaimana respon pelaku UMKM harus adaptif terhadap tuntutan bisnis. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya sosialisasi, tetapi membuka kesempatan pendampingan dan konsultasi kepada pelaku UMKM untuk mengembangan sumber daya manusia menjadi lebih kompetitif dan berdaya saing tinggi.

Abstract

Seiring dengan persaingan bisnis yang kompetitif, perusahaan dituntut untuk beradaptasi dengan mengerahkan sumber daya seoptimal mungkin, salah satunya mengatasi tingginya turnover yang sering dialami oleh divisi penjualan sebagai ujung tombak perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengkaji upaya meningkatkan kepuasan kerja untuk mencegah tinginya angka turnover yang dilakukan staff penjualan. Proses penelitian menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan membedah berbagai jurnal, buku maupun ensiklopedia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki hubungan negatif dengan angka turnover, artinya semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya maka semakin rendah angka turnover yang terjadi. Menghadapi hal ini, perusahaan harus melakakuan startegi meningkatkan kepuasan kerja secara holistik. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menambah khazanah kajian pengelolaan sumber daya manusia khususnya pada divisi penjualan. Serta secara praktis mampu memberikan sudut pandang baru sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam merumuskan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah, dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi, pada karyawan Mitra Pelaksana Program (MPP) Pendidikan Dompet Dhuafa yang telah bertransformasi menjadi Yayasan Pendidikan Umar Usman. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksplanatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Responden dipilih secara simple random sampling, dan data dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik inferensial untuk menguji hubungan kausal antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah, serta memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. Selain itu, budaya organisasi terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah dan memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kesiapan individu dalam menghadapi perubahan organisasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keberhasilan perubahan organisasi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kualitas kepemimpinan, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan pemimpin dalam membentuk budaya organisasi yang adaptif dan kolaboratif. Oleh karena itu, kepemimpinan transformasional yang didukung oleh budaya organisasi yang positif menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kesiapan individu terhadap perubahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya manajemen bakat sebagai strategi kunci dalam meningkatkan performa karyawan di tengah persaingan industri yang semakin menuntut organisasi memiliki talenta berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi dan dampak praktik manajemen bakat terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk tetap bekerja di PT XYZ. Menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi literatur yang diperkaya dengan temuan empiris berupa wawancara dan observasi. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa praktik manajemen bakat yang mencakup pemetaan kompetensi, manajemen performa berbasis KPI, rekrutmen internal, peningkatan keterlibatan, serta program pengembangan karir memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi, kinerja, dan loyalitas karyawan. Temuan utama mengindikasikan bahwa pengembangan karir merupakan faktor dominan yang membentuk performa, disusul efektivitas talent mobility melalui rekrutmen internal, serta keadilan sistem manajemen kinerja yang meningkatkan sense of fairness dan pengakuan. Meski demikian, efektivitas penuh manajemen bakat masih terhambat oleh kurangnya mentor kompeten dan ketidakteraturan roadmap karir. Implikasi penelitian menegaskan bahwa PT XYZ perlu memperkuat dukungan manajemen, menstandarkan evaluasi kinerja, meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan, serta membangun sistem pengembangan karir berkelanjutan agar manajemen bakat tidak hanya berdampak jangka pendek tetapi juga menjadi pilar strategis dalam mempertahankan talenta terbaiknya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya risiko kerja pada proses manufaktur PT Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia (PT KUI) yang menunjukkan urgensi penguatan implementasi K3 dan perbaikan lingkungan kerja dalam mendukung optimalisasi human capital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) serta kondisi lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui pendekatan human capital di PT Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode mix method, menggabungkan kuantitatif melalui survei Likert terhadap 100 karyawan dan kualitatif melalui wawancara semi terstruktur serta observasi mendalam, didukung data sekunder dari literatur dan dokumen perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi K3 yang komprehensif, termasuk pengendalian risiko ekstrim melalui HIRADC dan FMEA, serta perbaikan engineering control seperti ventilasi, pendinginan, tata letak ergonomis, dan pengelolaan coolant stagnan, meningkatkan keamanan, kenyamanan, serta fokus kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja yang mendukung secara fisik dan psikologis berperan memperkuat motivasi, disiplin, perilaku ekstra-peran (OCB), dan pemanfaatan kompetensi karyawan sebagai aset human capital. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa K3 dan kondisi lingkungan kerja secara simultan menjadi enabler utama yang memungkinkan human capital berkontribusi optimal terhadap produktivitas, kualitas output, dan stabilitas operasional. Implikasi penelitian menegaskan bahwa penguatan K3 dan optimalisasi lingkungan kerja bukan sekadar kepatuhan normatif, melainkan strategi investasi human capital yang meningkatkan performa jangka panjang, keberlanjutan, dan keunggulan kompetitif PT Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia.

Abstract

Performance results can ensure a long-term business sustainability. Performance can be achieved with key factors in the scope of leadership, culture, and motivation. The research analyzed the effects of work motivation, transformational leadership, and organizational culture on employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction. The research focused on examining both direct and indirect implications within the model. The research was conducted in automotive manufacturing companies. The sampling technique employed purposive sampling, targeting employees with at least one year of tenure and those directly involved in business processes. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, with a total of 177 respondents. Then, Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was used for hypothesis testing within the research model. The findings reveal that work motivation and organizational culture significantly affect job satisfaction, whereas transformational leadership does not. Job satisfaction positively influences employee performance. Then, work motivation and organizational culture indirectly impact employee performance through job satisfaction. However, transformational leadership does not have an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. The formation of job satisfaction can act as a generator for achieving high-quality performance. The implementation of transformational leadership should be evaluated against leadership styles that meet organizational needs. Motivation and culture should be considered key factors in enhancing employee performance.

Abstract

Research aims: This study analyzes the role of leadership in improving employee productivity. The object of research was carried out at a start-up company engaged in the digital career development platform.Design/Methodology/Approach: The process of collecting data by conducting virtual interviews to gather information according to the research topic. Structured interviews were used in this study with the aim of obtaining systematic and specific information.Research findings: The results showed that the role of leadership is vital in increasing employee productivity. Theoretical contribution/ Originality: The six components that show the role of leadership in employee productivity include clarity of leadership functions, accuracy of competency-based employee placement, consistency of training programs, effectiveness of organizational strategy implementation, clarity of job description directions to employees, and a fair reward system based on contributions.Practitioner/Policy implication: This research has leadership implications for employee productivity. Leadership is very important in maintaining long-term business sustainability.Research limitation/Implication: This study is only limited to discussing the role of leadership to increase employee productivity accompanied by human resource strategies.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyzed employee engagement and job satisfaction with workforce agility through talent management as a mediating variable. The object of research was carried out at one of the public transportation companies. The number of respondents was 100 people. This research is purposive because it is following the research needs. The analysis tool uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. It aims to analyze specifically the variables and indicators that affect workforce agility. The results showed that employee engagement and job satisfaction had a positive effect on workforce agility. The role of talent management as a mediating variable affects workforce agility. Organizations must maximize the role of talent management to prepare employee competencies according to business challenges. The implementation of employee engagement and job satisfaction will make employees more agile, responsive, and have high initiatives to generate business innovation. Job satisfaction is very much needed in maintaining performance stability. The business process is very dependent on how the role and involvement of employees in executing the business plan. The four variables explain that workforce agility makes employee responsiveness higher in advancing the company's business. Therefore, organizations must be responsive and adaptive in empowering human resources optimally
