The general purpose of research was to improve the quality of science learning in IVA grade of Sampangan 02 Elementary School, Semarang. The specific purpose of research was to improve the teacher skill, students activities, and students learning outcome of science learning with contextual teaching and learning models using environment. Classroom Action Research was conducted in 3 cycles. The subjects of the research were teacher and IVA grade students of Sampangan 02 Elementary School, Semarang. Teacher skills in cycle I got a score of 24 with fair category. The second cycle got a total score of 29 with good category. The third cycle got a total score of 36 with the very good category. Students activity in cycle I got average score of 27 with good category. The second cycle got everage score 0f 29.9 with good category. The third cycle was 33.4 with very good category. Results of classical study was 78.57% in the first cycle. The second cycle was 88.1%. The third cycle increased to 100%. The conclusion of the study was the teacher skills, students activities, and students learning outcomes increased.
