Abstract

This research aims to know about the significiance of simultaneous effect of the promotion mix (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and direct marketing) to be analysis from 3 variabels are sales promotion, personal selling and advertising to increase volume sales of construction products at Holcim Solusi Rumah Bintang Jaya Jember and know the promotional mix construction products company Holcim Solusi Rumah Bintang Jaya Jember. The reserch model is a field research, the research done by going directly to the company to got primary data through observation and interviews with corporate leaders. Other research methods bused in this study is the research library carried out with a bovew related open issues, as well as theresults of other studies that can support this reseach. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis,F test, t test and coefficient of determination. Multiple regression models used to describe the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variabel. F test is often called the simulotaneous test, which is used to test wheter the independent variables used in the model can explain the change in the value of the dependent variable or not. t test used to determine the effect of each independent variable consisting of sales promotion, personal selling, and advertising to sales volume. Coefficient determination used to indicate that the the over all of variable of independent have influence in explaining variation change of sales volume. The results indicate that the effect of Promotional mix on sales volume construction products at Holcim solusi rumah Bintang Jaya Jember have a significant effect with the Personal selling variables as variables having an influence on the most significant increase in sales volume

Abstract

This research aim to determine whether the patient is satisfied with the services and health facilities that were provided by the hospitals in and determine what factors are influential in dtermining the level of patient satisfaction to services and facilities provided by the hospital yasmin. Design of the study is divided into three types, namely research exploratory, descriptive and explanatory. Research study kind of explanatory research because the goal is to explain the causal relationship between variables testing hipotesis result show that the variable of service quality and room facilities have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at Yasmin Hospital. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax officer services and tax sanctions on tax compliance of free workers in the Jember Pratama tax service office. The data used in this study are primary data collected by survey method using questionnaire media. The data processing method uses multiple regression analysis methods with the help of the SPSS 18 analysis program. The results of hypothesis testing show that taxpayer awareness, tax officer services and tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance with independent workers. Abstract

There are seventeen commercial banks that operate at Jember, they have similar services products but the  different between them is the interest rate and their to the costomers, so that competation among banks to be highly competitive. This research at PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN), Tbk than have specific market segments as compared to other banks. The independent variables in this research are interest rate (X1), promotion (X2), product (X3), eference group (X4) and location (X5) and the dependent variable is number of clients who invest  at limited deposits.  The purpose of this research are to know which of independent variables that influce the dependent variable and to know which of independent variables most dominant to dependent variable and interest rate is the most dominant variable in this research.  Finally, the conclution that we can suggest are the main priority about policy interest rate and the other variables most improve their performance because they have positive correlation.

Abstract

PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh in Jember produces soy Edamame for the export market to Japan . Demand from Japan is increasing because Edamame manufacturers from China and Taiwan can not meet the demand from Japan. Increased demand at PT . Mitratani Dua Tujuh can still be met because of agricultural land in Jember still wide enough to produce Edamame. Increasing demand impact on labor requirements , so the company has two (2) alternatives to the use of labor. First, buy a new machine for sorting tool is the Individual Quick Frozen (IQF) or Second , using overtime system using human power . The purpose of the study in order to maximize profits. The analysis used analysis of financial loss (gain ), Net Present Value (NPV) , Internal Rate of Return (IRR) . From the analysis it is known that the largest net profit obtained by alternative purchase a new machine , but when viewed from a NPV analysis using alternative overtime it has a higher NPV . It was concluded that the use of overtime work better when compared to the purchase of a new machine .

Abstract

According to the Decree of the Minister (Kepmen) of Cooperatives and UKM of the Republic of Indonesia Number 91 of 2004 Sharia Financial Services Cooperatives (KJKS) are cooperatives whose business activities are engaged in financing, investment, and savings according to the pattern of profit sharing (sharia). In carrying out its function as a property development house, the BMT Bina Tanjung Sharia Cooperative encourages saving activities and supports the financing of economic activities. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the effectiveness of sharia financing that has been carried out by the BMT Bina Tanjung Sharia Cooperative in Jember; (2) Knowing the Net Performing Loan (NPL) financing of Sharia Cooperative BMT Bina Tanjung in Jember. This study uses the analysis of Financing Effectiveness and Net Performing Loan Ratio (NPL). By using the purpose sample technique with 30 selected customer respondents, the results include; (a) The effectiveness of financing distribution at the BMT Bina Tanjung Sharia Cooperative in Jember resulted in an average disbursement of financing to customers in the January 2021 to December 2021 range of 105.5%. This means that if the achievement results are more than 100%, then the financing of the BMT Bina Tanjung Sharia Cooperative in Jember is in the Very Effective category, (b) The Net Performing Loan (NPL) calculation shows that the NPL ratio of financing in the BMT Bina Tanjung Jember Sharia Cooperative is above the Bank's ideal number. Indonesia is 5%, which is 7.3%, meaning that there are more bad loans than current loans.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant difference between the financial performance of JEKa member SMEs before and after receiving financial assistance. The population in this study were 109 members of SMEs of JEKa Jember. The data analysis method used were a descriptive quantitative percentage and the Manova test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the financial performance of SMEs members of JEKa Jember before and after receiving financial assistance interms of Liquidity Ratios (CRR, QR, CR), Solvency Ratios (DTAR, DER), Rentability Ratios (PM, NPM, GPM, ROI, ROA) and there is no significant difference between the financial performance of JEKa member SMEs before and after receiving financial assistance in terms of Activity Ratios (ITR, RTR, FATO, TATO)

Abstract
