Abstract

Indonesia, as an archipelagic country, possesses a vast geographical area and an extensive coastline. Its coastal areas hold abundant natural resource potential, such as tourism assets, fisheries, seaweed, and coral reefs, all of which offer economic value and contribute to the welfare of local communities. This study employed an empirical juridical method and analyzed the issues of sea fence and public policy on the welfare of fishermen families in Tangerang, Indonesia, through the lens of public policy theory. Data were collected by means of interviews, document analysis, and a review of laws and regulations. Findings reveal that a lack of environmental impact assessments, community involvement, and transparency have rendered the sea fence construction policy ineffective. Additionally, sea fences have a direct impact on the well-being of fishing families, including reduced incomes, health problems, restricted access to fishing areas, higher operating expenses, and detrimental effects on marine biodiversity and seawater quality. Hence, efforts must be made to address the issues surrounding sea fences to enhance the welfare of fishermen and their families. Government policies on sea fences should include increasing the capacity of fisherman’s families through training and education, establishing supporting infrastructure, and boosting fishermen and local community organizations. Policy review, more dialogic communication, and the implementation of fairer and more sustainable fisheries welfare measures are among the recommendations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan pasar wisata religi di Bekasi sebagai refleksi jejak sosiologis masyarakat Betawi dalam konteks manajemen pengelolaan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa wisata religi berpotensi memperkuat identitas budaya Betawi sekaligus mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Namun, pengelolaan masih menghadapi tantangan pada aspek koordinasi antar-stakeholder, promosi digital, dan infrastruktur. Model pentahelix dipandang efektif untuk memperkuat kolaborasi, pemberdayaan komunitas, serta pelestarian nilai sosio-religius. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis pada kajian pariwisata berbasis budaya dan praktis bagi pengembangan wisata religi berkelanjutan di Bekasi.

Abstract

Untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran berkualitas, salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru adalah menggunakan model pembalajaran yang sesuai. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang bisa digunakan adalah model discovery learning berbantuan AI. AI dapat membantu memberikan umpan balik yang dipersonalisasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, discovery learning memberi siswa kesempatan untuk aktif belajar dan menemukan konsep matematika sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu pengaruh dari penerapan discovery learning berbantuan AI terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa dari domain kognitif dan juga afektif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kota Cilegon tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga kelas dari tujuh kelas yang yang ada di tingkat VIII di MTSN 2 Kota Cilegon yang masing-masing kelasnya terdiri dari tiga puluh orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest controlled group untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh model discovery learning berbantuan AI terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model discovery learning berbantuan AI berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar ranah kognitif dan afektif siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan atas dasar rendahnya kemampuan literasi matematis siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Salah satu faktor yang menjadi penyebab rendahnya literasi matematis siswa adalah penggunaan model pembelajaran yang belum mampu mengaitkan konsep matematika dengan konteks kehidupan nyata. Hal tersebut menyebabkan siswa kesulitan dalam memahami makna dari konsep matematika yang dipelajari. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari model pembelajaran RME terhadap kemampuan literasi matematis siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Ciruas. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Quasi eksperimen dengan desain the non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 siswa kelas VIII yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari tes kemampuan awal siswa dan tes kemampuan akhir siswa. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa model pembelajaran RME berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan literasi matematis siswa.

Abstract

Tipe kepribadian siswa yang beragam cenderung memberikan dampak terhadap kemampuan berpikirnya, khususnya pada berpikir kritis. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian Myer Brigss Type Indicator (MBTI). Untuk menjawab permasalahan, kami menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Kami melibatkan 2 subjek diambil berdasarkan dimensi sensing – intuition dari kelas MAN 1 Kota Cilegon pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, tes, dan wawancara. Untuk memastikan keabsahan data, kami menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data meliputi, data deskripsi hasil tes tertulis dan hasil wawancara, dianalisis dari hasil tes tertulis dan hasil wawancara, kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa intuition memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis lebih baik daripada siswa sensing

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the effect of the Problem Based Learning model based on Open Ended is unknown on students' critical thinking skills in solving math problems. The purpose of this study was to determine students' critical thinking skills in solving problems in mathematics before, and after the implementation of the Open-Ended-based Problem Based Learning model for class Vat SDN 2 Epil. The type of research used is quantitative research, the type of research used is Quasi Experimental Design. The sample in this study was class V students, totaling 32 students. The technique used for data collection in this study was observation, using data and written tests. This research instrument is real, using observation and written tests. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the critical thinking skills of fifth grade students of SDN 2 Epil in mathematics using an Open-Ended-based Problem Based Learning model have increased in the circumference and area of the trapezoid material. This can be seen from the results of the students' average scores where the experimental group class obtained data (4.218%) and the control group (1.681%) because tcount > ttable (4.218 > 1.681).

Abstract

This research aims to describe the standards of student da'wah competency at MTs Al-Mu'min Muhammadiyah Tembarak as well as their development strategies in the Field Da'wah Training (PDL) program. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach with a case study type, where data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data is tested using source triangulation techniques, while data analysis is carried out through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that MTs Al-Mu'min Muhammadiyah Tembarak has developed student missionary competency standards and development strategies comprehensively, through an integrative approach between theory and practice. The competency standards developed include a correct understanding of religion which is internalized in the activities of the call to prayer, congregational prayer, cult, dawn lectures and teaching TPQ; be an MC at an event; have moral character; able to understand the internalized environment through being active in social activities; and self-control in the form of discipline as substantive competence. Furthermore, the ability to plan, implement and evaluate various designed activities becomes part of the methodological competence developed. The strategy for developing students' da'wah competence at MTs Al-Mu'min Muhammadiyah Tembarak is outlined in four forms of activities, namely presentation of da'wah fiqh subjects, muhadloron familiarization, micro teaching practice, and debriefing carried out before departure to the PDL location.

Abstract

This article aims to explore and analyze the concept and implementation of ethical leadership within the Islamic education system from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The data in this study were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method through library research. The researchers collected information from academic journals, books, and policy documents related to Islamic education and leadership ethics. They then used content analysis to review and compare the information, looking for patterns and key ideas. The analysis was guided by theories of ethical leadership and focused on how these ideas are applied in real Islamic educational institutions. The findings indicate that ethical leadership plays a central role in strengthening organizational culture, managing conflict, enhancing work motivation, and improving strategic decision-making in Islamic educational institutions. Core values such as honesty, trustworthiness, justice, deliberation, and exemplary behavior are essential foundations that must be internalized by every Islamic educational leader. The prophetic leadership model, which emphasizes moral and spiritual dimensions, is considered ideal for developing transformative and competitive educational institutions. Therefore, strengthening ethical leadership is a strategic necessity for realizing a quality and character-based Islamic education system.

Abstract

The study examines the influence of knowledge quality, self-efficacy, and reciprocity among Muslim entrepreneurs on Facebook. It employed a quantitative approach with an observation method. The findings reveal that knowledge quality positively affects online entrepreneurial knowledge-sharing activities. High-quality knowledge promotes effective collaboration and sharing within the entrepreneur community. However, self-efficacy and reciprocity were not found to influence these activities significantly. Therefore, in this context, self-confidence in one's abilities and expectations for reciprocity may be less important than previously thought. This study suggested that knowledge sharing should focus more on improving the quality of knowledge shared than fostering self-efficacy or reciprocity as higher quality knowledge could contribute to the growth and success of Muslim entrepreneurs by encouraging more effective knowledge-sharing strategies.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine and evaluate the impact of principal supervision and work culture on performance, both directly and indirectly, with achievement motivation serving as a mediating factor. Several variables contribute to low teacher performance, such as inadequate principal oversight, unfavorable work culture, and insufficient teacher accomplishment incentive. This study employs a descriptive quantitative research approach, utilizing numerical data and statistical analysis through SPSS version 25. The focus of this study is on Javanese language instructors in both public and private junior high schools in Temanggung Regency, with a total of 104 individuals. The findings of this study suggest that principal supervision, work culture, and achievement motivation have a direct impact on teacher effectiveness. Indirectly, achievement motivation does not have the ability to mediate the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings indicate a clear and substantial correlation between principal supervision and work culture with teacher performance. However, it is important to note that the presence of an intervening variable, such as achievement motivation, does not mitigate the relationship between principal supervision and work culture on teacher performance.
