Abstract

Abstrak: Sistem informasi merupakan jantung sebuah organisani, lembaga, sekolah, perusahaan dan sejenisnya. Kehadiran sistem informasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk melihat sejauh mana tujuan yang direncanakan telah dicapai dan selanjutnya dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk pengambilan keputusan. Salah satu hal penting dalam organisasi (sekolah) adalah penilaian pegawai (guru), tanpa adanya pegawai maka tidak akan ada produk, jika tidak ada produk maka sekolah tidak dapat menghasilkan output sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Sistem informasi penilaian pegawai ini dibuat atas dasar adanya kebutuhan tentang tingkat produktifitas guru dengan demikian maka dapat diputuskan apakah guru ini perlu dipromosikan jabatannya, perlu didemosi atau dimutasikan. Informasi yang dihasilkan dari aplikasi ini juga dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber evaluasi bagi para guru dan pihak-pihak terkait dalam lingkup organisasi yang bersangkutan. Kata kunci: Pegawai, Pengambilan Keputusan, Organisasi Abstract: Information systems are the heart of an organization, institutions, schools, companies and the like. The presence of an information system is needed to see the extent to which planned goals have been achieved and can then be used as a means for decision making. One of the important things in the organization (school) is the assessment of employees (teachers), without employees there will be no products, if there are no products the school cannot produce the output as expected. This employee appraisal information system is made on the basis of the need for the level of productivity of the teacher so it can be decided whether this teacher needs to be promoted to his position, needs to be demoted or transferred. Information generated from this application can also be used as a source of evaluation for teachers and related parties within the scope of the organization concerned. Abstract

Abstrak: Sekolah merupakan agent of change, di dalamnya terdapat Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) dengan tujuan agar siswa mendapatkan transfer ilmu pengetahun, keahlian, keterampilan, sikap dan lain-lain. Proses KBM ini perlu didata dengan baik agar para guru mengajar sesuai jadwal dan keahlian yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak sekolah. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem informasi agar KBM dapat dilaporkan hasilnya diantaranya dari segi kehadiran guru. Metode pembuatan aplikasi yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan waterfall dengan pengumpulan data melalui survey, wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait kemudian dilanjutkan dengan memilih jenis tools pemrograman, memilih jenis database, merancang tabel-tabel, melakukan cek relasi tabel, membuat user interface, membuat laporan-laporan dan melakukan uji coba aplikasi. Aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah pendataan, pengolahan data, pencarian data dan pelaporan KBM sesuai dengan kebutuhan pihak sekolah. Kata kunci: Guru, Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar, Sistem Informasi, Sekolah, Waterfall Abstract: School is an agent of change, in which there is a Teaching and Learning Activity (KBM) with the aim that students get knowledge transfer skills, expertise, skills, attitudes and others. The teaching and learning process needs to be well documented so that the teachers teach according to the schedule and expertise determined by the school. For this reason, an information system is needed so that the results of the KBM can be reported, including in terms of teacher attendance. The method of making applications that is done is to use a waterfall by collecting data through surveys, interviews with relevant parties then proceed with choosing the type of programming tools, choosing the type of database, designing tables, checking table relationships, creating user interfaces, making reports and test the application. This application can facilitate data collection, data processing, data search and KBM reporting according to the needs of the school.
