Abstract

This goal of this research is to determine the differences adjustment of students of STAIN Kudus graduated from public school and Islamic school (Madrasah). The sampling technique in this study is purposive random sampling. They are 25 students of STAIN Kudus who graduated from Islamic school and 25 students of STAIN Kudus who graduated frompublic school. This research uses questionnaire of adjustment scale. For analysing data, I use program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) for Windows version 11.0. The result of this research is the Equal variances assumed t at the signifi cance level = 0415 is 0680. It means that the probability 0.680 > 0.05. The price of table t (0.05, DF 48) = 0681. Thus t = 0415

Abstract

Abstract: Mathematics has a very important role in thedevelopment and advancement of science and technology or scienceand technology. Low Indonesian student mathematics achievementin some competition in the world can hinder the progress of thenation though the position of mathematics is essential. On the otherhand, mathematics is also seen as one of the subjects that becomemajor stressors or most worrying lesson in the learning process inschools. Abstract

The aim of the present study was to determine the relationship betweenbig five personality and performance of teachers in the kindergarten and Islamickindergarten. The subjects of this study were teachers in the kindergarten andIslamic kindergarten Kudus. Samples (N=77) were collected through a conveniencesampling technique, and completed a questionnaire in the form of a scale. Theresults of the study showed that there was a positive significant relationshipbetween extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and performance ofteachers in the kindergarten and Islamic kindergarten and in contrast there was anegative significant relationship between neuroticism and conscientiousness andperformance of teachers in the kindergarten and Islamic kindergarten.
