Abstract

Abstract Background: Hypertension is a disease with the highest mortality rate in the world. Hypertension has non-specific symptoms so it is often referred to as the silent killer, therefore it is necessary to evaluate the prescription of antihypertensive drugs. Objective: . To evaluate the use of antihypertensive drugs at the Apotek Afina, Yogyakarta by reviewing the indicators of the right patient, the right indication, the right drug, and the right dose. Method: Descriptive observational method with retrospective data collection. The sampling technique was random sampling. The data to be studied uses prescription data and medical records from hypertensive patients at the Afina Pharmacy in July-December 2021 with a total of 90 patients. The data obtained were then evaluated for rationality by calculating the percentage of the right indication, the right patient, the right drug, and the right dose Results: The results showed that the most common comorbidity suffered was diabetes mellitus (41.1%), the most use of antihypertensive drugs is the CCB group (43.22%), the single drug therapy was used in 60 medical patients (66.67%) and combination therapy in 30 medical records (33.33%). Conclusion: Evaluation of the use of antihypertensive drugs at the Afina Pharmacy for the period July - December 2021 obtained 100% correct patients, 100% correct indications, 100% correct drugs, 100% correct dosages

Abstract

Abstract Background: The level of maternal knowledge about the use of vitamin A is very lacking, 56.3% of mothers do not know about vitamin A in general, less knowledge about understanding the function of vitamin A, which is 70.4%, knowledge is lacking in understanding the consequences of vitamin A deficiency of 40.8%, and the category of lack in knowing the source of vitamin A is 66.7% Objective: to determine the level of maternal knowledge about the use of vitamin A in Gulurejo Lendah Kulon Progo Village in February 2022 Method: The research method used is analytical observational with a cross-sectional approach and sampling using purposive sampling techniques. The study population was 1,208 people, so the sample used was 100 people. Data collection was carried out through knowledge questionnaires given to respondents, the results of the questionnaires were analyzed using percentage calculations on respondent characteristics, distribution of questionnaire answers and categorizing the level of knowledge, namely good, sufficient, less Results: The results showed respondents with good knowledge 63%, sufficient knowledge 19% and knowledge less 18% Conclusion: Respondents in Gulurejo Village had a good level of knowledge with the majority of respondents aged 29-37 years, high school education and the type of work were mostly housewives

Abstract

Abstract Background: The prevalence of hypertension has increased according to Riskesdas 2018 data from 25.8% to 34.1%. Data on the health profile of Bantul Regency in 2020, hypertension ranks first out of the top 10 diseases at the Bantul Regency Health Center with a total of 83,932 cases. From some research results show the level of education can increase knowledge about health. Objective: To determine the relationship between education level and community knowledge level about hypertension treatment in Grojogan Wirokerten Village Banguntapan Bantul January 2022 Method: The type of research used is analytic observational with a cross sectional approach. Sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number was calculated using the Slovin formula as many as 96 respondents. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire, the results of the answers from the questionnaires were assessed after the data was processed and then analyzed using SPSS with kruskal-walls test Results: The results showed that there were 43 respondents with good knowledge (44.80%) and 30 respondents (31.25%) enough, and 23 respondents (23.95%) less. The results of data processing from the kruskal-walls test obtained the Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the level of education and the level of community knowledge Conclusion: There is a relationship between the level of education and the level of public knowledge about the treatment of hypertension
