<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to produce the product of teaching materials and to describe the feasibility of teaching materials in the form of LKPD of Writing Explanation Text based on Cooperative Learning Model with STAD type. The method of this research according to the research and development method by adapting seven out of ten steps according to Borg and Gall. The result of the research (1) has been developed a teaching materials LKPD of Writing Explanation Text based on Coopartive Learning Model with the STAD type, (2) the assessment result of the teaching materials as a whole is stated "Very Eligible" by the assessment of media expert and material expert. Media experts rated 89.58% of the tested aspects, the material expert assessed the percentage of 93.1% of the aspects tested. Based on the assessment, both media experts and materials experts stated that this teaching material .Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk bahan ajar dan mendeskripsikan kelayakan produk bahan ajar berupa LKPD Menulis Teks Eksplanasi berbasis Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STAD. Metode penelitian mengacu pada metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan mengadaptasi tujuh dari sepuluh langkah menurut Borg and Gall.Hasil penelitian, (1) telah berhasil dikembangkan bahan ajar berupa LKPD Menulis Teks Eksplanasi berbasis Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STAD, (2) hasil penilaian kelayakan bahan ajar secara keseluruhan dinyatakan Sangat Layak oleh penilaian 2 ahli yaitu ahli media dan ahli materi. Ahli media memberikan penilaian dengan persentase 89,58% dari aspek-aspek yang telah diujikan, ahli materi memberikan penilaian dengan persentase 93,1% dari aspek-aspek yang telah diujikan. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut baik ahli media maupun ahli materi menyatakan bahan ajar ini layak diterapkan Kata Kunci: bahan ajar, menulis teks eksplanasi, dan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD.]]>
