<![CDATA[The problem in this study concerns the performance of educators who are still in the relatively low category. The purpose of this study is to study pedagogical competence and achievement motivation on the performance of Cluster 1. Primary School educators. This study uses a survey method by obtaining quantitative. The population in this study was a trial of 100 educators. The sample in this study was 78 trials from 100 educators. Data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale 4. The results showed: (1) a significant influence between pedagogical competence on teacher performance by 78.2%; (2) significant effect on achievement motivation on teacher performance by 42.7%; And (3) the significant influence between pedagogical competence and achievement motivation together towards the performance of educators is 79.3%.Masalah penelitian ini yaitu menyangkut kinerja pendidik yang masih dalam kategori relatif rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja pendidik Sekolah Dasar Gugus 1. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 pendidik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 dari 100 orang pendidik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dengan skala likert 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja pendidik sebesar 78,2%; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja pendidik sebesar 42,7%; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pendidik sebesar 79,3%.Kata kunci: Kinerja; kompetensi pedagogik; motivasi berprestasi.]]>
