Abstract

The aims of this research were to increase the activities and the result of study by implementation cooperative learning model type picture and picture. The type of research was a classroom action research which consists of two cycles. The instrument of collecting data data using nontest technique and tests. Technique of data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The result showed that in cycle I, the average of the student activity classically was 72,78 with percentage of active students was 52,38 % (enough category), in cycle II was 78,49 with percentage of active students was 80,95 (very active category). The result study of the cognitivie in cycle I was 70,17 (high category) and cycle II was 77,02 (high category). Affective in cycle I was 58,97 (enough category) and cycle II was 68,89 (good category). Psychomotor in cycle I was 59,37 (enough category) and cycle II was 70,63 (good category).Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model cooperative learning tipe picture and picture. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari II siklus.Alat pengumpul data penelitian adalah lembar observasi dan soal tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada siklus I rata-rata komponen aktivitas siswa secara klasikal sebesar 72,78 dengan persentase siswa aktif 52,38% (kategori cukup), siklus II sebesar 78,49 dengan persentase siswa aktif 80,95% (kategori sangat aktif). Sementara rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada siklus I sebesar 70,17 (kriteria tinggi) dan siklus II sebesar 77,02 (kriteria tinggi). Afektif siklus I mencapai 58,97 (kriteria cukup) dan siklus II sebesar 68,89 (kriteria baik). Rata-ratapsikomotor siklus I mencapai 59,37 (kriteria cukup) dan siklus II sebesar 70,63 (kriteria baik).Kata kunci:aktivitas, cooperative learning tipe picture and picture, hasil belajar.
