<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penulisan ini ialah mengkaji mekanisme Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan Terbatas tertutup menjadi Anggaran Dasar Perseroan Terbatas terbuka sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dan menganalisis keabsahan akta perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan Terbatas tertutup menjadi Anggaran Dasar Perseroan Terbatas terbuka yang dibuat oleh notaris yang belum memenuhi ketentuan dalam peraturan otoritas jasa keuangan nomor 67/POJK.04/2017. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penulisan ini adalah analisis normatif dan pendekatan undang-undang. Hasil pembahasan dalam penulisna ini menjawab bagaimana mekanisme perubahan anggaran dasar perseroan terbatas tertutup menjadi anggaran dasar perseroan terbatas terbuka sesuai dengan ketentuan undang-undang dan keabsahan akta yang dibuat oleh notaris dalam ketentuan otoritas jasa keuangan. The purpose of this paper is to examine the mechanism for changing the Articles of Association of a closed Limited Liability Company to the Articles of Association of an open Limited Liability Company in accordance with the laws and regulations and analyze the validity of the deed of changing the Articles of Association of a closed Limited Liability Company into the Articles of Association of a closed Limited Liability Company made by a notary who has not fulfilled the provisions in the regulation of the financial services authority number 67/POJK.04/2017. The method applied in this paper is normative analysis and legal approach. The results of the discussion in this paper answer how the mechanism for changing the articles of association of a closed limited liability company to the articles of association of a public limited company in accordance with the provisions of the law and the validity of the deed made by a notary in the provisions of the financial services authority.]]>
