<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengkaji mengenai pengaturan hukum yang masih belum mengatur secara rinci mengenai kewajiban orang tua untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari anak setelah perceraian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis-normatif dengan melakukan studi dokumen (data sekunder). Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa hukum Indonesia mengatur bahwa bapak yang bertanggung jawab atas biaya pemeliharaan dan pendidikan anak setelah perceraian, dibantu oleh ibu apabila bapak tidak dapat memenuhi kewajiban tersebut. Kewajiban orang tua setelah perceraian tersebut tidak mengatur mengenai parameter biaya nafkah anak setelah perceraian, tidak ada peninjauan ulang terhadap kondisi finansial orang tua, sampai kapan nafkah anak diberikan, serta tidak adanya suatu lembaga pengawas yang mengawasi pemberian nafkah anak. The purpose of this study is to examine the regulations that still do not regulate in detail the obligations of parents to meet the daily needs of their children after divorce. The research method used is juridical-normative by conducting document studies (secondary data). From the results of the study it was found that Indonesian law stipulates that the father is responsible for the maintenance and education costs of the child after the divorce, assisted by the mother if the father is unable to fulfill these obligations. The obligation of parents after the divorce does not regulate the parameters of the child's living expenses after the divorce, there is no review of the parents' financial condition, how long the child's support is given, and the absence of a supervisory agency that oversees the provision of child support]]>
