Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi perilaku ekonomi rumah tangga petani karet Eks UPP TCSDP di Desa Bina Baru. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dilakukan secara stratified random sampling. Ada pun untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan ekonometrik dengan model persamaan simultan yang menggunakan persamaan 2SLS. Hasil dari penelitian adalah faktor yang dominan pada aspek produksi adalah jumlah batang karet produktif dan total biaya usaha tani. Namun, tidak ada faktor yang responsif. Faktor dominan pada aspek alokasi waktu kerja adalah jumlah batang karet produktif, pengalaman kerja petani, pendapatan luar usaha tani dan umur petani. Faktor yang responsif adalah pengalaman kerja petani dan umur petani. Faktor dominan pada aspek pendapatan adalah alokasi waktu kerja luar usaha tani karet dan pendidikan petani. Faktor yang responsif adalah pendidikan petani. Faktor dominan pada aspek pengeluaran adalah pendapatan total petani, pendidikan istri, jumlah anak sekolah dan konsumsi non pangan, dan jumlah anggota keluarga. Faktor yang responsif adalah pendapatan total petani, pendidikan istri, jumlah anak sekolah dan konsumsi non pangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor yang dominan mempengaruhi perilaku ekonomi rumah tangga petani karet Eks UPP TCSDP di Desa Koto Damai Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Tengah Kabupaten Kampar. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah Stratified Random Sampling. Jumlah responden sebanyak 50 rumah tangga petani karet Eks UPP TCSDP. Untuk menjawab ini menggunakan pendekatan ekonometrika menggunakan model Two Stage Least Square. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor yang dominan dan responsif dari aspek produksi adalah alokasi waktu kerja didalam usaha tani karet. Dari aspek alokasi waktu kerja, faktor yang dominan adalah pengalaman kerja, jumlah batang karet produktif, angkatan kerja rumah tangga dan pengeluaran komunikasi. Faktor yang responsif mempengaruhi alokasi waktu kerja adalah angkatan kerja rumah tangga. Dari aspek pendapatan, faktor yang dominan adalah pendidikan petani karet dan alokasi waktu kerja diluar usaha tani karet. Tidak ditemukan faktor yang responsif terhadap pendapatan, namun yang paling besar pengaruhnya adalah pendidikan petani karet. Dari aspek pengeluaran, faktor yang dominan adalah jumlah anggota rumah tangga, tabungan, jumlah anak sekolah, konsumsi non pangan dan pendapatan total. Faktor yang responsif mempengaruhi pengeluaran adalah pendapatan total.

Abstract

Usaha perkebunan karet rakyat di Pulau Sarak Kabupaten Kampar masih menghadapi banyak kendala. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut yaitu menganalisis keberlanjutan sistem usahatani karet di Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau. Metode penelitian adalah survei. Hasil penelitian adalah tingkat keberlanjutan (Ikb) usahatani karet di Kabupaten, secara ekonomi cukup baik dan secara sosial dapat diterima oleh masyarakat, secara ekologis tidak berbahaya bagi lingkungan. Dimensi sosial lebih dominan dalam menentukan keberlanjutan dibandingkan dimensi ekonomi dan lingkungan. Faktor-faktor yang rentan terhadap keberlanjutan usahatani karet di Kabupaten Kampar adalah stabilitas harga hasil pertanian pada saat panen (dimensi ekonomi), pH air di lahan pertanian dan fluktuasi debit air pada lahan petani (dimensi lingkungan).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of market strategy on marketing performance in smallholder rubber in Kuantan Tengah District, Kuntang Singingi Regency, Riau. These market strategies include market shaping strategies, customer engagement strategies, and technology leadership strategies. The population in this study found 225 people from 1 Gapoktan and 9 farmer groups in Kuantan Tengah District. The research sample was 15% of the population, namely 34 people who were selected by random sampling method. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression models. The results of the analysis show that the respondent's level of achievement reaches 80,82% for market strategy and 74,22% for marketing performance, both of which are in the good level category. The value of sig.t for X1 is 0.861, the value of sig.t for X2 is 0,342, the value of sig.t for X3 is 0,585 is greater than the significance level (α), then the formation of market strategy, customer involvement, and technology leadership partially have no significant effect. significant to marketing performance. The sig.F value of 0,728 is higher than the significance level (α), so the formation of market strategy, customer involvement, and technology leadership simultaneously do not have a significant effect on marketing performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) identifying the white oyster mushroom cultivation techniques which are run by farmers King Spora Farm. 2) analyzing the costs and revenue of white oyster mushroom cultivation is carried out by farmers King Spora Farm. 3) analyzing the cost, margin and marketing efficiency of white oyster mushroom business by farmers King Spora Farm. The research was do from January 2015 to April 2015. The method used is the case study method. Results showed white oyster mushroom cultivation techniques the farmers get optimal results after doing research on the experience during to farm. White oyster mushroom farming requires production cost of Rp 16,651,822,- each production cycle. Net income derived from the cultivation of white oyster mushroom Rp 6,298,178,- each production cycle and gross revenue of Rp 22.950.000,- each production cycle. Results of the analysis of white oyster mushroom farming obtained RCR of 1,38. BEP white oyster mushroom farming Rp 13,206,407,- each production cycle or 433,17 kg of white oyster mushroom each production cycle. Thus, white oyster mushroom farming viable and profitable. Marketing white oyster mushroom of King Spora Farm there are two marketing channels, namely channel I (farmer to consumers) and channel 2 (farmer to traders to consumers). Channel I marketing efficiency by 0.62%, while marketing channel II by 1.75%, so that the white oyster mushroom cultivation is more efficient on channel I.   Keywords: cultivation, farming, marketing, white oyster mushrooms.

Abstract

Marketing system of these rubber commodities in the district mines has not been well-organized, because it was still through an intermediary institution.The purpose of this research is to formulate a marketing strategy for the marketing of rubber can be more efficient. Analysis of the data for this research uses a descriptive qualitative analysis and stage strategies, which are matrix IFE, EFE and SWOT matrix. The data retrieval process is done with observation and interviews. The results showed that there were from the results of IFE matrix and EFE obtained score of 2.425and3.257. The recommendations for the formulation of the rubber marketing strategy obtained from the results of the SWOT analysis are (i) The government has established a bokar marketing institution that has a role in facilitating the quality of bokar reservoirs and facilitates the marketing of bokar to factories in accordance with factory demand. (ii) Strengthening capital for marketing activities of farmer groups through collaboration between farmer groups and BUMDes. (iii) Collaboration between rubber farmers or farmer groups by forming bokar storage centers or warehouses aimed at storing. Abstract

The Reseacrh conducted in Microfinance Institution of UEK-SP Bulan Purnama Padang Bulan Village Senapelan Distric Pekanbaru City. The aim of research is to analysis a social performance and financial performance of Microfinance Institution. The social performance using the MIX Market analysis tool comprised of 16 indicators and measure financial performance analysis tools Pearlscon sistsof 17 ratios. Secondary data obtained by the method of documentation in the form of financial statements from 2009 to 2013 which comprises the balance sheet, loan statements, reports results of operations, the general state of the research and inany other information deemed necessary to supportand complement the data as well as data from related agencies among the research. Social performance of UEK-SP Bulan Purnama has achieved the social and social mission seen is out real and the dept of out reach of IMF, UEK-SP. The financial performance of UEK-SP Bulan Purnama showed that 17 rasio indicator PEARLS There are 8 indicators are in an ideal condition while the 9 indicators of the conditions are not ideal protection Ratios (Protection) (P1,P2), the ratio of out standing loans (E1), Delinquency ratio or Non Perfoaming Loan (A1), the ratio ofnetincome (R12), The ratio of current assets ungenerate (L3), Assets growth (S1) , Loangrowth (S2) and the growth of institutional capital (S6).   Keywords: UEK-SP, Social Performance, Financial Performance.

Abstract

The aims to of cooperative to promote the welfare of members in particular and society in general. cooperative must have the ability to realize the business services that can enhance the added value and benefits to members and still consider to acquire the remaining good results. financial statements can be used as one of the parameters to measure the financial performance of cooperatives. Profit growth is one of the parameters used to measure the financial performance of cooperatives. The performance used in the calculation of financial performance over 5 years ago, by using the concept of calculating Economic Value Add (EVA). EVA calculation produces the positive EVA > 0 indicates the performance Kopsa UM is quite good because the rate of return that exceeds the average cost of capital, and is able to create value to investors. Abstract

This study aims to determine the shape of the rubber marketing channels, costs, margins, profits and the relationship between the rubber farmers in the village Toke Teratak. This study uses survey and sampling techniques purposive sampling. The population in this study are 208 people with the number of farmers sampled as many as 24 people and 4 samples Toke appropriate criteria. More efficient marketing channels, namely, the marketing channel III. Marketing channel III total marketing costs are smaller and farmer's share (Part Farmers received) higher and lower marketing efficiency. The amount of marketing margin analysis contained in the marketing channel of rubber channel 1 and channel Toke In the third, amounting to Rp. 2,500/kg. Marketing efficiency is more efficient (smallest) obtained at the third marketing channel that is Rp. 6.08% with a marketing fee of Rp. 730/kg and the farmer received Rp. 83.33%.
