Abstract

This research aims to determine the dynamics of psychological resilience in adolescent victims of parental divorce. The research used 1 subject, each of whom experienced their parents' divorce. The approach used in this research is quantitative phenomenology to obtain in-depth data regarding the dynamics of resilience experienced by the subject. The dynamics of resilience built by the subject are behavioral control and emotional balance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika perilaku forgiveness pada vulnerable children yang tinggal di panti asuhan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi untuk menggali pengalaman mendalam dari tiga subjek remaja yang tinggal di Yayasan Panti Asuhan X. Data dikumpulkan dengan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dinamika perilaku forgiveness mencakup tiga aspek utama; avoidance motivasions (motivasi menghindari pelaku), revenge motivations (motivasi membalas dendam), dan benevolence motivations (motivasi berbuat baik). Selain itu ketiga subjek menunjukkan fase-fase forgiveness yang mereka lalui, dari mulai uncovering phase hingga work phase. Faktor-faktor seperi tingkat empati, hubungan dengan pelaku dan pengalaman traumatis memengaruhi proses forgiveness pada masing-masing subjek.

Abstract

Accidents are a phenomenon that often occurs on traffic roads. The number of accidents always increases every year from 2020 to 2023. This increase in the number of accidents occurs because the human factor is one of the factors that affect traffic accidents and is the dominating factor. This is because the density of traffic volume will make drivers behave more aggressively. Where aggressive driving behavior can cause traffic accidents. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of driver stress on aggressive driving in motorcyclists. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method. The result of this study is that the effect of driver stress on aggressive driving is 18% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. So it can be said that the hypothesis is accepted, namely the influence of driver stress on aggressive driving on motorcyclists in Bekasi City.
