Abstract

The online exam information system is one part of the distance education system through internet technology media. Colleges use Moodle as an online application for new student admissions, in this case Moodle is not integrated with the College's internal system. The concept of an online exam that is not limited by space and time can be a solution to the obstacles that exist in conventional exam methods. The process of collecting data using the method of observation, interviews and literature study. In system development using the Extreme Programming method. System design tools used are Class diagrams, and Use case diagrams. Meanwhile, to create an online exam information system at the university, the author uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Based on the results of the study, an online examination information system was obtained at universities. The questions are presented in a multiple choice system. The implementation of this online exam system is made with facilities including exam management, exam management, user data management, and taking exams which will produce value output.

Abstract

The financial information that has been made by the accountant can now be easily accessed by the part of the leadership. However there are difficulties faced by the leaders as well as accountants, one that is non-uniformity of financial document format. This has resulted in the related division must input the financial document data which is the task of their division into the system. After that, the division sends the documents to the accountant for then the accountant enters it back into the system. This causes work to be inefficient because it has to be entered twice. In this research, the application was made with the concept of uniform financial document formats so that one entry is sufficient. Application is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The existence of the study expected that Application can improve the quality of financial reporting in the process recording the financial report

Abstract

To ensure information security, the head office has issued a data protection program to be implemented by its branch offices. Branch offices have a policy to assess the head office program based on the regulations applicable in Indonesia. Therefore, the objective of this study is to evaluate the correlation between the head office’ data protection program and the data protection regulations applicable in Indonesia. This study adopts an approach focused on reviewing relevant literature to support the research objectives. The study findings indicate that there are several aspects of the data protection program from the head office that are not yet fully aligned with the data protection regulations applicable in Indonesia.
