Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, ease of transaction and location on the decision to become a member of the Sharia Cooperative BMT BISMA Kelapa Dua Tangerang. This study took the population of members of the BMT BISMA Kelapa Dua Sharia Cooperative with purposive sampling technique. The method used is descriptive quantitative by conducting statistical tests consisting of validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests and hypothesis testing by testing brand image variables, transaction convenience and location  partial or simultaneous influence on the decision. The findings of this study indicate that the ease of transaction and location variables have a positive and significant influence on the decision to become a member of the BMT BISMA Sharia Cooperative. While the brand image variable does not have a significant influence on the decision to become a member of the BMT BISMA Sharia Cooperative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruhPembiayaan Bagi Hasil, Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), dan NonPerforming Financing (NPF) terhadap Profitabilitas yangdiproksikan dengan Return On Asset (ROA) pada Bank UmumSyariah di Indonesia periode 2009-2013. Data yang digunakandalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data Laporan KeuanganPublikasi Triwulanan Bank Umum Syariah periode 2009-2013.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variable NPF berpengaruhnegative dan signifikan terhadap ROA Bank Umum Syariah.Pembiayaan bagi hasil berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikanterhadap ROA Bank Umum Syariah. Sedangkan variable FDRberpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA BankUmum Syariah. Kemampuan prediksi dari ketiga variable tersebutterhadap ROA sebesar 70%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi olehfaktor lain diluar model penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkandapat menjadi pedoman bagi manajemen Bank Umum Syariahdalam mengelola perusahaan.

Abstract

This study's objective is to investigate the factors of halal certification, such as comprehension, trust, and safety, and to determine the impact of each variable on purchasing decisions for halal cosmetics. This is a descriptive study in which understanding, trust, and safety are independent variables and purchasing decision is the dependent variable. This study employs a closed questionnaire for data collection, literature reviews, and other research-related references. This study's sample consisted of 103 Islamic Village College students selected using the method of purposive sampling with the inclusion of students who have ever purchased Wardah cosmetic products. The data are analyzed using the classic assumption test and statistical tests of multiple linear regression analysis (F test and T test) in SPSS 23. According to the study's findings, 1) comprension have a positive but insignificant effect on the buying decision of halal cosmetics, 2) trust have a positive and significant effect on the buying decision of halal cosmetics, 3) safety had a positive and significant effect on the buying decision, and 4) Halal certification have a positive and significant effect on the buying decision of halal cosmetics.

Abstract

Abstrak Peningkatan kualiatas pengemasan produk menjadi salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan nilai jual produk pelaku usaha mikro, penghasil makanan ringan Citruk di Desa RancaIyuh. Selama ini, Produk Citruk yang diproduksi dan diperjualbelikan oleh pengrajin tersebut tidak marketable sehingga sangat rendah nilai tambahnya bagi income pengrajinnya. Selain teknik pengemasan yang sangat tradisional, produsen citruk tersebut, masih belum memahami pemasaran secara digital sebagaimana banyak dilakukan oleh pengusaha yang sukses hari ini. Tujuan program pengabdian masyarakat melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata ini untuk mendampingi pelaku usaha UMKM Desa RancaIyuh dalam meningkatkan nilai jual produk Citruk pada kapasitas usaha UMKM melalui pendampingan re-branding, re-packaging, seminar dan pelatihan digitalisasi marketing, Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), yaitu metode yang digunakan guna memecahkan masalah yang ada pada pelaku usaha produk Citruk dengan melibatkan banyak pihak yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan nilai jual para pelaku UMKM Citruk di Desa RancaIyuh, Kabupaten Tangerang. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah adanya peningkatan nilai jual pada pelaku UMKM Citruk dilakukan dengan inovasi produk pada re-branding menghasilkan logo baru dalam kemasan produk Citruk setelah melakukan re-packaging yang menghasilkan kemasan dengan tampilan produk lebih menarik dan dihasilkan dari penyajiannya yang kini menjadi berbagai macam varian rasa. Pelatihan dan seminar digitalisasi marketing menghasilkan pengetahuan dan skill dalam hal pemasaran online bagi para pelaku usaha Citruk hal ini dapat dilihat dari kemampuan pelaku usaha tersebut mendaftarkan brand-nya ke market place Shopee dan juga pembuatan instagram pemasaran. Dampak dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini, Pemerintah Desa mampu mengembangkan pendampingan bagi usaha-usaha kecil lainnya sehingga ekonomi desa menjadi lebih tinggi pertumbuhannya. Abstract The enhancement of product packaging quality stands as a pivotal endeavor aimed at augmenting the market value of products produced by micro-entrepreneurs. This initiative specifically pertains to Citruk, a type of snack produced in RancaIyuh Village. Historically, Citruk products originating from local artisans failed to achieve marketability, thus resulting in a notably diminished value addition to their economic activities. Apart from employing traditional packaging techniques, Citruk producers have yet to embrace contemporary digital marketing strategies, which have proven instrumental for success in today's entrepreneurial landscape. The primary objective of this community engagement program, conducted through the prism of a Real Work Lecture (Kuliah Kerja Nyata - KKN), revolves around providing guidance and support to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in RancaIyuh Village. The goal is to elevate the market value of Citruk products within the framework of these MSMEs. This elevation will be orchestrated through multifaceted interventions, including rebranding, repackaging, conducting seminars, and imparting training in digital marketing. Methodologically, this community engagement initiative deploys the Participatory Action Research (PAR) methodology. This approach involves the active involvement of diverse stakeholders in addressing the challenges faced by Citruk product producers. The overarching aim is to uplift the market value of Citruk products among MSME operators in RancaIyuh Village, situated within the jurisdiction of Tangerang Regency. The tangible outcomes of this community engagement project encompass a demonstrable increase in the market value of Citruk products. This achievement stems from innovative alterations during the rebranding phase, yielding a refreshed logo for Citruk product packaging following the process of repackaging. These alterations culminate in more visually appealing product packaging, accompanied by an expanded array of flavor variations. Furthermore, the training and seminars on digital marketing have succeeded in equipping Citruk business operators with the requisite knowledge and skills for effective online marketing. Evidently, this newfound competency is exemplified by their successful registration of their brands on the Shopee marketplace and the establishment of dedicated marketing Instagram accounts. The impact of Community Service like this is that the Village Government is able to develop support for other small businesses, thus boosting the economic growth of the village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of public understanding of usury on interest in saving in Islamic banks in Perumahan Bukit Hijau Karawaci RW 022. The method used is quantitative descriptive using Partial Least Square (PLS) or Smart PLS Version 3.0 analysis techniques with research instruments in the form of a questionnaire. Respondents in this study amounted to 60 people using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the public understanding of the Perumahan Bukit Hijau Karawaci RW 022 community about usury is quite good but still needs to be improved. This is evidenced by the results of the analysis of the variable understanding of usury on interest in saving in Islamic banks obtained a p-value of 0.011 < 0.05. It can be concluded that the variable understanding of usury has a significant effect on interest in saving in Islamic banks. This research is expected to be able to contribute information to the understanding of usury, especially in the Perumahan Bukit Hijau Karawaci community so that it can help increase interest in saving in Islamic banks.
