Abstract

Alongside the expanding dispersal of data on the number of instances of death because of the Coronavirus outbreak, a large part of the data introduced by the media unveils the more stressed and causes a mental effect, in particular a psychological problem that causes a psychosomatic issue. The plan of this application is to assist individuals with overseeing and lessen sensations of stress or sadness in overabundance by doing contemplation that should be possible even at home and to expand the utilization of the application, the gamification technique is utilized to inspire clients to seek after existing objectives and structure new schedules for the client to rehash the action until the new propensity is shaped. The aftereffects of the assessment utilizing the ease of use testing imply that they are at a moderate level dependent on the principle markers. Along these lines, it tends to be reasoned that the plan of the arrangement gives a positive discernment as far as client experience and convenience.

Abstract

The process of admitting new students (PPDB) at SMA YAS Bandung is still being carried out offline, where prospective students who will register must come to the registration place to fill out the registration form and bring the necessary requirements. By using this method, errors or data loss often occur which have an impact on the slow performance of the PPDB process. But now, with the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, schools must implement PPDB online. The development of computer technology nowadays allows us to develop computer-based information systems. Therefore, to solve the problems at SMA YAS Bandung, a web-based information system for new student admissions is needed. The method used in designing this information system is the waterfall model and software testing which is carried out using black-box testing. As a result, this web-based PPDB information system can run effectively and efficiently in helping prospective students to register online and assisting admins in managing prospective student data. The results of this study can be seen from the features of this system running according to predetermined needs.

Abstract

E-commerce has become a fairly developed concept in the field of technology today. In addition to providing convenience and advantages compared to conventional shopping concepts, including all the desired information, consumers can be accessed in more detail, quickly without being limited by place and time, and the transaction process can be done more easily. Competition among competitors in the field of e-commerce has been overwhelming and competing with each other in innovation to be superior in the market. This study will conduct a quality test of one e-commerce company using the WebQual method. In its implementation with this method to measure quality on a website based on the observation of the questionnaire to the user as a source of data. The results of this study will conclude a number of factors that are very important to customer satisfaction to be evaluation advice for the company.
