Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemerintah daerah pada peningkatan kinerja di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Mamasa. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memaparkan Realitas atau peristiwa yang terjadi di lapangan dan menyajikan data secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta atau realitas yang terjadi di lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian disesuaikan dengan visi dan misi kepala daerah dalam peningkatkan kinerja sekretariat daerah yang propesional, disiplin dan penuh tanggungjawab, mewujudkan pelayanan umum masyarakat yang prima, tranparan, dan akuntabel, meningkatkan sistem informasi yang menunjang pelaksanaan kegiatan Sekretariat Daerah dan mewujudkan kebijakan yang mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pembangunan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the sales strategy and buying interest through Facebook social media related to the sale of products such as fashion among FKIP, FIKOM, FIP and FISIP Unasman students. In this study, ten respondents were facebook users in each of the faculties above. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results of the study and discussion show that in terms of product sales on social media Facebook is very dependent on the intensity of publications, especially product uploads. Caution in analyzing prospective buyers is also an important factor in efforts to sell products. Creativity in packaging product content offered is also a key to increasing product sales achievements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of electricity saving public service advertisements on community attitudes in the Wattang Subdistrict, Polewali District. This type of research uses a quantitative paradigm with a descriptive approach. The results showed that PT. PLN influences the attitude of the community in the use of electricity in the District of Wattang Polewali District influences the attitude of the community. This is based on the number of responses obtained from 100 respondents. It is also known that the three elements of attitude namely cognitive, affective, and conative have an influence on community attitudes in Wattang Sub-District, Polewali District.

Abstract

In general, this study aims to analyze and describe the responsiveness of information systems and fire fighting services to the PolytaliMandar District Fire Extinguisher UPTD. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data collection methods used are interviews with informants and observations made about approximately 1 month. The results of this study indicate that in general the responsiveness of information systems and services of PolewaliMandar District fire department is less responsive. According to the results of the research based on indicators of responsiveness, there are some shortcomings found, among others, the lack of firefighters in serving public demand because they are often constrained by road access, facilities and infrastructure, the PolewaliMandar district fire brigade is old and not feasible to operate optimally.
