Abstract

Abstract The objectives of this study are (1) to find out partially the influence of leadership and communication dimensions used by the Government of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. (2) To determine simultaneously the influence of leadership and communication dimensions used by the Government of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Data collection techniques that researchers use in this study are interviews, questionnaires and literature study. As the population in this study, researchers took elements of structural positions ranging from echelon II.B to Echelon III.A totaling 182 people. In order for this research to be precise and proportional, a sampling technique using the Slovin formula was used so that the calculation results narrowed the sample of this study to 42 people which the researchers randomly took from representatives of 14 offices to the Dinas and 11 Subdistricts that were in direct contact with regional development. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership partially affects the performance of the Government of Sidenreng Rappang Regency where the results obtained by leadership have a t-count value of 2.320 from t table 1.684 and the significance level is less than 0.05 (sig=0.0020.05 ). (2) Communication style partially affects the performance of the Government of Sidenreng Rappang Regency where the results obtained by the communication style have a t-count value of 2.066 from t table 1.684 and the level of significance is less than 0.05 (sig = 0.004 0.05). (3) Leadership and communication style simultaneously (simultaneously) also affect the performance of the Government. This can be seen from the Fcount value of 131.925 which is greater than the F table, which is 3.23 with a probability value of 0.000 which means it is still below the 0.05 significance value.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to find out whether work discipline and work environment have a partial effect on the performance of the state civil apparatus at the secretariat office of the DPRD Sidendeng Rappang Regency. (2) To find out whether work discipline and work environment have a simultaneous effect on the performance of the state civil apparatus at the secretariat office of the DPRD Sidendeng Rappang Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. In this study, the population is the state civil apparatus at the secretariat office of the DPRD Sidendeng Rappang Regency, totaling 35 people. For this study to provide generalizations with a very small error rate, and considering the population is only 35 people, this research uses a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling (census). Thus the number of samples in this study was 35 people. The results showed that (1) work discipline partially affected the performance of the state civil apparatus at the secretariat office of the DPRD Sidendeng Rappang Regency. where the results obtained by work discipline have a value of 4.062 t table. 2.024 and the significance level of t is less than 0.05 (sig = 0.000 0.05). (2). The work environment has a partial effect on the performance of the state civil apparatus at the secretariat office of the DPRD Sidendeng Rappang Regency. Where the results obtained in the work environment have an account value of 3.182 t-table 2.024 and the significance level of t is less than 0.05 (sig = 0.003 0.05). (3). Work discipline and work environment simultaneously (simultaneously) affect the performance of the state civil apparatus at the secretariat office of the DPRD Sidendeng Rappang Regency. It can be seen that work discipline and work environment provide a calculated F value of 123.048 which is greater than the F table which is 5.18 with a probability value of 0.000 which means it is below the significance value of 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence service quality has on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Sidrap District Branch. The analytical method used in this study is the method of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation with the method of determining the sample used as many as 378 samples, the analytical method used is multiple linear analysis using SPSS version 20. The results show that the strength of the relationship is simultaneously between reliability ( X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance (X3), empathy (X4), and physical evidence (X5) on customer satisfaction (Y) at PT.Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Sidrap District Branch obtained the value of r = 0.299. This value shows a very strong positive relationship simultaneously between the variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence on customer satisfaction of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Sidrap District Branch. The contribution or determination given by the variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence on customer satisfaction is D = (0.299)2 × 100% = 89%. This means that the five independent variables contribute an influence of 89% on customer satisfaction, 11% is influenced by other variables that affect customer satisfaction not included in the study. The regression equation is as follows: Y = 7.951 + 0.066X1 + 0.210X2 + 0.058X3 + 0.119X4 + 0.107X5 + 1.858. The F test shows Farithmetic Ftable then there is a simultaneous significant effect between reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Sidrap District Branch.
