Abstract

This study aims to describe how the planning of Arabic learning is implemented at Suara Al-Iman Radio Surabaya. This research is a descriptive research through qualitative approach with interview, observation and documentation methods. Collected and proven data are analyzed through three stages: (1) stages of data reduction, (2) stage of data presentation, and then (3) stages of concluding. The results of the study indicate that the Arabic learning planning at Suara Al-Iman Radio Surabaya has been carried out well by the director and teachers. Learning planning by director includes: a) Determination of the learning objectives; b) Determination of the program of events and scheduling; c) Determination of the human resources d) Determination of the curriculum. While the lesson planning carried out by Suara Al-Iman Radio teachers includes: a) Preparation of the learning materials; and b) Determination of the suitable method.

Abstract

Abstract: The Implementation of the Course Planning at Al-Iman Arabic Language Course SurabayaThis study aims to describe the implementation of the course planning at Al-Iman Arabic Language Course Surabaya. This research is a descriptive research through qualitative approach with interview, observation and documentation methods. Collected data are analyzed through three stages: (1) stages of data reduction, (2) stage of data presentation, and then (3) stages of concluding. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the course planning at Al-Iman Arabic Language Course has been carried out well by the managers and teachers. Learning planning by managers includes: (1) Determining learning objectives; (2) Determining the curriculum; (3) Developing an academic calendar; (4) Planning financing; and (5) Determining human resources (HR) and infrastructure. While the lesson planning carried out by KBA Al-Iman teachers includes: (1) preparing learning materials; (2) choosing a method that suits the learning material; and (3) determining the media that will be used in learning.  Abstrak: Implementasi Perencanaan Pembelajaran di Kursus Bahasa Arab Al-Iman SurabayaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi perencanaan pembelajaran yang ada di Kursus Bahasa Arab Al-Iman Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis melalui tiga tahapan: (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, dan (3) penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi  perencanaan pembelajaran di Kursus Bahasa Arab Al-Iman telah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh pengelola dan pengajar. Perencanaan pembelajaran oleh pengelola meliputi: (1) Penentuan tujuan pembelajaran; (2) Penentuan kurikulum; (3) Penyusunan kalender akademik; (4) Perencanaan pembiayaan; dan (5) Penentuan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan sarana prasarana. Sedangkan perencanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh pengajar KBA Al-Iman  meliputi: (1) mempersiapkan materi pembelajaran; (2) memilih metode yang sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan; dan (3) menentukan media yang akan digunakan dalam pembelajaran.
