<![CDATA[ ABTRAKLembaga Kesbangpol bidang Forum Kewaspadaan Dini Masyarakat adalah suatu lembaga yang berfungsi untuk mendeteksi konflik secara dini, peningkatan wawasan kebangsaan dan pembinaan organisasi kemasyarakatan, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang pemahaman dan peran lembaga pendeteksian dini dalam penyelesaian konflik secara kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini ditentukan secara terbatas, yaitu para pekerja, diantaranya Kabid FKDM, Kasubid FKDM, dan salah satu anggota FKDM di tingkat Provinsi Aceh. Setiap data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen, sedangkan proses analisa datanya melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu reduksi, deskripsi dan verifikasi. Teori yang digunakan ialah teori konflik Lewis A Coser yang menyatakan bahwa konflik diantara warga masyarakat baik secara individu maupun kelompok bukanlah sesuatu hal yang buruk, melainkan konflik yang terjadi dapat membantu mempertahankan struktur sosial. Kemudian konflik yang terjadi dapat juga menyatukan kembali hubungan antara pelaku konflik dengan tindakan para aktor terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan para pekerja Lembaga Kesbangpol Bidang FKDM memahami bahwa deteksi dini potensi konflik bukan suatu hal yang dapat dilakukan secara tetap atau tertentu, tetapi disesuaikan dengan kemampuan atau pemahaman yang dimiliki oleh para anggota forum. Peran Lembaga Kesbangpol bidang FKDM kurang berjalan dengan maksimal. Kekurangan tersebut disebabkan oleh berbagai kendala yang sering dialami, seperti tidak adanya langkah pasti dari lembaga kepada anggota dalam melakukan pendeteksian dini potensi konflik dan langkah penyelesaian yang hanya dilakukan sesuai dengan kemampuan anggota dan kondisi konflik yang ada.Kata Kunci: Kesbangpol, Konflik, Deteksi Dini THE EARLY DETECTION IN THE SETTLEMENT OF ACEH CONFLICT BY KESBANGPOL ACEH PROVINCE ABTRACTThe institute of Kesbangpol is an intitution that have the function to detect the early conflict, the insight of nationality knowledge and development of social organization, as he result the aims of this research is to discuss the understanding and role of early detection of conflict resolution qualitatively. The subject of this research were determined in a limited way, namely; the workers, including Kabid FKDM, Kasubid FKDM, and one of the members of FKDM Aceh province, But reinforced by the opinions of three responders from related institutions. Each data of this research is collected by observation method, in-depth interview and document review, meanwhile the process of data anlaysis through three stages, namely; reduction, description and verification. The theory used in this research is conflict theory of Lewis A Coser stated that the conflict between citizens both individually and in groups is not a bad thing, but the conflicts that occur can help maintain the social structure. Then the conflict can also re-unite the relationship between the perpetrators of the conflict with the actions of the relevant actors. The result of this research indicate that the workers of Kesbangpol institution in FKDM field can understand the early detection of conflict potential is not something that can be done permanently or certainly, but it is adjusted with the ability or understanding owned by the members of the forum. The role of Kesbangpol institution in FKDM field is not running maximally. The shortcomings are caused by various obstacles that were often experienced, such as the absence of a definite step from the institution to members in conducting early detection of potential conflict and solving measures that are only done in accordance with the ability of members and the conditions of the conflict.Keywords: Kesbagpol, conflict, early detection ]]>
