Abstrak : Material berbentuk segmen kolom praktis modular merupakan salah satu solusi untuk pembuatan kolom praktis bangunan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh penggantian limbah kaca dengan variasi 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15% terhadap berat isi segmen kolom praktis modular; 2) pengaruh penggantian limbah kacadengan variasi 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15% terhadap kuat tekan segmen kolom praktis modular; 3) pengaruh penggantian limbah kacadengan variasi 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15% terhadap kriteria ramah lingkungan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Standar uji berat isi segmen kolom praktis modular mengacu pada SNI 1973:2008 dan standar kuat tekan segmen kolom praktis modular mengacu pada SNI 03-0349-1989. Perawatan benda uji selama 28 hari. Variasi penggantian limbah kaca adalah 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15%. Sampel segmen kolom praktis modular berdimensi 150 mm x 150 mm tinggi 150 mm untuk uji berat isi sebanyak 12 sampel dan uji kuat tekan sebanyak 12 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) penggantian limbah kaca berpengaruh terhadap berat isi segmen kolom praktis modular, semakin besar penambahan variasi limbah kaca mengakibatkan penurunan berat isi, dengan nilai terendah sebesar 1900,423 kg/m3 pada variasi 15%; 2) penggantian limbah kacaberpengaruh terhadap kuat tekan segmen kolom praktis modular, kuat tekan maksimal pada persentase 10% sebesar 74,700 kgf/cm2; 3) pengaruh penggantian limbah kacadengan variasi 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15% berpengaruh terhadap kriteria ramah lingkungan sesuai dengan aspek penilaian sumber dan siklus material (Material Resource and Cycle-MRC) pada perangkat greenship bangunan baru versi 1.2 dari Green Building Council Indonesia pengantian limbah kaca penelitian ini mencapai 15% atau 236,3 kg/m3 terhadap agregat halus. Abstract : Practical modular column segment-shaped material is one solution for the manufacture of practical columns of buildings. The purposes of this research are to analyze the effect of substitution of waste glass with variation 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% toward (1) the density of modular practical column segment; (2) the compressive strength; (3) the suitability with criteria of environmentally friendly. The experimental quantitative research has been conducted with standard density test for modular practical column segment based on SNI 1973:2008 and standard compression strength test for modular practical columns segment based on SNI 03-0349-1989. Curing of the test object was carried out for 28 days. The samples of practical modular column segment were in the dimension of 150 mm x 150 mm x 150 mm totaling 24 samples. This research resulted: 1) the substitution of the waste glass has an effect on the density, the greater the addition of variations in waste glass resulting in a decrease in density, with the lowest is 1900,423 kg/m3 in 15% waste glass substitution; 2) the substitution of the waste glass has an effect to the compressive strength, with maximum compressive strength found in 10% waste glass substitution with a compressive strength of 74,700 kgf/cm2; 3) the substitution of waste glass with variations of 5%, 10%, and 15% has an effect on the criteria for environmentally friendly with the assessment aspects of Material Resource and Cycle (MRC) on the greenship device for new buildings version 1.2 of Green Building Council Indonesia then waste glass substitution in this research are 15% or 236.3 kg/m3 of fine aggregate.
